This is our 4th stay at the Villa Rasa, and it’s always consistent and incredible. The staff is amazing, everyone goes beyond to accommodate our needs. The restaurant is great and we love to have all of our meals there, as we barely leave the hotel during our stay. We will come back asap!

I liked everything about this hotel. Staff came out to our car to greet us (Sam). He insisted on carrying our luggage to our room and parking our car.

The proprrty is well designed, lovely pool, great dining room with emphasis on local cuisine and a veautiful beach at our door step.

I would return to Vilka Rasa anytime but for a longer stay.

Excellent hotel with 2 pools, a spa and restaurant. Breakfast and food options are great. English speaking staff as well which made me feel very welcome. Hotel also has its own private acces to a small beach which is brilliant if you want escape the busier beaches in the area

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Rasa. Staff is incredibly friendly and loving. They took such great care of my family. The property is beautiful and cozy and the beach is great for kids. I cannot wait to come back!

very expensive hotel and inconvenient

This hotel was very overpriced. We booked 3 nights and relaxed on beds did some swimming and walked on the beach but weather was not brilliant as it rained one day and we couldnot do anything. There are hardly any restaurants nearby and we had to take a bus to town which was 15 mins away. The hotel restaurant is much overpriced and for a simple pasta dish you pay over 50Reals or for chips 20 reals. Not many people dined there. Also at checkout they charge room tax and service charge on everything. We felt it was a rip off . Rooms are very tired looking with bathroom needing serious renovation. Sauna was fine but jacuzzi hardly worked and no changing facilities. For the price you pay it should be all inclusive. Not very impressed except beautiful gardens and friendly staff at restaurant.

We asked to move our room due to the noise of many children, we wanted a room away from the noisy pool area, the would not move us, there were rooms available, but the staff was not cooperative

Peace & Excellent View

The view to the ocean is amazing, the pictures don't lie. On a sunny day you can enjoy the view at the reclinable beach chairs, while drinking a traditional caipirinha. Also the staff is very friendly.

Beware of rooms on wrong side of busy road!

Although it says on the website that accommodation is on both sides of the road, the hotel doesn't make it clear that
1. if you book a room which is not on the beach side, it is a different world! In those rooms that 'boast a garden view' , our only view through a badly-fitting patio door was of a tiny planked area and a white wall: no grass or plants - no garden, no view. The bathroom was shabby.
2. To get to the main hotel for all services (bar, meals, beach, spa etc) we had to cross a very busy road.
3. While some of the staff were very welcoming , some were definitely not, eg the short guy on reception.
4. Book early to get rooms on beach side of the road which appeared to be lovely, we booked late and regretted it.

Not what I expected

Based on expedia telling me this was in Buzios, I booked the hotel. It's not in a good area, far from Buzios town center and although some of the rooms are near the beach, a majority of the rooms were in a separate building across a very busy road. We were so disappointed we just left and got a very nice hotel actually in Buzios!

Serene and beautiful..

I spend 3 nights with my girl friend. It was pretty nice experience. Got great Sea View room (Deluxe Room). Beaches in the front was less crowded, kept ordering juices and fresh coconut water from the beach. Multiple options to choose during breakfast.
Staffs were helpful , only problem is most of them don't speak English . Overall positive and recommendable resort.

O atendimento dos funcionários sem dúvidas é um grande diferencial! Meu quarto foi ok, mas faltou uma poltrona ou pelo menos uma cadeira - não tinha. A cama era bem confortável e consegui solicitar um berço para minha filha, sem custos adicionais. Sobre o berço, assim que chegamos vimos que ele estava com um problema de montagem, mas sinalizei pra equipe que rapidamente resolveu.

Quarto super espaçoso e a equipe super atenciosa e muito próximo dos hóspedes.
Ficamos no quarto que precisa atravessar a rua para acessar o prédio principal, e sempre tinha alguém da equipe para nos ajudar.

Apesar de não ter ficado no prédio principal, o anexo tbm tem piscina e um espaço maravilhoso.

