The location of the hotel was hard to identify. The room was dirty, bed and pillow had strains, toilet flush wasn't working, hot water was not available all the time, the room's ventitation was really poor. Will not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff were friendly for the most part, however, there is a major miscommunication with the room service team. I can speak their language but they seem to not understand basic instructions. Ordering room service was a hassle as they always seemed to have nothing from the menu and just one or two items constantly. The location is convenient for those looking to stay and shop near the major market, otherwise, this location is not to relax at all. There were no windows in the two rooms I was shown and one I had to stay in. It was quite suffocating. I wouldn't want to stay here unless dire emergency.

Good value!, comfortable stay!

Happy experience! Staff was efficient and kind. Room was great value for price, had all the amenities needed including a hair dryer (which many other hotels didn’t have for some reason) and plentiful hot water. Also fairly close to railway station which makes it great if you’re traveling by train.

Good location for local markets and both metro stations are 800m from hotel, breakfast is ok with both Indian and continental are available staff will also offer omelettes, staff were very friendly and courteous at all times, rooms are clean and comfortable, street noise is excessive if your room faces Main Street, as windows are not double glazed and a bustling array of shoe exporters are on your doorstep

Major building work on floor below us. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. First time to Delhi so tough to rate but didn’t match expectations from the photos. The room was large and fairly clean and working air con but for price and in less than central location was expecting more..

Decent hotel for the price

A nice hotel for the price. Comfortable room with airconditioning and wifi but shower did not work. Lovely roof terrace with good food and a good breakfast. Fairly good location, although very hectic outside, about a 10 minute walk to a metro station. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic Stay in the Karol Bagh Market Area

Clean Place to stay. I like this hotel. This hotel Staff was very helpful. Before booking I read many reviews on different websites but finally I decide to book here only. I really enjoy the facilities & amenities. The hospitality provided to me was not less than a star hotel. My stay was very fantastic. The Karol Bagh is a busy market area very differ from other cities. I like the area. I thanks hotel staff for warm welcoming. They are very polite. I will be back again.

Enjoyable Stay at New Delhi

I booked this hotel at very cheap rates. This hotel is located in crowded main market of Karol Bagh, but it is very safe. I like to stay here. The room given to me was very romantic. I sleep well because my room was very quite. In room I use Tea Kettle many times and the tea coffee was replenished as often as I demanded promptly. We love to have a separate small fridge, which is full of Coke, Juices and other beverages. The room is full of amenities with comfortable beds.

On our call every time we get very good service. The staff is very cooperative and helpful.

In morning we had our Breakfast in Restaurant, which was very delicious and rich in quality. The USP of the hotel is Breakfast so please do not forget to enjoy it.

We have enjoyed our stay. We will recommend it to our friends.

Hotel Sri Nanak Continental

The food was good and breakfast was varied. If you do not see what you want, ask and it will be produced.
The staff tried their best and were helpful.
If you wanted a central location this hotel is ideal but we were scared to leave the hotel in the evenings because of the area where it was situated. We did not feel safe outside.
We stayed for two nights. The first night, the wifi did not work despite attempts by staff to restore service. There was too much noise in the environment. There was no hot water in the bathroom.
We were moved to a room with a bath and supposedly better wifi service but this again was non functional. However, we had hot water throughout.
We requested a wake up call the two nights we spent there but this did not happen.
The lift often got stuck on a floor and we had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift to the 4th floor dining room but they had room service.
The staff and the kitchen are the best things about this hotel.
I would rate this hotel 3*

Some Staff very disrespect full. Not helpful at all being in a country were if Hindi is not you first language.
Its Disrespectful even naming the hotel Sir Nanak think the Sikh should look in to getting the name changed it is a insult to the Sikh religion.

Hotel transfer did not turn up we got a local cab to hotel from airport.

Internet was none excitant.

Very noisy, plus did not work socket wires in hall way hanging out.

Expedia need to check these hotel before sending customers to these locations.

I think some kind of compenstation is in order for the ordeal we went threw.

Hotel lobby is quiet small. Concern of staff keeping the copies of the personnel information (Passport) in safe location as it was kept near the counter for easy access. The Counter person is not really worries about the breach or theft.

Beautiful Hotel Located in Karol Bagh !!

