We stayed there for 6 nights,
Since we were travelling with patient to consult in TMC, We informed GM about the same.
Hotel was so supportive in terms of providing clean & hygienic room and fresh food as requested for the patient throughout the stay.

The restaurant team (Faizan and Suraj), Front office team (Jitesh and Zaid) and Housekeeping team has help in all possible way during our stay.

Thanks a lot GM Sir along with restaurant, front office and housekeeping team for providing all the support and much needed help.

Not a great property & management is not customer friendly. They charged for all unused nights stating that my room is booked since day 1 and they have been charging me for that. So when I checked in, they have me waited for almost 1 hr to give me a room, saying that they need to prep the room. when I got the room, it was worst than 2-star hotel. literally worst (5-inch bedding), when I complained, the response was, this is the only room they have. and yet they kept charging for me all 3 unused nights. After escalations and complaints, they moved me to a different room. NEVER EVER AGAIN. false claim of 3-4 star property.

Bad hotel with equally bad service

The hotel does not even come close to the cleanliness and standards of other hotels in this star/price range.

Restaurent service was really disappointing and slow. Even basic drinks like tea takes roughly 1 hour to be served.

Rooms and toilets were not really clean. The provided towels had bad smell.

The pool area did not have any towels for use. Toilets next to the pool area were in really bad condition.

All in all, we had high hopes, but was hugely disappointed.

Not what we expected but doable.

This is a commuter hotel. From a foreign tourist perspective it did not meet our expectations or fulfilled its description online. Hot water is turned off during the day. Reception did not warn us and we had to ask twice to have it available for our stay (our wedding). Double occupancy rooms were not provided with enough towels or bedding due to instructions by management that only one commuter stays in a room. We had to ask 4 times before being given a second comforter for a two bed room. The only upside was the restaurant. The food and staff at the restaurant were extremely good and made us feel special. A nice change from the rest of the stay. The reception staff was polite but not sure what happened but we had to repeatedly ask for the same basic things ( enough towels, robes, blankets, hot water etc). The rooms were large but for a 5 year old hotel in desperate need of updating. Especially bathroom fixtures (like malfunctioning toilets and shower fixtures) and grimy light switches and loose outlets. The carpets in hallways need deep cleaning and a paint refresh would be best. I’d say this should be rated a local 3 star commuter hotel rather than 4 star international hotel. The location is good but not suitable for tourists walking at night to restaurants. It fulfilled our needs but wasn’t at all what we expected from the description online prior to booking.

Beautiful room! Very comfortable bed. My request for an iron and ironing board was fulfilled promptly. Only drawbacks: They could only supply one key card per room. Hot water turned off in the middle of the day.

The hotel was fine. It’s a bit old and tired and a bit expensive for (alcoholic) drinks but I needed a hotel near to my office and it was a reasonably priced room.
Staff as usual were very good.
Travel to and from airport is a long journey due to Mumbai traffic and lots of on going road works for metro system.
40 minutes early morning but 3hours early evening.

Nice hotel ..located in calm quiet area though close to highway and office area of new Mumbai. ..property have huge parking area ...but as per 5 star catagory the hotel need more improvement in the decor and other facilities. ..good humble staff ...rooms are quiet big ...food and boast need huge improvement. .taste is good but the menu are very same which is very frustrating off course ..as you hv to drive 10 min to get to the pub and food joint area ...after all day work was tiring hence had no option but took the same menu food

overbooked by hotel

Sent me to another random hotel nearby-ish with no warning.

I had airport pickup, driver dropped me off the wrong hotel, then to the correct hotel that i’m supposed to stay. I had no warning, no info, nothing, only realised about this after I asked the driver why am I not in Park hotel. Turns out there was apparently some “maintenance” work going on.

They claim I was not reachable via mobile but they could’ve emailed me to tell me and they didn’t. Absolutely ridiculous.

An Isolated hotel with bad food quality and at the time of check out hotel demanded me for INR 6000 as they told me that I have made phone calls. When I asked them when the call was as made they informed at around 4 PM in the evening on every day. As per my normal schedule I never reached hotel prior 8PM on daily basis and was busy at customer site. Finally they agreed and didn't charge for that but really this is worst experience I ever had.

Quick proximity to get to where we needed to go

Great stay, very nice staff, the food was good there for the breakfast in the morning but it was kind of expensive, about $11.00 US with taxes included after conversion which is MUCH higher than you would find outside of the hotel. Room was comfortable and the only real issue is that the WIFI was very on and off spotty in the room. We were on the 5th floor.

Very Sad and Forgettable!!!

