We can’t stop coming back!

This was our third stay in as many years at Atrium Prestige, and the best yet. We seem to be becoming superfans! In the past we’ve always tried new places and we still do. But the Atrium Prestige hotel has proved to be the best and most reliable for a relaxing 5* holiday. We always choose a room with a private pool. Every morning we get up to watch the sun rise. It’s so special. Every person working at the hotel is a credit to it - from housekeeping, reception, restaurant staff, customer liaison - everyone is professional and friendly. The hotel and grounds are immaculately cared for. The food is good and plenty of choice. The sunbeds at the private beach and poolside are really comfortable as they have a mattress topping vs the uncomfortable mesh-only type you find everywhere these days. Did I mention unlimited towels available poolside and on the beach? The room we have is spacious, comfortable, very quiet, with quiet aircon, fresh towels daily, free bottles of water, tea, coffee etc (and a mini bar). Smart tv this year so we could watch Netflix and Amazon prime video now and then. There are good facilities for tennis and a mini golf for some fun. We hopped on the bus to visit Lindos this time - about an hour away. Interesting old town but busy. We were so grateful to get back to the peaceful seclusion of our private paradise!!
Once you’ve stayed at the Atrium Prestige it sets the bar high for future holidays. Be warned… but also enjoy!

Amazing! The whole place is so clean - they really take care of everything. Housekeeping came every day, so our room was always spotless and super comfy when we got back from the beach or pool.

The staff are just the nicest people ever. Everyone is so friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. You really feel welcomed the whole time you're there.
We got a room with a private pool, and it was totally worth it. It was so peaceful and great to have our own space to relax whenever we felt like it. The main pool was really nice too, perfect for a swim or hanging out.

We spent almost every day at the beach - it's absolutely beautiful.
The water is so clear (Perfect for Snorkelling) and there were always loungers free. Towels were provided in rooms and by Beach and Pool entrance. We also loved the beach bar and pool bar. Both had great drinks and snacks.
The food at the hotel was amazing.

We tried all the restaurants and honestly loved them all. Just make sure you book early because they get very full and not much availability but Of coarse the main Restaurant/Buffet was truly amazing, with different menus and dishes each night + Dessert is very yummy!!

There's also lots of stuff to do besides swimming and sunbathing.
We played tennis a few times, the mini golf was also so much fun, especially for the whole family. It was a nice way to break up the day and do something active together.

Overall, we had the best time and didn't want to leave!

Superb hotel, amazing staff, great holiday.

We had an amazing stay at Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas. The hotels was just like in the photos. We went with our 6 month old daughter and it was our first flight with her. Everything was great and they even upgraded us to a family suite on arrival. They had a cot ready for us. We celebrated my wife's birthday during our stay and the hotel staff went the extra mile with a birthday cake and champagne.

We often stay in 5* hotels and the main thing that differentiates the good from the great for us is always the staff. They were all so lovely. Always a smile and a greeting when they see you. We thank them so much:
Concierge: Irini and Paula
Porters: We didn't catch their names. Lovely thin and tall dark haired gentleman who carried our bags to our room on arrival. Also a very friendly young man with curly hair who helped us with our bags on check out day.
Cleaning staff: Again we didn't catch her name. Such a lovely cleaning lady with red hair.
Host and Hostesses at the main restaurant: Maria-Irini, Nikos, Eftychia, Ioanna, Katerina
Waiters at the main restaurant: Maria, Dennis, Ioustina, George and Marina.
There was also a gentleman in a suit with glasses who was walking around with a notepad. I think he is from management. I overheard him speak French to some other guests. Such a nice man. He always said hello and asked how we were doing. Apologies if I have confused the names and their job titles! We will visit again. Ramrous Family - Room 2046.

