Big amd clean place with a great view. Located just a 5min walk to a beautiful beach. Esp gteat when low tide as you can walk along the sea beds. Just that will be good to have hamd towel in the room.

As Expected (5stars for you)

Well done to all the hotel crew. From the entrance to the reception to the restaurant, all of them are friendly and polite. Easy check-in and check out.
Love the room and the view from the balcony, (11th storey, facing Melaka Straits) are superb. We like it so much.
Many choices and delicious breakfast.
.. No problem for parking lot.
Hopefully will have another night here; next time.

Very busy New Year weekend and they seemed short-staffed which is understandable given the low occupancy over the past few months. Supposed to check in at 3 pm. Only got a room by 5.45 pm. Towels and amenities only placed for 2 person instead of the 4 booked.

We appreciate the fact that we were upgraded to Grand Lexis from Lexis due to sanitization work. Also, the room was spacious, clean and had an amazing sea view. However, the WiFi speed was extremely slow. After we complained, a technician came to look at our room router. He informed us that the fault is at the central server. We were told that it would take 30min to fix. However, when we called up to inquire why the WiFi was still hardly accessible, we were then informed that it could only be fixed the next morning. Again, the next morning, the WiFi remained extremely slow until we checked out.

This is extremely disappointing for a premium class hotel like Lexis. It is unthinkable that in a time when everyone depends on the internet for news, study, work and entertainment, Lexis should have such poor internet access. This incident marred our otherwise pleasant one night stay.

I stayed at the water chalet. Upgraded to Executive. Thank you for this. The chalet looks old even though it is well maintained. It may need some refurbishment? At night, the were no corridor lights. Guard said fuse went off and can only be repaired thr next day. Had to use the light from our mobile phones because it was too dark. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Ample space for parking.

The maintenance of your cleanliness is far beyond my expectation of a popular resort.The aircon blower is full of dust and i believe it was a long time since last service.The TV reception is bad and programmes are limited. A staff told me the resort started in 2007 and its only 13 years but the maintenance us in a deplorable state.

Ok la not bad.

Keluasan bilik ok cuma kebersihan tak memuaskan, ada kesan darah sikit pd comforte ktil utama. Kalau basuh darah atau coklat ke mesti hilang. Tak pasti macam mana pihak hotel buat room cleaning sebelum guest masuk.

Customer service cepat cuma kurang senyum dan kurang mesra dengan guest.

Deco bilik saya sendiri. Pihak lexis dah boleh bagi diskaun atau hadiah untuk guest yg sambut birthday di hotel.

We got upgraded to premium water chalet. But the toilet won’t flush. I had to call the staff to fix it twice (on that night and next morning). The room condition look old. Renovation and maintenance are strongly required. Breakfast is nice. The beach is only walking distance.

This hotel is quite secluded and quiet. Good for peeps looking to isolate away from the crowd.

Stayed in the premier tower building instead of the water chalet , which overlook the sea . Personally, find it a better deal ( cheaper and better view). The space is similar , just different layout.

food wise, not much to complain. If you are looking to have some food outside the hotel, the next nearest restaurant/eatry is about 10-15 slow walk from hotel.

Grab services is a tad difficult and long wait at times, especially after 6pm.

Nothing happens without making a scene

The rooms were upgraded to water chalet but the chalet was a little run down. Complain to the reception and they change the room which was a good one. The car parked in the carpark was damaged but they do not have any cctv to confirm who did it.

Terrible services,wait for more than 30 mins to chk in though check in time is 3pm and i already there for checkin at 330pm.
The staff just ask me to wait until room is ready and he will call me but he didnt do so until i go to counter and ask again!
Terrible shuttle service from room to lobby too. Called for shuttle to go out but wait more than 10 mins never come until walk out on ourselves...
Room is ok but looks old so not worth for the price already. Renovation required

My 2nd time staying at this lexis hotel previously legend . Like the big room. My 1st stay was on 2010. The building starts to get old and room door abit faulty. But the staff are friendly and helpful. 1st is the waiter from the reaturant at level 1 is very kind and patient to recommend the food of the resturant. I also like to thanks the housekeeping department for finding my camera and sent to the lost and found department. Lastly, i thanks Mr Harry for being patience and helpful to reply to all my message ( even it is late night) and make arrangement for the courier of my camera back to me. Hopefully my camera will not lost during the courier.

