Nice hotel. Convenient location. Front office staff manned by freshers and trainees. They seem overwhelmed and not adequately trained. Room service and cleaning personnel are efficient. Hotel is next to busy road and a wedding banquet hall in addition to construction site. Rooms need better sound proofing. Overall it’s ok.

THERE WAS NO SUFFICIENT STAFF AT THE HOTEL AND THE ROOM SERVICE IS AVAILABALE ONLY UPTO 10:00PM. ROOMS WERE NOT SO BIGGER COMPARED TO THE PRICE AND NAME OF THE HOTEL.
OVERALL IT WAS A WORST EXPERIENCE STAYING IN SUCH HOEL .
INSTEAD I WOULD HAVE BOOKED THE PARK HOTEL RATHER THEN FORTUNE GROUP

The manager at reception tried to overcharge me on two occasions. They denied that payment was already made through hotels.com, and tried to harass us to make the same payment twice. Also behaviour was poor and unprofessional.

Worst hotel to Stay...

It was not a nice stay at all.. Room AC was not working so I requested to send technician and they arrange but still problem could not resolve. Reception ask me to change my room next day and I allow them but even after changing room problem was the same. Entire 2 nights stay was not worth of leaving in this hotel. Will never prefer to stay in this hotel again.

pleasant stay, good for business travel

The stay resulted in a pleasant experience overall as the hotel ticked off ok on most of the major points of comfort, cleanliness and general efficiency. It is conveniently located in Navi Mumbai area with good dining options both in the hotel and also nearby. being a business trip, the location was important for me as I had my meetings in Navi Mumbai area only and so the commuting time was considerably lower than if I had stayed in Mumbai. it is also good for those having work in Thane area. the hotel is under the management of ITC group of hotels, so the usual standard of service that one expects from a hotel in this segment was met. the hotel also has a gym which is well equipped and helps one to work out in a pleasant environment. the multi cuisine restaurant at the first floor has a good buffet spread for dinner that works well for a satisfying meal after a full days work.
the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and the usual amenities are provided in room. there is also a tea / coffee maker and bottled water available in the room on complimentary basis. there is also a minibar, but it could be equipped better with more options.

Disappointing club rooms as i paid more and they're no better than standard rooms.

Drinks menu had different ptices for same item.
Old priced menu issued to my colleague and mine had higher prices with updated menu.
Club room didnt have minibar whilsy standard rooms did.

Condition of the hotel has clearly deteriorated from when I last stayed here about 5-6 years back. Strong smell of cigarettes in the corridors (people smoking in the stairs, door to fire stairs does not close, does not even have door latches!), musty smell from carpets, air-conditioning not cooling (room never went below 22.5C despite thermostat being set lower), general signs of deterioration etc.

That said, it is still one of the nicer hotels in the area. Staff is very polite and helpful.

But value for money is certainly not there. You can live in some stunning five star hotels in the airport area for pretty much the same as you are paying for this hotel.

I stayed here to be close to family in the area. Would certainly not stay here otherwise.

Not a very pleasant experience.

Very tight turn for our taxi within the premises. Car was sliding back, this is potentially very dangerous. Front office staff need more training in customer service. We asked for taxi fare to airport and they never got back to us. We arranged taxi ourselves. We asked for extra hand towel, which was not provided. A table on which we ate was cleaned so badly, we could see the stains on returning.
Breakfast was very good and room was nice. However would not recommend this place based on customer service. Staff was courteous.

receptionists need to be more profisdiona..I was asked to provode a business card as a partbof checking in..!!....
they were not familiar with the procedure of checkingbin... I wasrequested by receptionist to be at the same time for any room services oorders..!!
WiFi was bad most of the time onside the room.My booking was included the beakfas, receptionist told me i have to pay for breakfast, after long discussion the founout they are wrong.

Great value

I stayed in the hotel on a business trip. Even though the hotel is a little out of the way - I easily booked car service. The breakfast was fairly decent and room service was prompt as well. Because of the competitive prices I booked the suite which was a great value - lots of room nice shower. The service is always very good at this hotel and the staff is friendly. I have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions.

Quiet property with a great location

Very good property, but its low occupancy almost screams and tells you the situation, given a mall next door that has shut down. But if that can be ignored, very nice quiet property, much better for a leisurely weekend perhaps than business! Food is just about ok, could be better! The room though lacks good ventilation. May be the AC ducts need servicing. Dont be surprised if you feel out of breath sometimes.

Holiday Spot

In our opinion, this hotel is too far from major tourist attractions. Is more for weddings, conventions etc. Imagine fire crackers going off at midnight with no regards to other hotel guests.
Travel desk was just about non-existent. Some help from the assistant manger (Neha).