Pousada maravilhosa

Nossa estadia na Villa Rasa foi excelente! Fomos com nossa filha de 1 ano e 4 meses e a pousada foi perfeita para nós, calma, confortável, com um jardim ótimo para minha filha brincar sem perigo, o restaurante tem acesso ao jardim então podíamos comer enquanto ficavamos de olho na nossa filha brincando. A comida é deliciosa, tanto café da manhã quanto os outros itens do cardápio, almoçamos a moqueca e comemos outras comidinhas na pisicina. TODOS os funcionários foram muito gentis e simpáticos conosco. Possui uma brinquedoteca muito bonita e equipada. Enfim, era exatamente o que eu buscava, um lugar calmo e tranquilo, com a acesso à praia para que pudéssemos descansar e aproveitar com nossa filha. É uma excelente pousada para casais e famílias com bebês.

De modo geral o hotel é muito bom. Por ser pé na areia e ter um restaurante nem é necessário sair se não quiser. Excelente para relaxar num ambiente agradável. De negativo eu pontuo as piscinas um pouco sujas e algumas comodidades deixando a desejar nesse sentido. Acho que poderiam caprichar nos detalhes. A segurança tambem é um ponto negativo, uma vez que a parte do hotel oposta a praia fica com os portões abertos, sem segurança ou recepcionista, ou seja, qualquer um pode entrar.

Localização excelente, em frente a praia, café da manhã muito saboroso. Única reclamação que tenho, foi que só havia um atendente na recepção no check-in e ninguem me apresentou a pousada. Fiquei la por 4 dias e somente no último, descobri que havia sauna e uma sala de atividades.

O atendimento é ´muito bom, o café da manhã é bem diversificado.
Ficamos desapontados em alugar uma acomodação com banheira, pagar mais caro e quando fomos usar, apenas a água quente, fervendo, funcionava, não aproveitamos, como já era na véspera de virmos embora e de noite, não tinha como chamar a manutenção.

Nossa terceira vez no hotel e não temos o que reclamar. O hotel é simplesmente incrível assim como seus colaboradores e instalações. Todos os colaboradores são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Decepção na Pousada Villa Rasa

Os dois quartos que reservei(categoria superior)foram decepcionantes em relação ao esperado, e ao restante da Pousada. O lugar é bonito e bem cuidado. Funcionários atenciosos.Os quartos que ficamos estão em uma passagem e assim escutamos conversas de hóspedes e funcionários desde cedo. Alem dos banheiros serem mau cheirosos e precisarem de manutenção, o frigobar e o local onde ficam os itens de alimentação, no quarto 8, estão dentro dele! Senti falta de secador de cabelo, de tomadas no quarto e dificuldade para trancar a janela. Enfim, a Pousada Villa Rasa não pode ser classificada de fantastica. Uma pena…

Só tivemos um imprevisto na tarde/noite com falta de água no segundo dia de estadia (suite13 vista mar) houve um problema na caixa d’água e não teve vazão para água no chuveiro , ficamos no pinga pinga , mas logo a equipe de manutenção foi acionada e resolvido !! No check out haviam lançamentos do restaurante que não foram nossos , o funcionário prontamente corrigiu, prestar sempre atenção na hora do check out , ter um controle melhor dos consumos no restaurante!! Mas , no geral, nossa estadia foi ótima !! Voltaremos em breve , com certeza !! Super recomendo !!

Falta de manutenção

Infelizmente a estadia não foi agradável considerando a falta de manutenção do local. Nos quartos não há TV aberta, o que esperamos ser o básico, e apesar de ser SmarTV, não consegui assistir aos aplicativos por 5 minutos direto pq a internet caía toda hora. Precisei de assistência duas vezes no quarto para resolver essas questões técnicas. A duchinha não funcionava e machuquei o pé pq o corredor estava completamente escuro fora do quarto. Fiquei na parte anexa que traz uma completa sensação de abandono, à noite não fecham a porta principal ou há qualquer barreira até os quartos, nem um funcionário supervisionando. Gostaria de ressaltar que o problema é falta infraestrutura, pq todos os funcionários são excepcionais, muito atenciosos e solícitos, mas a falta de manutenção não é culpa deles. O estacionamento também não tem controle de acesso