Wonderful hotel

Our recent stay at the Prestige, exceeded all our expectations. Staff were very friendly and so helpful, from Michalis at reception & Jan who showed us to our room. Our initial room was a Junior Suite with Sea View, which was fantastic, very roomy, clean and comfortable. However, we were delighted to be offered an upgrade mid holiday to a bungalow with its own private pool which made our holiday extra special. We went half board. The quality/ variety of food available at the main restaurant meant we did not feel we missed out by not trying the speciality restaurants on site. The dining experience was enhanced by the ever-attentive staff, from Martin at breakfast, to Nikos who successfully retrieved an otherwise awkward situation where our drinks order was forgotten about on the first night and to John, the Maître d’hôtel who ensured we had the best table in the restaurant for our dinner meal on our final night. The housekeeping staff were also exceptional and brightened our room by leaving lovely fresh flowers, picked from the grounds, each day. Despite the resort being somewhat isolated, this meant it benefited from a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The shop on site catered for anything you could possibly need at unexpectedly reasonable prices. In the shop we were served by a wonderfully helpful and friendly Australian lady. We had a truly wonderful&relaxing break and can’t wait to return in the future & have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. Thank you Atrium Prestige.

This is a great hotel/ resort. The facilities are fantastic for young and old, the staff are friendly and professional and rooms immaculate. The location may not work for all, but was great for us as we love to explore and wanted to be close to the windsurfing mecca of Prasonissi.

Best hotel on the island!

We stayed at 4 different hotels during our stay on Rhodes and the Atrium Prestige was by far the best! From checking in Ivan helped to make our stay memorable by giving us a free upgrade. He was so friendly and helpful. We had a suite with a private pool which I would highly recommend. There are several other communal pools but having our own there wasn't any point using them. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety. We chose not to eat the buffet dinners as we didn't like the crowds during COVID so opted for the a la carte restaurants. Both restaurants were very good, especially the lobster night, make sure you book. The location is in the middle of nowhere so if you want to explore you need a car, which you can easily hire at the hotel and do a one-way drop-off. When we go back to Rhodes there is only one hotel we will book, the Atrium Prestige!

Spacious and elegant hotel in quiet part of island

A stunningly designed hotel built around water gardens creates an attractive and tranquil setting, in which to enjoy the many facilites and comfortabke rooms, msny with their own infinity pools. There is also a pleasant and well-tended beach and bar, Staff were generally outstandingly heloful and courteous, but overall marking slightly marred by some rather more perfunctory service from some staff at breakfast and dinner when the restayranr was at its busiest. The situation to the south of the island is perfect for those who want to get away from the bustle of Rhodes Town and other tourist centres -but by the same token, sightseeing from here involves a lot of driving. We will return! Nn

Excellent isolated resort on the beach.

If what you want is a self contained resort with large pool on a clean beach and guaranteed sun go for this one. It is over an hour's drive (100+ Euros by taxi) from the airport and within walking distance of nothing. The food is good and plentiful from 4 in house restaurants but for anything else you need a hire car.

Exsquite setting on the Aegean Sea

The resort is on the far southeast tip,of Rhodes. It is far from the city of Rhodes but has a fabulous setting. Unless you have a car, you are confined to eating at the resort but the food was good. Typical buffet as an option for most meals but also alacarte dining.
View, decor, architecturally beautiful with glass and water features.
Staff was very attentive. Rooms were well appointed. Beach was great, safe swimming with some snorkeling but not worth bringing the gear. There was a mix of families of all ages , couples, and some singles.

Stunning hotel and gardens. Air conditioning in our room did not seem to be working very well. You need a car unless you are looking for a complete chill-out. There is nothing within walking distance, but there are good tavernas from a 5 to 20 minute drive away. Particularly 'Mourella' restaurant in Kiotari, which is about 20 minutes drive.

We had a wonderful time here overall, total luxury! My only comment is that foodwise, improvement is needed in terms of availability of vegetarian/vegan options. The menus at all the restaurants were a bit limited. A greater variety of choice is needed in the current climate where veganism and vegetarianism has exploded globally. For example, at breakfast, why not provide vegetarian sausages in the hot breakfast area??

wonderful resort on the beach to relax,enjoy the views and the sun and have some quality time with the family.
staff very nice,friendly and helpful.they even spoke french with us in the reception desk.