The hotel is just walkable from main market of Karol Bagh, It a nice beautiful hotel with no frills. The room given to me was very clean and nicely laid out. The staff and front desk manager was very helpful. I recommended this hotel for family travelers, young couples. The room given to me was extra comfort and amenities which is required was up-to-date. will back again on my next trip

Extra Clean and helpful Staff

The room given to me was extra clean. The staff was helpful. I have extra luggage with me and I don't want to keep all the luggage's in my room but Hotel staff help me and keep my luggage in Store Room. I stay here 1 night only but my stay was very comfortable. The had my breakfast in restaurant was good. There is no reason to complaint, I like this hotel very much. I will recommended my friends to stay here as this hotel has extraordinary services.

Close to Main Market, Clean, Comfortable & Modern

I stay here 1 Night, Its very close to Main Market and rooms are beautiful. I got a chance to select the room and I see 4 room all are very clean. The room given to me is very comfortable and equipped with modern facilities. The Staff was Ok, It was a good experience staying here and relaxing Night here without any problem. The room was very quiet. I booked a ac taxi for Delhi local sight seeing for Rs.1500/ from reception and after completing my sight seeing driver drop me at Railway Station. The Driver was also very helpful. I recommend others like Family traveler, solo traveler, senior citizen to stay here as it is very safe hotel to stay.

Photo you are seeing for this hotel were perhaps taken when built or edited using software. Hotel is very dirty and needs significant improvement. Best 1 star hotel. When we checked in TV did not work, water in bathroom leaking, safe did not work, room was very dirty. Before we booked hotel we called hotel to confirm there is FREE airport pickup but after booking they changed their mind and emailed us we need to pay $18 extra for airport pickup (Email is attached). Free breakfast but they charged $44 at the checkout and after arguing they deducted $44 but this should have not happen on the first placed. Few other customer had same issue at the checkout. THIS HOTEL is a TRAP. ONCE U BOOK YOU CAN NOT CANCEL, SO STAY AWAY

We had a good hotel stay as the staff were very helpful to cater to all our small needs.Its a small family run hotel the owner sandeep gives person attention to all matters.The room was also nicely laid out with comfortable bed and good looking furnishings.The bathroom and in room amenities were also very good.The breakfast and diinner were quite good since i have stayed at other karol bagh hotels which were unpleasant experience.We will surely comeback to the hotel on our trip next year.

Nice city center hotel !

We were arriving quite late as hotel made good arrangements for airport pickup since our flight was delayed over 7 hours.We requested for some light snacks which were provided since we were on a long haul flight.Next day we had a yummy breakfast followed by a delhi local tour organized by the hotel itself.Its better to stick to hotel travel desk as small time tour operators will try to rip off your money.
We booked a deluxe room which was upgraded to executive room since they had room empty and it was quite sweet gesture.The room was nicely decorated and clean.Bedding was good with double covers and sheets and the extra pillows provided to us were very comfortable.We would surely return here.

Hotel is clean and rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is wonderful and room price is reasonable. I will give top rating to this hotel. This hotel is very clean and full of services. Even mini-bar, Tea-coffee maker in the room. This was our first trip to India. We booked a car for Delhi Local Sight Seeing at reasonable price. The Hotel provide us free Breakfast, free internet service, taxi service, clean food, clean room, clean bathroom, helpful staff, room with discounted price and also provide me Delhi City Map & free Information about tourist places in north India.

We are very satisfied with the stay

In Delhi nobody can think that in the mid of the city such kind of hotel are there which are full of luxury feeling.

One bad part of this City is, in day time it is very hard to spend in Delhi because of Noise & Air Pollution. This hotel is located on main road and in day time noise pollution is little high but I manage it, as I was on my Tour program in Day Time but the night are quieter. All overall I can say nice beautiful hotel.

Wonerful Stay in New Delhi

I booked room which was full of modern facilities. Clean bed linens, towels, bathroom toiletries. The Toilet Roll was provided me free of cost. No dust, very clean, attentive staff, safe box in the room with LCD TV and Free Internet as I have used high speed Wi-Fi services. I will recommend others to stay here with helpful staff. Safe to stay here as it is located in the mid of the city Karol Bagh, I think that this hotel is best for family travelers who really want to enjoy the stay. The Hotel was unforgettable. When we reach here hotel was full and lot of other European tourist sitting in lobby. I asked one of them about the room they told me it was good.

