Good Highlights:
Friendly staff
Quick efficient check in and out
Close to lots of fast food chains
Close to the town centre, about 10 minute walk
Decent gym for a hotel
Good air conditioning
Underground secure parking
Not so Good:
No kettle in the room
Room was not very cosy and quite basic
Could hear people in the room next door talking and footsteps of people in the room above

Despite the not so good points, we would stay here again

we used this hotel for a stopover from southern spain to france. It was conveniently located off the highway. Underground parking is available at a cost but it is very tight. We had an SUV and were ok. Within a 3 minute walk is a grocery store and the usual fast food restaurants etc. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my two week stay at AC. It's located in a convenient area of the city, and has great rooms and restaurant. My only complaint is that the elevators make a very loud noise and it becomes a problem if you're trying to sleep.

Really near to the main route to Santander. Underground parking suitable for Hyundai Tucson and Lexis 300. 20 min walk to the Plaza Major where we had nice tapas. Added benifit that a cheap petrol station is right next to the Hotel so filled up before leaving. Breakfast was well presented and good quality.
Will definitely stay here again.

The only issue I have with this hotel is that I needed to sleep until noon, which was checkout time. housekeepers were very loud in the hallways. They were moving furniture and vacuuming in the room next-door to mine. I had a do not disturb sign on my door. Perhaps they should have started cleaning rooms farther away from mine?

Location off the motorway was not too far. Safe underground car parking was good. Hotel itself was first class. Room was well appointed and beds were very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and selection of food was bountiful, the staff were so helpful with getting coffee etc. very very friendly, always smiling. Looking forward to our return stay.

The room was absolutely fine, walls a bit thin so you could hear activity in the room next door. Parking in the secure underground car Park was very tight on entry and we were not told they charge. Finally, the restaurant is not open on Saturdays.

50's UK couple travelling with car

Stayed at a larger AC hotel the previous night in Seville. The Format was exactly the same and it was a good experience, clean ,comfortable modern hotel with ample, secure, under ground parking for 9.50 euros extra. A ten minute walk to the very pretty Town centre. Only one negative asked for a glass of white wine at 9.30pm at the bar, the receptionist was doubling as the Bar Person, didn't have keys for the stockroom and they had run out of wine!!.Spain running out of wine that's a first!!

A delight. Easy in easy out a fab hotel for the travelling public. I chose this morning ne as my usual hotel closed, ( I won't be going back), it's out of town but a plaza about 200 mtres away. Clost to town that really needs a bit. I will definitely use this hole a lot, so convient for Santander and an easy stop for late arrivals, I would want more than 1 .night at a time

Excellent hotel, approximately 10 mins walk from the old town. The receptionist was very helpful pointing out the best places to visit and where to eat. Unfortunately it was rather difficult to find a nice restaurant and so we ended up eating tapas in a small bar, which turned out to be an excellent experience.

We often stay here on our way to and from the Algarve. It is very good for us as we can have our labrador stay in the room with us at no extra cost. The staff are very welcoming and the fact that we have stayed at the hotel on at least six occasions speaks for itself.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They have local maps, spoke english and gave reliable advice. Parking is limited however the hotel is on the outskirts of town and parking on the street/nearby is available. It's about 1.7/2km to town centre about a 25mins walk - either a road bridge (with footpath) or an underpass (well used by locals) to cross a railway both of which were safe to walk including returning from dinner.

We cannot understand why this is a four star hotel and almost twice as expensive as other hotels in this city. A two or three star maybe. It is located on the outskirts of town at a busy junction next to a petrol station and wasteland. The whole place smells of stale cigarette smoke. Our \"non smoking \" room was so called due to the absence of an ashtray . We purchased an airfreshner from the convenient supermarket across the road.The bathboom was dirty. The walls are paper thin so we had to endure the television from the next room all night. At 1am the night staff asked it to be turned off. It was back on at 3am. When we checked out the staff were not sympathetic. When we said that we wanted to make a compaint they presented us with the official Castilla Y Leon tourism board forms to fill in. We await their response.

Un hôtel bien situé et plutôt bien rénové par rapport à sa date de construction.
Néanmoins, j’ai été vraiment surpris de l’état des aménagement extérieurs.
La pelouse n’a pas été tondue depuis plus de 3 semaines.
De nombreux papiers traînent par terre, les arbustes n’ont pas été taillés depuis 1 à 2 ans.
Les places de parking sont mal indiquées .
C’est vraiment dommage car ça ne met pas en valeur un hôtel qui a beaucoup d avantages.
Literie, propreté et service de qualité
Petit déjeuner vraiment très bien.

La télé de la chambre fait une taille ridicule.
J’ai mis un point négatif à l eco responsabilité a cause de la douche dont le système engendre une fuite permanente du robinet principal.

Ce sont juste quelques critiques d’amélioration et je recommande néanmoins cet hôtel.

Mi experiencia en general ha ido bien, lo único, por el servicio de recogida de lavandería, que sobre las nueve o nueve y media con los carros que sacaban del camión con la ropa, hacia un ruido que repercutía en la habitación donde estaba durmiendo y te despertaba, muy mal la verdad, por lo demás bien.

L’hôtel, en général est satisfaisant, des points à améliorer quand même, à l’accueil il faudrait que toutes les informations soient données, code wifi, bar dans la chambre est t’il gratuit etc
Les chambres sont très mal insonorisé, à l’étage supérieur des gens sont rentrés vers 1h dans la nuit, on entendait tout, porte qui claque, les piétinements et surtout parler
La dernière chose est le petit déjeuner, juste moyen

No está tan bien ubicado , son unos 15 minutos a pie del centro y está en una especie de polígono al lado de una gasolinera . Los alrededores son bastante feos la verdad . La mayor pega que le veo es que la cama es muy pequeña para dos y una tele que es para verla con prismáticos .Como cosa buena , aceptan a mascotas y el baño está increíble .

No cumplen con lo que ofrecen,reservé y pagué una habitación con cama matrimonial kingsize y me dieron una con camas individuales, tambien ofrecen parking y tampoco,.
Luego vas a recepción y pasan del asunto, cómo diciendo, te aguantas,es decir,no si te gusta bien.
