It was a good stay minus the air conditioner not fully working. I notified the staff twice about it and unfortunately nothing was done. Luckily the weather wasn’t to hot so it was bearable. And of course the ATM machine wasn’t working so felt bad I couldn’t leave a tip for the housekeeping.

Handicap room had thick carpeting which was very challenging to move around for person in wheelchair .

No place in bathroom to set a bathroom bag causing many trips over carpeting for person in wheelchair.

1st room 303 shower head pressure so strong it bruised my husband’s back!

We requested a room change, they only wanted to have maintenance fix. They couldn’t fix and eventually moved rooms. We heard from staff that was reported for months!

Very inconvenient since we were there for a wedding and didn’t have time to pack up to move a set up in new room especially since my wife is in a wheelchair!

Room was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast service was exceptional!

Great location—about a 6-minute walk to the Gallo Center. Staff were friendly and informative. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

That said, a few things kept this from being a standout stay. Despite the hotel appearing fairly empty, there was no flexibility on room upgrades for Hilton Honors members.

An “aromatic” bag of leftovers sat near the 6th-floor elevator lobby trash can for our entire stay, which didn’t reflect attention to detail. The carpet in the room felt worn, the shower temperature was difficult to regulate, and there were no anti-slip features in the shower.

Also worth noting: a train passes roughly every hour throughout the night the horn blares as is required of them about 6 aimed each hour - If you’re a light sleeper, request a room away from the tracks.

Valet and EV chargers are available, though self-parking is in a garage on the next block.

Overall: good location and comfortable bed, but the small things matter.

Awesome hotel yeah vallet parking is about $12 or so a day but its no biggie the employees are very nice and polite. Had a little issue with the toilet they got on it right away. Definitely would come back here next time im in town again very friendly environment

The staff was able to accommodate our early arrival. The room was clean The suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was nice. The breakfast was fine.The only downside is this hotel is right across from the train station and you can hear the train's air horn.

Little things have been neglected . From issues with no running water for period of times and loose faucets in the shower , leaking shower heads. Loved this place but definitely feel the decline in maintenance over time.

The hotel seems to be wore out.

In my room the tv wouldn't work and the front desk told me they were switching satellites, or something like that. He said it had been going on for two weeks. The toilet was in poor condition and I had to hold the handle and wait while the toilet decided if it was going to flush or not. To turn on the water in the shower I had to stand in the tub and aggressively yank on the handle to get the water on. At first I thought the handke was broken.

The worn out feeling continues innthe gym. They havevyo stationary bikes and one bike's seat cannot be adjusted because the piece that allows you to chsnge the seat height is broken. Therd are four treadmills and on at least one of them you cannot adjust the speed of the treadmill. There were seversl people in the gym bith times I went and the malfunctioning equipment made it challenging to get your work out done.

I needed a bandaid and when I asked at the front desk, I was told they didn’t have any.

When I told the woman at the front desk she seemed completely uninterested.

This is one of those \"high end\" hotels that you have to pay for every little thing (parking, breakfast, water in your room) so you would think thst they would have things equipment and such in good repair.

I stayed at this hotel because I was part of a group. The pool was outdoors and that would have bern a deal breaker for me if I had picked out the hotel.

The location was louder than expected. A train runs right next to the property throughout the night, and between that and frequent police sirens, I didn’t get much sleep.

On a positive note, the rooms and the inside of the hotel were clean and nice. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly & attentive.

Most everything was good. But, I booked a room for 3 people, the disappointing thing was there weren’t enough servings or supplies for 3 people in the room, example coffee, tea, cups, glasses or bottled waters. Since the cost of the same room increased when I added a third person, I would assume those amenities would be enough for the number of guests in the room. The other thing that was odd was that they didn’t have a toothbrush or toothpaste available in the hotel store, or when we asked the front desk if they had some as we had forgotten a toiletry bag.

Was very happy until going to sleep, the train whistle is horribly loud, windows should be triple pained! Then we had to call twice for security to come quiet our neighbors because their yelling kept us up from 10:30 to 3:30 am.... please find a way to remind your guests at check-in that they should be considerate of neighbors and keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm!!!

It’s nothing specific about the hotel but it’s located right across from a railroad line that sounds off all night and is super disruptive and loud. Unless you have to be in this area and there are no other options, I’d find somewhere else to stay if you want to sleep.

Drunk guy stumbled into my room. The wall are so thin we heard everything from the couple fighting upstairs, to the kids running up and down the halls. The ac unit started making loud noises in the middle of the night that woke us up everytime it turned on. We just heard every noise in the hotel so sleep was impossible.

The room. was wonderful though. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed for two days and my room was never cleaned. I asked the housekeeper to clean it, and she said yes, but the room was never serviced.

Also, the room description said it included a microwave, but the hotel told me the only microwave is in the lobby, which is not what was advertised.

I also asked to change to a better room, but they told me they couldn’t do it because I booked through Expedia.
