BEWARE of Hotel Staff
Cleanliness is ok, hotel is a bit aged. BE CAREFUL of the hotel staff. On one of the days they told us it was not possible to get a taxi but they would arrange us one ..... 15 minutes later a illegal taxi turned up arranged by the hotel staff. We where taken to our destination in a old unsafe car, then charged double the amount !!!

Small value for small money. It is very cheap so if that is your main objective this hotel will do. It is clean. Reception is only open at certain periods. Beds are not comfortable and small. Breakfast is expensive compared to what they give for it.

They stuck us in an attic bedroom with a slanted roof that was so tight you could hardly move with your small luggage. The picture in the ad is not representative of this hotel.

Enjoyable Stay - Spacious and Clean
Stayed 2 nights, room spacious,clean and free internet in room. Breakfast was substantial and good variety. Approx 10-15 minutes walk to Hotel from Krakow Glowny train Station. Hotel not easy to find, you need to find way under pedestrian underpass. We asked for directions and people were friendly and helpful. Close to Restaurants and tram stop. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

The hotel was very convenient. ATM nearby, supermarket 600 meters down the road; easy access to Blois and a large shopping center. We have stayed at this hotel for twenty years and it has always been very good; never a problem.

The hotel is reasonable, not a bad location but you need to drive into Blois to see anything, and the rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. However the man on reception was pretty rude to us when we arrived - no hello or acknowledgment when we were standing in front of him. My parents had their confirmation paper which stated they had paid a deposit already, and upon check-in they only needed to pay the remainder. He tried to tell them that was tax, and asked for the full amount. They had to keep telling him the balance to be paid upon check-in (highlighted on the Hotels.com confirmation and they showed him this paper many times) and he kept saying no. It took a good 10 minutes for him to finally just ask for the balance. He was not polite or friendly and so I would not recommend this hotel as you may get overcharged.

Spent one night there, very good standard hotel, although in a region that might not be very touristic, it is nonetheless quiet, pleasing and charming. the quality of the room was brilliant and there were no issues at all. enjoyed it.

L’hôtel se situe en bordure d’une route très fréquentée. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre car trop de bruit à l’extérieur. Il y a certes un parking mais il est situé directement en bordure de route. Le coin sanitaire est très mal entretenu : faïence cassée, robinet thermostatique sans tête, moisissures en bordure du bac à douche. Comment cet hôtel a-t-il pu obtenir un classement 3* ?

Halte correcte près de Chambord
Etape de deux nuits, halte pratique pour visiter le château de Chambord. Chambre basique, baignoire-douche mal conçue : pommeau au milieu, espace étroit et rideau collant. Pas de climatisation et une route très passante sous la fenêtre (bien insonorisée quand elle est fermée). Notre volet était cassé, difficile d’ouvrir et d’avoir un peu de fraîcheur avec la chaleur étouffante ces jours-là. Le responsable s’en est excusé et nous a offert un thé et deux croissants.

Ne connaissant que très peu les environs, j’ai été surpris par la suite que cet hôtel me permettait d’avoir accès aux bords de Loire pour me promener, tout en ayant des accès non négligeables en termes routiers, ainsi que certains commerces pratiques aux alentours. Le personnel est très accueillant en plus d’être efficace. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Hotel situato subito fuori l’ abitato di Blois a 3,5 km dal Castello. Come giustamente ha sottolineato la proprietaria dovrebbe essere chiaro a Tutti che l’hotel non ha aria condizionata, è privo di ascensore e ha la moquette in tutta la struttura. E’ ubicato lungo la strada e pertanto poco adatta a chi soffre il rumore. E’ molto comodo per visitare i Castelli della Loira e non si hanno particolari esigenze. La stanza a me assegnata, tripla, non era “particolarmente grande” così come il bagno. A poca distanza un “Buffalo Grill” è un ristorante, alternativamente bisogna andare a Blois

I just want to say that during my trip in France I have met a lot of nice and kind people, but the owner of TourHotel in Blois was not in that category. We started with a problem with the website and the owner was not the least bit helpful. I made a reservation that included breakfast (complete with an email confirmation that specified that breakfast was included in the price) but the owner refused to acknowledge this accommodation and proceeded to call my girlfriend and me crazy. He spoke to me in French while I spoke to him in English and found it highly unprofessional that a hotel owner would refuse to respond in the same language, especially when he made it clear that he understood the situation. I understood his point and that he did not want to lose any business, but the way he said it and refused to deal with the situation was rude and unprofessional. So I ended up paying an additional 16.00 Euro for 2 breakfasts and received a receipt at checkout. Imagine my surprise and outrage when I got to the car and found a number of insults written on the back of the receipt. I have no words to describe how much I feel taken advantage of. All I can say is do not go to this hotel because the owner will refuse to help you in any way and insult you as if everything is your fault.

Aucune chambre climatisée alors que j'y étais en mai, et il faisait chaud et lourd. 24-25° dans la chambre, autant vous dire qu'en plein été avec 30° dehors ca doit être limite insupportable. Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont bien insonorisées mais comme la rue est un axe principal, on entend la circulation le matin. Le réceptionniste qui doit être aussi le gérant ne parait pas vraiment aimable. Hôtel fermé entre 12h et 15h. Les sdb des chambres classiques sont vraiment petites : baignoire, wc et lavabo sont très collés. On ne peut pas y deposer ses affaires. A part les mettre soit sur le lavabo (qui est minuscule donc pas pratique du tout) soit sur le wc (donc pas hygiénique), on ne dispose d'aucune étagère. Concernant le petit déjeuner, le pain est bon, le café pas top (comme partout d'ailleurs). Je déplore aussi un manque sur le sucré. Les horaires du ptit dej sont de 7h à 10h. A 9h il ne restait plus grand chose.

im Netz die tollsten Bilder und dann sind die Zimmer nicht die im Netz. Katastrophe! Umbuchen kosten dann 33% Aufschlag. Geht aber nicht wenn man die Zimmer betreten hat, die Bäder eklig und alt, alles muffig und stinkend. Teppich geht gar nicht und die Betten nur sehr schmal. Überall Haare....usw usw

Chambre un peu petite mais fonctionnelle.. J'ai préféré une chambre sur l'arrière pour éviter le bruit de la RN. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour quelqu'un qui cherche juste un hébergement car éloigné du centre-ville de Blois ( 3km). Toutefois plusieurs possibilités pour se restaurer à proximité immédiate: Buffalo Grill, petite pizzéria, petit restaurant, et un peu plus loin (500m) un Carrefour market..

Escale pour visiter Chambord sur notre route de retour de vacances ! Hôtel rénové avec goût , chambre très jolie avec triple vitrage super pour le bruit de la route très très passante de devant ! Seule problème c'est qu'il faisait très chaud et que l'on a dû ouvrir pour avoir de l'air ! Et la c'est vraiment bruyant jusqu'à tard dans la nuit ! Mais bon cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour et on reste sur une bonne impression !