Hotel Sri Nanak Continental- budget hotel

I found the hotel staff polite and welcoming. People at the front desk all spoke English well. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there were cold water bottles in the room fridge. The buffet is small but did the trick--- it never got me sick either! The one criticism I have is nobody from the hotel was there to pick me up from the airport. The room included free shuttle and I had my pick-up confirmed. I had somebody call he hotel from the airport and they claimed to not to have my airport pick-up confirmed. So I took a taxi for 700 rupees. Furthermore, my shuttle back to the airport was free.
The hotel also offers many day trips and overnight trips. (including theTaj Mahal)

Clueless Staff Rips Us Off

Regardless of how the quality of the room was, the staff had no idea what they were doing as far as payment and check out is concerned. I paid for the room through Expedia, at a cheap rate. When we got there, however, they claimed that my card hadn't been charged and the information was only taken as a safeguard so they could charge me if I didn't show up. This was untrue, but I was unsure so I gave them my card to pay while I was there. The charged me twice, and not even at the same rate advertised on Expedia. They were completely unorganized and clueless, handing me back the wrong receipt and asking me to put the additional cab charge on the card and pay it in cash as well. It was confusing and frustrating. I will not be returning here, and suggest others find a different venue

Decent hotel Bad Bad Bad Location

The Hotel was clean but we ordered room service twice and got sick both times. We asked for wake up calls twice, they woke us up 20 minutes late the first time and forgot to wake us up the second time. We could not figure out how to get the Air conditioning to work properly. The people were friendly, and the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV, the micro fridge and the plumbing worked well.

Location was terrible. No hot water in the room and after requesting it, it didn't get done. Pick up of the airport offered but not provided. Late check out due to a flight delayed, but made us pay for another half a day, even tho we checked in at 11pm as opposed to 3pm.
Staff was friendly, but the overall accommodations were really really poor.
Taxi requested broke down twice. Both taxis that we took, it happened the same thing.

A typical Indian experience

Typical Indian experience. Friendly staff, but the facility needed improvement. We were there during a cold spell which is unusual and they are not so prepared. However they did have a oil heater in the room to help, but then no way to tightly close the single pane window. We enjoyed a nice breakfast buffet upgrade, but ended up in a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking. Noise is often a challenge in India and this hotel had its share. Although in a more quiet area of Delhi, they are on a block of motorcycle shops and some very loud dogs that barked for what seemed like hours on end. However the hotel was also within earshot of the Karol Gurdwara and this sent out lovely chanting and prayers. I might stay there again, but would most likely pick a more out of the way place just to get some more quiet.

Overall, the hotel was fine. Our room was very clean and the front desk service was helpful. You are provided with all the basic things you would expect in a hotel (tv, mini-fridge, slippers, soap, towels, etc.) The restaurant was average/good. The shower in our room did not work very well. The hotel is next to impossible for auto drivers to find if they don't know where it is. I would recommend landmarking something nearby and being prepared to give your auto driver directions. Even with the address card, it was difficult to find. We stayed for two nights before returning home and it was more than adequate. A good location and you can walk to the metro. Unless you are set on having a private car, I would negotiate a day rate with the auto drivers on the main road instead of booking a taxi for sight-seeing through the hotel. You will save money this way.

although we got a double-bed-room for a 3-Adult booking we got a good deal and rest all was wonderful. all the three front desk managers we interacted were very modest and humble. complementary breakfast has good variety. locality is very convinient for daily trips, marketing, metro, etc. we would prefer the same place any time we visit Delhi.

Very friendly staff and owners. Took me early morning to a nearby hospital, where a kidney stone was diagnosed. Visited me in hospital and brought me back after 4, days. India is very noisy, but ear plugs provide relief for sleeping! Internet available free for guests. A restaurant upstairs. A variety of small shops in nearby streets and a post office within 5, minutes on foot.
If I return to Delhi, I would stay there again.

The service is good but the overall outset is that of an old building, furnitures, linings etc. There are several better hotels than this with better daily rates. Airport pick-up is timely and without hitches. Give youself a try if there is no other alternatives.

Fint, enkelt hotel med lækre værelser og god betjening. God til prisen. Ligger midt i et stort handelsområde, hvor man ikke nødvendigvis får lyst til at gå tur. Ingen andre turister i sigte. Men hotellet har egne chaufførerne, som gerne kører til en god pris.
