Excellent Hotel with Great Facilities & Prime Location.
A truly superb stay! The hotel boasts top-notch facilities and a highly convenient location, making it an ideal choice for travelers. While the overall experience was fantastic, a faster check-in process—perhaps even a pre-arrival check-in option—would have enhanced efficiency at the front desk. Aside from the speed of service, everything else was absolutely outstanding!

Had to shift rooms due to inoperative locking door. Took hotel over an hour to do the right thing. Additionally, not a safe hotel for foreigners and women in particular. Lots of partying, live band in lobby, numerous men and I did not observe another female or any families during my stay. Definitely would not recommend.

We stay only in Tunga Regenza during our visit to mumbai. It is always enjoyable except some here and there but there are people like Shadab who has come forward helping us with extension of stay.

The room wasn’t kept clean. Inspite of reminding them to put hand towels in the bathroom I had to call for them every day. The AC didn’t work had to get the maintenance into the room at least 3 times. The money they charge for the room is not worth it. I feel cheated.

Close to all shopping malls. Bathroom needs a bit of updating. Need to walk away from hotel to get a Taxi.
Restaurant food was good. Road in front of the hotel is still dirt road, should be a paved road.

Friendly attentive staff and food book options throughout the day. However not really enjoying the benefits of the Club Lounge extra I chose to pay for. Some of paintwork especially in areas around bath in need of rennovation. Good choice of shopping nearby.

Room was not clean upon check in (found long strands of hair attached to the base of coffee table), same with the bathroom, room floor had footprints over it. Asked housekeeping to clean room again (also showed all to them). Went out only to return to find the footprints had been wiped away but the hair were still there (very disappointing, especially after showing them this). Bathroom was cleaned. Finally the following afternoon I informed front desk that the fridge in the room doesn’t work (showing them my bottle of water, which was absolutely warm). Although one receptionist said she would get the fridge replaced another receptionist tried to justify that the fridge is only keep items at room temperature and it’s not a freezer. Obviously I had to inform him that his now talking absolute nonsense (if a fridge is only to keep items at room temperature then it would not be needed in the room, you can just leave them anywhere and it be the same temperature). Please don’t treat your guests as idiots, take on board what they are saying and try to rectify it, that is the right thing to do. Just to add not really sure if the fridge was replaced as it didn’t work either.

I have stayed here a few times and have let my customer book for me and got a reasonable room. This time I used Hotels.com and the room a lesser quality. Stained and dirty chair for example. I asked the reception to book a airport taxi and she was less than helpful. Lot sure I will stay here again expect the fish restaurant was fabulous.

Staff needs more training in hospitality. Very loud music on 31st Dec night due to party happening in the hotel. Inconsiderate to the the guests staying in the hotel. Room smelling of cigarettes. Asked to change the room but was told that the hotel is fully booked. Bathroom was very dark (not sufficient natural light or the light bulbs). Bath tub not clean.

Doesn't justify to be a 3/4 star hotel even.

Stayed for a week for business trip. Let's talk about good part first :-

Only thing is location ...that's only.good part as it is near a few good Malls and eating places to hangout
And toiletries are loaded everyday without fail.. Out of which some products quality only God knows.

Horrible experience with respect to stay after paying decent money to book hotel room..
Smelly rooms, old drapes which smell too.

Breakfast too limited and its being served in too compact area...like a third class restaurant. Buffet items are like empty trays most of times where guests are running after waiters to refill.. Except a couple of folks in restaurant all are rude like we are asking them to get food from their home..
Notably egg counter person is decent to look after your request though.
In room they won't provide you more than 4 bottles of water per day..Ensure to buywaterfrom outside..really..
Breakfast taste is average ... Lucky if you get it in time though..
Never gonna stay at same hotel again and won't recommend to anyone..

The hotel is in good location but poorly managed. it appears the Staffers are not free to approve any request from the guests. For instance, we have requested for 30 minutes of additional extension of checkout due to a heavy traffic block but they keep on repeating that our late check-out limit is 2 pm which every hotels offering by default.

We have given our cloth for laundry, when we received there was cigarette butt inside and we reported this to the duty manager with proof and he did not offer any apology but he made sure to add laundry charges on our bill.

We have booked the hotel for 2 days and paid full money in advance but very second day the staff called me and asked me for the checkout, then i formed them i booked and paid for two nights, in response to this, they said they will check and come back to me but instead they deactivated my access card and my family waited at the door in midnight till I went down reactivated card.

Needs to be more empathetic to customers

At my check in at 10PM - the prepaid category of room was not available .10 PM !!
I was alloted a higher category of room and at 11 PM - they called to shift me to 'my category ' .
At 11.15 they realise that the lock of the new room does not work - all in a frustrating experince .
The hotel is otherwise good , well located and the people know their jobs

Amazing hotel in the heart of Vashi

Amazing hotel in the heart of Vashi. Next to the station and mall. Room was of decent size and well maintained. The bathroom lights are a little dim, may be its for creating a lighter mood, but it didnt work out for me. Staff was very helpful with everything we needed during our stay.

Good hotel but a little less nice than before

I have been staying here for the past two years, and the staff are always very helpful. However over time I feel that the standards are slipping a little, on things like internet connectivity, food quality and room cleanliness. Still a good hotel though!

Not worth the money

We chose this hotel as a bit of luxury as we had been staying in budget hotels for the last month but have have had much better stays for a lot less.

Air conditioning was not working in the room the first night so it was difficult to sleep in the heat. Noisy alarms and phones going off throughout both nights. We raised this as an issue with reception who said they would have the volume turned down but it was the same on the second night.

The air conditioning wasn’t working in the gym meaning it was unbearable to do any sort of workout and there is minimal equipment in the gym. Some of this is also not working and very old.

Would not stay again and would not recommend.

This was our second stay with The Regenza. This is a very nice hotel located with a business area. Courteous staff with a professionally run front counter. The restaurant has a wonderful selection. They offer fast and free WiFi for up to three devices. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Until now, I have been blown away by hospitality in India The bathroom was dirty and sink would not drain. While most staff were fantastic, all it takes is one to ruin it. After raising my concerns, the hotel did apologize but did not try to rectify the situation. I simply cannot recommend this hotel given our stay and am extremely disappointed in how they handled the situation.

Good option for Vashi/Navi Mumbai Area

Pluses: Very helpful staff, large rooms, good housekeeping service and nice restaurants.

Minuses: They cannot serve alcohol as the hotel is within the perimeters of a highway which is a recent restriction placed by law in India. Also, I repeatedly found cockroaches in my room.

Not so good on this trip

The food seems to have gone down hill a little on this trip. I usually look forward to my evening meal in the one too many but on this trip there was noticeably fewer chicken pieces in the curry and the naan bread was cold and stale. The breakfast too was not as good as my last few visits and had to wait quite a while for the egg station chef to show up to get my omelette.

I still think the hotel is good value for money but I may try elsewhere next month.
