The weather was cold during my stay and there was no heat. The room was clean and functional but, despite recent renovation, quite ugly. The mattress felt like a board mounted on springs. The staff was nice enough, the price was right, location convenient, and the breakfast was exceptional.

Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff made our stay at The Hotel Savoy a very pleasant experience. Breakfast provided everything imaginable and was extremely cheap.
The hotel is a one minute walk from the beach and just five minutes from the very quaint town centre.
We will quite happily return to The Savoy, hopefully for a longer stay.

Amenities not as described - no sea view
This hotel isn’t as advertised on hotels.com. No sea view, no jetted tub, no toiletries as pictured (just a large tub of generic body and hair wash), no robes / slippers.
When I questioned this I was told standard rooms don’t have a sea view. It clearly states they do online.
The stay was ok but as others said it’s definitely not a 4 star. I would say 2/3 at best.
Cleaner was very pleasant and check in staff friendly. Just change your description of amenities and room view or there’ll be lots more negative feedback.

Sadly we never got there as booked the wrong town!! We were thinking we were booking an hotel in Prescara NOT Presoro !!! Had to cancel but lost our total booking fee! So perhaps not the best thing to book on line.

Hotel Savoy - A Great Find
Hotel Savoy was conveniently located near the city center and beach. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. You can add Their amazing Breakfast for 6 EU each. I definitely recommend Hotel Savoy.

When we got to the room we couldn't turn on any lights (apparently the rooms are powered/depowered from the front desk and they hadn't turned ours on) and the hallway lights went out as soon as we left it - leaving us in total blackness. Not good.

Great place, stayed many times. The rooms are dated and a little tired (check out the hilarious TV), but clean and comfy. Excellently located for the town and the beach. Staff very friendly, helpful and speak English.

Highly recommend. Expect the settings of 3.5 US stars, but much cleaner. Price was very competitive. I usually stay at 4+ stars, but will gladly go back here when in Pesaro.

The staff was kind but was very slow to help us after we arrive at our room and the air conditioning wasn't working. The staff finally change our room after about 45 min and the room that we got did not have a working shower and the air conditioning stopped in the middle of the night. No parking offer by the hotel but there's free parking in the street from 20h to 9h. We didn't tried the pool, but its seems okay. Overall the room was clean, no issue withregards to that but it's not a 4 star hotel to my mind.

I have stayed at the hotel once a year for around 10 years and over the years the hotel and bedroom have become more and tired. The bedrooms are a bit small considering the price you pay for them. The bathrooms are small and old fittings. getting in the bath for a shower is difficult. the water pressure is poor and the water often goes from hot to cold.

This was a very European hotel with American upgrades. Air conditioning was excellent. The room was large enough for a family. The location was ideal to enjoy the beach and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful especially with the language barrier.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The location is great too as it's only a short walk to downtown. One evening, the staff recommended me to have dinner at their restaurant and it turned out to be one of the best dinners that I had in my trip! I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much!

This hotel is a member of a chain, and perhaps that is part of the problem. It is listed as 4 star, but desperately needs remodeling. It promises the world in services, conveniences, and luxury, BUT it doesn't deliver. It's a basic hotel, good location, but not luxurious, not even close. Très bon séjour, super accueil, de bonnes adresses à quelques pas de l’hôtel pour se restaurer , une literie top, chambre très propre et confortable , un super déjeuner, on reviendra avec un énorme plaisir. Le seul point négatif c’est le parking complet à notre arrivée mais on trouve de la place dans les rues .

Camera grande e comoda fornita di tutto; frigobar wi fi , aria condizionata. E' sicuramente un ottimo albergo ma rimasto fermo nel tempo; secondo me avrebbe bisogno di un leggero ammodernamento.

L'Hotel Savoy si trova proprio sul viale principale che porta al lungomare ed è comodissimo per poter visitare la città. L'Hotel è ristrutturato, anche se la parte relativa agli spazi comuni di fronte alla reception avrebbe bisogno di essere \"alleggerita\". Forse perché un po' fuori stagione, l'ambiente non era molto riscaldato; personale molto gentile, che ha risolto prontamente un disservizio iniziale (separazione dei due letti - richiesta e anche ricordata telefonicam. il giorno prima).Ricca e invitante la colazione.

Forse era una struttura a 4 stelle 20 anni fa. E' il momento di ristrutturarlo. Per la pulizia tutto ok, ma le tubature del bagno lasciano a desiderare, le finestre in legno sono state riverniciate ma mostrano tutta l'età. Anche la reception sa di vecchio. Il ristorante non sembrava molto accessiibile.

Il est sûr que nous n’avons pas payé cher avec notre bonus mais alors je ne recommande cet hôtel a personne !!!
