The ladie at the front desk said I smoked in the room and something with the blow dryer. She didn't specify what was wrong with the blow dryer, she just told be something with the blow dryer. First of all I'm bald so I don't use the blow dryer and I for sure didn't smoke in the room, so the ladie didn't give me my deposit back. I called again and talked to the manager and got my deposit back no problem.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. It was SUPER clean. Has a nice little outdoor pool and grounds are very well taken care of. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt with toppings, toast, muffins, and staff was there the whole time keeping it cleaned and stocked. This was my second time staying here and will stay again in the future when I come to town. I would recommend.

I really liked the front desk staff Kym was her name very friendly &she could use a promotional room too let's not forget just how important her job is .and I'm telling you she nailed it spot on on yeah and while your at it will take a room too .I really like the layout too breakfast was yummy and we had seconds.everything was y top notch hope you guys realize this well thanks again 1 day trip even though I had car troubles the rooms accommodate worked out nice the Dennis family out hats off to you

Our room we booked was oversold so they had to give us a different room and my daughter had to sleep on a rollaway bed which was not comfortable. Room was clean. Front desk only had 1 lady working and she seemed overwhelmed.

Lots of noise at this hotel past midnight. Air conditioning was stuck on low and it was uncomfortable the whole stay. I asked to either switch rooms or ask for a fan. They told me that they had a few complaints about the noise and had nowhere to move me and the fans were being used for the construction workers. What at midnight ? I never complain but in this case I had been at the hospital all day with a family member and was ready to unwind. Staff left me feeling like did not care.

The staff was great. The initial room we were given was a king with a pullout. The pullout was horrible. The room also had a smell to it and the AC did not work properly… in the summer heat. We asked for a different room with two beds, which was better. The room did not smell and was cleaner. AC still did not work properly.

the room was very comfortable and the bed was equally as comfortable. I believe the room was remodeled and they did an excellent job on the bathroom. I am handicapped and it seems like the shower was designed with me in mind. Excellent.

I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with pets. They only have 4 pet rooms available and you cannot book them via Travelocity, so good luck getting one upon arrival.
I have never had an issue with this before but apparently pet owners must be reminded of how to treat the property. The common sense RULES come across condescending and are unnecessary.
I would consider this a not pet friendly accommodation.

We always book here when in the area. One because their accessibility rooms are big enough for my mom’s wheelchair chair. Two it’s always quiet when we stay here. I have picky eaters are my hand so I wish the breakfast had a wider variety of breakfast options. We’ll always book here.

The great aspects were the cleanliness, hot tub & free breakfast. The rooms were very small, no real closet, just a rack in the bathroom area. The mattress was very firm and I didn’t get a very good nights rest. The pillows were ok but not the best. The heater was pretty loud when it kicks on. Overall it was a cheap nights stay. If you like a firm mattress and no space is needed you will love it.

Heat in Room set at 90

The front desk woman was very nice, so that was fine. However, the heat in our room was set at 90 degrees - 90!- when we entered so it was hot and took along time to cool as the ac unit fan didn’t work so had to leave our door open. Otherwise, the room was clean. The in room coffee supplies had not been replenished.

Very nice staff, but beds were VERY uncomfortable. We had atop with a pull out couch and ended up getting a blowup bed for night 2. You could literally feel every spring in the mattress. The regular beds were super hard but not as bad as the pull out.
Staff was very accommodating with new pillows and extra blankets. Breakfast was fine, everything you would expect from a small hotel buffet style.