Difficult to sleep due to hot temperatures in the room, the air-condition was not cold and the air-compression at the balcony was very noisy!!!. And coz me whole night wake up few times!!! Toilet floor is dirty and bad smell, just half roll toilet paper for guests to use. No extra!. The bed has sand. Overall very disappointed.

We would like to appreciate Lexis PD for upgrading our room to premium water chalet ! It was very nice and we enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights times in Lexis PD. Hotel staffs were so friendly and helpful. The only thing to improve is, the air con in the room is quite noisy .

Overall quite satisfied with room n service ur front counter but i am disappointed till checkout about the hotel unable to provide the simple request prayer mat that even 3 times requested 2 by phone n once during daily cleaning .
If not available just inform the customer dont let

Look your hotel not so muslim friendly than Your rival like Avillion, Thistle Teluk Kemang or even lower star hotel like Ancasa .

We were 4 adults and 2 kids. When we were checking-in we were told that our booking has been upgraded from Premium suite in the tower to water chalet. We had intentionally booked in the tower as we didn't think the water chalet to be safe with young kids. The front desk staff was very helpful in arranging the club car for us to see the chalet first and them decide. We liked it but that didn't change our decision and we were checked into our preferred room. It was a very comfortable stay and the staff is very helpful. We had them run to/fro several times for warming baby milk but they never complained about it. The breakfast was great and pretty much a brunch. The area is nice and the view is very nice. If you are looking to spend time on beach, this isnt the place amd there are better options put there else and o.w. this is a nice resort.

Bad experience from a well-known hotel chain

We extended our room for one more night, and at noon we received a number of calls asking if we are checking out although it was already confirmed earlier in the morning. Then we had the room service staff banging on our door again and calling our room asking if we are still staying there, despite the sign “Do not disturb” on the door knob. That was unacceptable. They could’ve called the receptionist and ask for details.

We booked a hotel taxi to KLIA for our morning flight. The person in charge even suggested if we want to take his friend’s taxi instead of the hotel one. I insisted to take the hotel taxi and confirmed the booking. After a few minutes, our room received a call from an outsider (taxi driver) asking if we want to take his taxi instead for a cheaper price, he even mentioned that our booking was wrong and requested that we cancelled our booking with hotel. I ignored the fella and just go ahead with hotel taxi.

When we checked out in the morning, asking where was the taxi, the staff in charge no nothing. The person kept on mentioning that she doesn’t know anything about the taxi and asked if I know who was the person I dealt with. They should’ve had a record or handover when they change shift. Just because I don’t know who was the person in charge I dealt with, they ended up not knowing anything about the status of my taxi.

Lastly, the room and breakfast were OK.

The hotel is nice Wittgenstein spectacular water chalets over the sea front. Hotel is tidy and staff are warm and welcoming. We even got an upgrade without asking. Yet the restaurant needs some renovation. But food for breakfast is good and somehow exceed our expectations. Nice stay and good experience. Worth to come again.