We enjoyed the this hotel a lot, starting from very pleasant personnel through really good amenities and food to nice entertaining evening program including live music.

One of the thing that I loved the most, is how they invest in every small detail.

Honeymoon stay was great!

Stayed for 10-day honeymoon. Wonderful place! Great room, great beech, good food, really nice people. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a private beech that's to die for.

If you're thinking of staying here, though, a few things to keep in mind:

1) it's far away from anything else on the island... get a rental car if you're going to do daily activities, and expect about a 45-minute to 1-hour trip each way to your activity of choice.

2) laundry service is a joke. 4 euro for EACH shirt you want washed, 1.50 for a pair of socks, etc. If you're staying a long time and want to do a full load of laundry halfway through, it'll cost you probably 100 euro. We bought some Tide from a local store and washed our laundry in the tub. Worked great!

3) for US travelers, things happen at later hours than you'll expect. Dinner doesn't start until 7:30, for example, where in the US I'd expect it to open probably at 5 or 5:30. The on-site gym also doesn't open until 8 AM. My wife likes to work out before breakfast, and this made that pretty difficult.

Great Value

So much more value than a US resort/hotel where you get nickel and dimed for everything. You pay one price and everything you need is included. Not only that but food and drink prices are all very reasonable (again, not like US resort where you pay an arm and a leg for drink and a salad). they also had a complimentary bottl of wine and fruit selection wiating for you in the room.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Very quiet but that's what we wanted.

Over an hour from the airport and not much around the hotel itself but they keep the costs reasonable for food and drink and the little supermarket is well stocked and again reasonable.

If you have a baby, prepare for them to be adored by the staff!

We had paid for 2 twin beds in a junior suite for my wife my son and I
We got \"upgraded\" to a so called platinum suite which did have a great view of the sea and was a stones throw away but.......... the room not a suite had two single beds pushed together and one oversized bed/sofa.
We had paid a premium for the suite and added a note on the booking at the time we required as advertised the two twin beds.
I will be taking this matter further thus was not a cheap holiday the sofa bed not acceptable for a 6.1
Breakfast was excellent varied and decent quality.
Hotel Restaurants were okay but would not advise the Asian, food not great and staff surly.
Most staff were really fantastic though and the army of pool /garden staff were outstanding.
Air con problem on one day it just was not up to the added heat 34 C.
Overall good but not really 5 star
It is remote but we were happy with that for 7 days relaxing.

Amazing staff, beautiful place, perfect getway

We had a really great time. The staff were really quite amazing. Nikos in the restaurant and Anastasia & Nikos at the pool bar were extremely friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had such helpful service. The place itself is great, lots of space, nice pools, food was good and there is plenty of choice. If you are after a getway this is ideal, but be aware its at least an hour by car from the airport. One good and bad point about the WIFI - GOOD - It's available everywhere in the hotel BAD - It was a little sketchy in the room. Other than that no complaints at all, really great place.

really nice hotel, very clean they will do anything for you, only thing is if you have a headache there is no pharmacy there its 13 km away and they cant sell tablets etc. the kind lady at reception gave me something otherwise i would have had to sit there unhappy! watch out for the poolside service charge they dont tell you about, but otherwise a good hotel, the beach is at the bottom, sand very hot, go snorkelling and see the fish in the sea, my 5 yr old loved it. beds comfy, all friendly staff always say hello to you where ever you are. have to travel for nightlife and bars restaurants, quiet place though, relax, soak up the sun and enjoy having the pool to yourself most of the time.

Overall good Experience.. It could be much better if they can work much smarter. checking the names at restaurant entrance after 6 times annoying. This process has no added value to hotel guest. Service also not attentive at all.
Great beach and Rooms are comfortable. Big issue with İnternet connection. Only available after midnight!