Funcionários extremamente gentis. Pousada com ótima localização. A praia é muito agradável. Ficamos numa suíte com um adulto e duas crianças. Foi bem confortável. Apontaria algumas melhorias em relação ao conforto. O quarto era muito grande e a TV muito pequena. Tivemos dificuldades para assistir filme a noite. Senti falta de uma porta no box. Para quem não está viajando em casal não há privacidade para quem precisa tomar banho. Tb senti falta de uma iluminação melhor na área do banheiro. Impossível se maquiar. Do resto, foi super agradável. Voltarei em outra oportunidade.

O preço nao vale pelo valor cobrado!

Pousada com funcionarios bem atenciosos e simpáticos, cafe da manha muito bom, mas a localização em búzios nao condiz com o preço cobrado pelo quarto R$750,00 a diária, salgado se fosse localizado na rua das pedras poderia ter esse valor, e o estacionamento também nao e muito convidativo tem que atravessar a rua onde nao ha um sinal tendo riscos aos hospedes.

Só em vc acordar e dar de cara com a praia, isso foi excelente!!!!! Adoramos a nossa estadia.
Mas vale ressaltar que quando reservei o quarto de FRENTE PARA O MAR, não vinha a observação se era térreo ou 2 andar. Porque nas fotos mostra somente o 2 andar. Esse era o ponto chave da linha escolha da pousada: Estar no 2 andar. E ao tentar contactar a pousada, eles disseram que não poderiam garantir o quarto superior. Que era devido a disponibilidade. Isso já não gostei. Como assim??? Eu não queria a suíte térrea, por não haver privacidade. Pois qualquer pessoa teria acesso ao quarto. Se eu deixasse a porta aberta. E fui meio que às cegas, sai de BH para a pousada. 9 h de viagem e somente lá saberia ou não se fui atendida no meu pedido. Mas para minha feliz surpresa, o quarto superior estava disponivel. Mas é chato vc saber que pode ou não ter o seu quarto escolhido.
2 outros fatores desagradáveis que quero pontuar: a arrumação está no e-mail que é mediante ao pedido. E no 2 dia ao sair para ir a praia em frente a pousada, ao voltar estava arrumada a minha cama e limpo o banheiro. Não gostei...eu não tinha solicitado. No pagamento do consumo, eu disse que apenas era 1 água, e não 2. Quando fui ver, me descontou 2 água.
Mas o café da manhã eu saí satisfeita, amei a granola caseira. É simples, mas não deixava a desejar. A moqueca estava gostosa, mas um pouco puxado no sal. NÃO E TÃO PERTO DO CENTRO, LEVA UM POUCO MAIS DE 15 MIN. Mas enfim, com certeza voltaria.

Mas muitos problemas de estrutura: problema no ar condicionado, vaso sanitário entupido, cartões da porta do quarto não funcionavam.

Razoável, muita demora nas solicitações, chegando a 1 hora de espera para ter atendimento. E deixa a desejar o centro de massagem, limpeza dos banheiros das áreas comuns e da recepção, a limpeza do quarto. Quanto ao restaurante tanto a comida quanto o atendimento são excelentes.

Pousada muito boa! Fiquei do lado da praia e gostei muito! Quarto bastante confortável, banheiro muito espaçoso e tudo muito limpo! Apesar das procedimentos diferenciados por conta da COVID, o pessoal se esmerou em atender bem! Toda a equipe muito simpática e atenciosa!

Um bom lugar para relaxar

A pousada é excelente, com piscina e praia praticamente particular para os hospedes, quartos confortaveis e funcionários educados e atenciosos. Alguns pontos deixaram a desejar como TV so pegava o SBT, Wi-Fi muito ruim não pagava nos quartos e falta de guarda sol na praia pois havia poucos disponiveis e o cardápio do restaurante do hotel com pouca variedade.

Ficamos apenas um final de semana. A pousada é localizada a uma praia muito boa para banho. Também possui piscina interna. O quarto era bem confortável e nos ofereceram upgrade e permitiram late checkout.