The experience was rather sad and forgettable. To begin with the attitude of the staff was unfriendly and discourteous. We had a stay+breakfast package. When we told the staff that we would be leaving very early and so would not eat breakfast, so it would be nice if they could convert it to a stay+dinner package and we were prepared to pay the difference in price, they flatly refused. In the morning we had asked for a wake up call. We got 6 wake up calls every 10 mins. At check out the staff boy was asked to put the bags in the car, but instead for some strange reason, he went and put our luggage back into our room which caused unnecessary delay and in the process my husband missed his flight!!! We had gone to celebrate our anniversary, hoping that it would be a memorable experience, but it made for a terrible experience instead!!!

The Park hotel cannot be called a 5 star hotel

The Park hotel is presently given a five star status but it no longer has the amenities and services which can be termed as 5 star. The facilities and features are old fashioned. It can be compared to present 3 star hotels

This hotel was in poor condition. Previously stayed there 5yrs ago and still the same cushions on the chairs. Pool and outdoor area closed . Dining area dark. Food poor choice. Rooms need a makeover. Would not recommend. Staff very courteous and obliging.

Not worth the money. The hotel needs a huge revamp

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last one year. The first time was a choice I made liking at 'The Park' branding and second time was a Hobson's choice.

At both times, I've had a similar experience. The staff is great, check-in would be quick but the property is BAD! It is nowhere close to being a 4atar property and I'm surprised they're allowed to have 4-stars. The design, the space, the rooms, the bathrooms- everything needs and upgrade. The funniest part is the elevator of the hotel - even the basic apartments would have better elevators than this hotel's!

Very poor experience.
There is no valet facility. Guest needs to park car at the parking lot and walk to the hotel.
Rooms had no towels when we checked in. Front desk mentioned that towels have gone for wash and don't have any spare ones. We had to wait few hours for towels.
No hot water was available in the room.
Water flowing out of wash basin tap was dirty.
Air Conditioning was not working in the Breakfast room.
SPA had no staff.

The hotel does not have staff for valet parking and taking the luggage to the room. In the room, the cushion covers were stained, duvet cover was torn. Bathroom and toilet were untidy.

The staff is helpful. But the condition of the hotel is bad. The quality has deteriorated.

Hotel needs work, but fantastic staff.

This the location of this hotel is near the main highway. It is across the street from the Navi Mumbai Police Headquarters It does not have access to much in the way of shopping or other restaurants. I arrived the first night and was given a room. It was supposed to be a non smoking room, but someone had definitely been smoking in the room before. The smell permeated the room. That room also needed painting and some drywall repair. However, two days later they moved me to another room. The building is older and needs repair and repainting. In fairness, they were working on some of these things while I was there. On the positive side, though, the staff works really hard to serve you and has a great attitude. The restaurant serves good food. The free breakfast is varied and delicious with both Indian and International offerings. The hotel is rated as a four and a half star hotel, but I would classify it as a four star hotel, with a five star staff. There is also an excercise room and spa available. I did not use either of these. The pool was out of commission for repairs.

I don't understand how this hotel is rated 4 stars!!! Makes me wonder if I should trust the reviews. The hotel is in bad shape, the hallways stink. This is comparable to a Super8 or similar rundown motel. I was supposed to be there for 2 nights but couldn't stay one more night. Checked out early!

The facilities and the hotel is a good place. If you are lucky, you will have quite guests and a calm morning. Iny case, I had a late night and got to my room by 4 in the morning. But was woken up by 6 due to noisy guests and constant ringing of door bells on other rooms. The hotel needs to seriously think a little. Ore on sound-proofing the rooms.

Other than that, I have no complaints.

Checkin was quick and easy with excellent food and service in the kitchen. Very friendly staff and always helpful. I needed a car to go to Shirdi for one night and that was done without any hassle. We got a driver that was ready to help and we got more than what we anticipated. Excellent service all over....

Not a five star hotel at all.

Stayed for 6 days here but never felt that I am staying in so called five star property.

Day 1: Arrivrd at 2.45 am. Noone at reception. Security guy was shouting to call and locate one. Someone came after 15 minutes. Probably he was asleep. No welcome, no explanation of hotel features, did not guide to my room. I had to look around how to find lift and get to my room. When reached room, the access card was not working.

Day 2: asked for an iron. It took 4 reminder calls and 55 minutes for housekeeping to get it delivered.

Hotel looks old with carpet in lobby dirty and paints on wall peeling off at several places.

Complementary bteakfast was good with good options.

Another observation is security check upon arrival. Half of the times they did not check my car which apoeared a standard practice. Also metal detector and x ray scanner at entrance of hotel was mere a showpiece with overall security not taken seriously by them.

Good Mumbai exit strategy

Nice room, great breakfast, 1 hr+ east of the airport, so if you're going east you can wake up and skip the worst traffic in the am. Hot water all day and night, comes on in a few seconds--very luxurious compared to the one star place in Navi Mumbai we used to stop at.