More of a chalet than hotel

Disappointing experience:

1. Hotel declined to allow us to add bed to our room even though we were willing to fork out additional cost

2. When we requested for additional pillows/bath towels, we were informed it is the hotel policy that they are unable to provide

3. Premium ocean room seemed more like chalet than hotel room, condition of the room seemed old and not well maintained.

4. Requested for baby cot during room reservation, and reminded reception of baby cot again upon check in at 2pm, but baby cot was nowhere to be seen even until 9pm

5. Swimming Pool of Lexis Port Dickson has strict restriction and only allows 2 towels per room

6. There’s an indoor play area for toddlers but air con was not turned on, only two fans were on when we entered

Plus points:
1. Reception staff Win Shern was polite and helpful
2. We originally booked tower room but was upgraded to Premium Ocean View where room size was slightly bigger (our room was unblocked view)
3. Buggy service to chauffeur us to and fro between room and reception area anytime of day
4. We could use the Games room and Swimming Pool at Grand Lexis, but the Swimming pool was water was dirty with dead insects and debris at the bottom of pool.
5. Buggy drivers and bell boy service were very warm and friendly, even security guard smiles when we pass by him.
6. Breakfast buffet selection was quite good, buffet restaurant staff were also very warm and friendly

We Got Upgraded!!

Such a momentous family trip it was last weekend. We initially booked the Premium Sky Tower and got so pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to Premium Water Chalet upon check in. I wanted to book the water chalets through expedia but they were all taken up. This was amazing to actually get the room we wanted. The view was amazing. The room was amazing. The staff who took care of us throughout our one night's stay was amazing. Well done Lexis!

Pleasant and Relax Getaway

Check-in process was a bit slow even not much guests in line. My booking was upgraded to Premier Water Chalet during check-in.
The chalet was very nice with full sea view. Room is thoroughly cleaned. Down side is the aircond unit is making noise when turn on the flipping mode. And the electrical sockets need to be repaired as they are falling apart.
The breakfast buffet includes lots of food choices, local and western.
Overall it's a pleasant and relax stay.

We loved:
the huge room (there was more than enough space for our toddler to run around),
the beautiful sea view from tower block,
the service (all staff are warm, friendly and professional),
the big bath tub (the hotel even provides a pack of bath salt),
the hot rain shower,
the buffet breakfast (very tasty. The tastiest hotel breakfast we have had in a few years. The spread was good, too),
the beds are big and comfortable,

Our 2 year old loved,
the beach (right next to hotel),
the buggy,
the kids pool,
lots of aeroplanes that flew by (Port Dickson seems to be on a busy air route. There's at least one plane in the sky at any moment).

Not so loved:
The sea water is murky (not hotel's fault),
Rooms are ageing

Unique concept of water chalet

The place is nice for kids from urban city - esp those who like totry fishing at the balcony. The nearby beach provides another experience n make it convenient to wash up despite total muddied kids.
However, there is a lack of food choices around the area unless u drive to nearby coffee shop ( 1.2 km).
Also , the check in time is v late - 4 pm !! The day is almost gone uppn check in. Mine was delayed further as room not ready. They let us check out an hr late to compensate. But i guess its a vicious cycle.

Amazing Room With Private Pool

We have been upgraded to Grand Lexis Hotel Sky Villa, which was a very big room with seperate small kitchen (with microwave, electric kettle and fridge), the shower and toilet were seperated. A beautiful private small swimming pool was attached to our room, with good privacy as we were on the sixth floor. The room itself was very big with two super king size beds and sitting area. The room was quiet with great soundproof.
The public swimming pool was big but for fun not really suitable for swimming, the jacuzzi pool was attached to the swimming pool. There was a good sauna room but no steam room, which was in the toilet, men and women seperated. The gym room was small with little equipments.
The staff were very polite and friendly.
We loved our stay very much.
The only downside was the beautiful beaches at Port Dickson were all at the other side at Jalan Pantai, but with a car, it was ok to us.

Upgraded to water challet. however, room too small and look old. not really well maintain. toilet dirty n smelly. cleanning svs extremely bad. room no towel , called 3 times only get it. breakfast not nice. limited facilities. guest parking too far.not able access to.beach. Guest parking too far. location too far. no clear signage along the road. facility not up to standard n too old.

Nice room and friendly staff

Spacy room and clean. Nice and friendly staff especially the registration counter and bell boy. Good outdoor facilities. Good for family and for rest.