Great Hideaway

The hotel and surroundings were exceptional. The building itself is beautiful, water is a feature throughout. Waterfalls and aspects of infinity pools on many different levels. The pool was huge and stretched around half the hotel. However even more exceptional was the service of the staff. Particularly Katerina, operations manager and Irina; nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is not near any local amenities so everything is taken care of on site. If you do want to go further afar, then there is a rental car operator on site.
The sea view from our balcony was fantastic and offered us a view of much of the hotel and the weather was perfect, we travelled in the last week of September.
Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. There are 3 a la carte restaurants which were OK, nothing to particularly shout about. The buffet service for breakfast and any other meals was adequate, there was plenty of choice to suit everyone's taste. My only complaint as a spice lover, the food became blander and plainer as the days went by. Otherwise the standard was good.
This is a spa hotel, so booked several treatments which were very good. The service at the Spa desk was very good and staff were accommodating in making appointments to suit. However you all need to know about May. May is the best masseuse EVER...After having my first massage, I HAD to book another one. I was disappointed when told I had to pay 12 euros to use the spa on days I hadn't booked treatments.

Our trip started disastrously. We asked the hotel to arrange for us to be picked up form the airport, agreeing a somewhat extortionate fee of 100 Euros for a one-way trip. When my wife rang the hotel to confirm the arrangements the night before we flew out, the receptionist said there was no record of our booking, and that he had some French guests he had to check in, and cut my wife off the call! When we rang back, he said not to worry, just turn up, there's plenty of room! He then said a taxi would puick us up, but it didn't, we had to sort our own out when we landed, and still negotiated a cheaper rate than the hotel was offering!
To be fair to the manager, when we arrived and complained, he did apologise and gave us a DOUBLE upgrade to a room directly facing the sea with its own pool. However, the service didn't really get much better: as vegetarians little or no effort was made to understand our dietary requirements, it was a case of make do with what was on offer. other hotels at this price range, and alleged star rating, have made the effort to sit down with us and develop a menu based on what we could eat.
Finally, apart from the exception of the beachside and poolside restaurants, the service was slow, with surly and unapproachable staff. The redeeming features were an excellent location, facilities and weather. However this place lacks the human touch of people who care about providing good service.

Excellent hotel but not much to do around the area

Lovely hotel, food absolutely excellent., rooms v good and a nice beach and pool. However, it is far away from everything else on the island, which I suppose is the draw also, but means that you have to hire a car and anywhere is a good 30-40 min drive away at least. I would definitely recommend it if you want a get-away from it all break though, as the hotel itself is fabulous.

Das Hotel ist ein absoluter Traum. Der Service ist hervorragend und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Pools sind herrlich und meist recht leer. Ausreichend Schirme sind auch am Strand vorhanden. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Restaurants lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Einem sollte jedoch bewusst sein, dass das Hotel sehr abgelegen ist. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

A wonderful 5*Resort

After 6 years we just spent again 7 wonderful days at the Atrium Resort in Lachania. Not only the Resort stayed the same - well kept, the wonderful friendly people around, the clean rooms, the service etc. after such a long time…..but it even improved! We loved the little complimentary refreshments - watermelon or icetea - around noon at the beach a lot. And the most wonderful thing was that we met the nice people like Jani (Lachania Restaurant) or Elena (at breakfast) again. Keep up with your good work. We enjoyed our time a lot and for sure we will be back, but not after 6 years next time.

Well done Atrium Prestige

We had a wonderful stay in the Atrium Prestige.
The rooms are great, overlooking the sea, the beach beautiful. The restaurants offer a variety of tasty food. Well done to the team of Atrium Prestige.
What makes however the real difference in this place is it’s people. The staff has been the most professional, pleasant and kind we have seen so far in any hotel - and we have been in many. Thank you Ivan, Savvas and Despoina for making the difference.
