This hotel is unique.
Art everywhere. The building needs a little attention here and there but the Staff make the stay. Friendly, helpful and genuinely warm in their dealings with you.
Food was a choice of a fish menu or a meat menu. With up to four courses different each night. (No pizza 😊) there are other restaurants nearby but you will miss the chance of lovely food. The wines are good value and from the local region.
We’ve enjoyed our stay here and will look to come again

I booked a superior room with sea view for 2 nights. I actually changed the dates so I rang them directly and re-iterated I was looking for a quiet room. It was the 3rd or 4th time I stayed at this hotel. When I checked in at about 7pm on sat, they said I got upgraded. Which meant a wall view (see pic, they described it a side-sea views but really all you can see is wall, hotel opposite, bins and road) with nowhere to dry beach stuff (sea rooms I stayed in before have balconies), no window in the bathroom. The room is also linked to another one and light was coming out of the door from the other room, which was quiet spooky. Luckily the person there was really quiet as I could hear them unwrapping stuff and using their bathroom as if it was mine! I forgot toothbrush and toothpaste and they had none, parking was not available. All in all very disappointing....

Extraordinary artistic decor -- each room designed, painted and/or sculpted by a different artist -- most of them Italian, but international ones as well. Buildling brilliantly designed to maximize ocean views.
Dining area beautifully designed and decorated to harmonize with the sea, and almost meld with it.
Friday night buffet with fabulous frutti di mare (seafood) -- Shrimp, calamari, fresh sea bass, fresh salads and pastas, the best tiramisu I have ever tasted.

Furthest hotel along the beach (but not that far and it didn't trouble us at all) and overlooking an excellent \"simple\", hidden away, beach side restaurant with fresh seafood dishes, exceptionally well cooked and cheaply priced. We went there every day and ate really well. Didn't much like the hotel room decor and the tv failed during the Olympics to my partner's dismay and great displeasure but was repaired second time around. Air conditioning worked ( no fan) and so did everything else. Very clean. Reception staff unfailingly helpful

Amazing art work

We have just spent 8 days at this hotel with its very individual style.Each room has its own theme and there is artwork everywhere! Breakfast was very good and we had a meal in the hotel for four nights of our stay - excellent value and it included half litre of wine and water. Will definitely go again.

Close to the beach

A clear idea of where the local buses pick up and drop off would be useful as well as a timetable.
The hotel is a long walk from the town centre and the 'globe piazza' where a lot of events take place.
The rooms are rather small and the furniture very tired. A revamp is needed to maximise the space.

On the website this hotel looks fantastic but in reality it's a bit of a disaster. They don't tell you that you have to pay 17euro if you want to use the beach, it is not included in the hotel price so don't assume this is a beach hotel. Thought we would be fine with the pool so was okay to let this slide but they have built it on the wrong side so it is constantly in the shade so freezing cold even in mid summer. I was also astonished to find out the hotel charges you 2euro to use a towel at the pool!!! Such a scam and horrible way for them to make an extra buck especially when the room price is not cheap. Rooms are horrible, very small and most are covered in ugly eye sore \"art\". It's not nice to wake up in the morning to bright paint splotches everywhere. They need to limit the art alot because it's complete overkill. They have a big garage with plenty of space but will charge you 15-20euro a day to park there which is ridiculous! Wifi is very weak and they only give you a voucher for a few hours so you need to continuously go down and get new vouchers, stupid system. Bottom line, there are plenty of other nice hotels for much better price that won't attempt to rip you off with the hidden costs. I would highly recommend choosing elsewhere.

Stayed for 2 nights in June for a wedding. Place is amazing always something to look at.Make sure to get a room on the south side so you can sit on your balcony and watch everyone place vollyball in their swimmers.

Lovely hotel - but with some very loud noise

Very nice hotel - good breakfast, interesting varied, arty rooms, good service.
The biggest thing to bear in mind is that it is at the busy end of Pesaro. One of our five nights was spoilt by exceptionally loud music until 1.30am from the venue opposite the hotel. The night staff explained that it was a regular occurance. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful and moved us to a much higher room, but I would hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend the hotel as we didn't know when to expect more noisy music.
Also - bear in mind that the first floor rooms do not have balconies.

Most unusual hotel.

This is the last in the line of beach front hotels which line the Viale Trento in Pesaro. The owners (who own several upscale hotels in the area) have converted it into a museum--every room is decorated by a different Italian artist, a very nice idea to support the arts. Good breakfast in a bright airy room facing the beach. Small bedrooms, but adequate. Expensive parking. Rather far from the Teatro Rossini, if you are there for the opera festival as we were. Quiet compared to most beach hotels in season.

Great pool but stay away from the bathroom window

With Italy in the grip of a heatwave and the beaches full to overflowing the large pool in this Hotel became essential on our weekend stay. It is called an Art hotel and has many paintings and sculptures. The manager showed us a back street to park our car as there wasn't a space in the hotel's garage (nor any others judging by the number of cars driving up and down trying to find a space). We didn't touch it for the whole weekend but it was perfectly safe.

Our room was bright and comfortable but the layout of the bathroom was strange as the shower was right next to window which had no covering and the shower only had a flimsy curtain on some wired contraption. The toilet was in full view of the window and it was uncomfortable to sit there and watch the outside world. We requested some covering for the window as the room overlooked a beach volleyball court next to the hotel. We were told by the receptionist that it was the only room with no covering on the bathroom window because the glass had a special coating! This was not true as we tested it out and my husband could clearly be seen. We didn't pursue this as everything else was fine and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly on all other occasions.

Breakfast was incredible with every fruit under the sun and some traditional Italian fare. The bar was expensive and we used the bar directly over the road which was much better value and very friendly. (Good luck to the woman who was learning to play the Sitar.)

OTT artist decorations make for an interesting stay

Lovely hotel. Lobby particularly nice. Pool adequate sized, but get up before 7am if you want to secure a lounger. Breakfast buffet excellent, mainly cold dishes. Rooms comfortable, mattresses could be a little on the firm side for some. Great resort, mainly domestic tourists. Location excellent, beach a bit commericalised (everything is rental parasol areas to sit under) but there is a large, shallow, protected area for small kids/lazy adults to splash around in the sea. Great location to base out of if you want to travel around too.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Parkplatz beim Hotel für 25€ pro Tag, ansonsten suchen in der Umgebung was immer ein Abenteuer ist. Strandliege für zwei Personen 28€ pro Tag. Pesaro wird nicht mehr besucht.

Personalmente preferisco ambienti ristrutturati moderni . Dalle foto mi sembrava un hotel da 4 stelle ma entrando in camera mi sono accorto che nulla di tutto questo era come pensavo . L’arte non riesce a cammuffare gli arredi vetusti e i bagni anni 60(non hanno messo neanche il miscelatore al lavandino e al bidè .) sono rimasti con le manopole doppie caldo freddo…. Greit strandhotell

Greit strandhotell med passelig gåavstand til sentrum. Hotellet er utsmykket med en del kunst, og noen av rommene kan være litt glorete. Men alle rommene er i bra størrelse og har balkonger og en fantastisk utsikt med nydelig soloppgang. Det er et ganske så stort basseng, men det mister solen ganske tidlig. Da er det supert med den store takterrassen som nesten ingen bruker. Der er det sol fra morgen til kveld.
Frokosten er ganske bra.
Parkering tilgjengelig både i garasjen og et lite stykke unna til en rimeligere penge. Om man skal alene på stranden koster det ganske mye i forhold til resten av byene langs Adriaterhavskysten.
Totalt sett meget fornøyd med hotellet og vi kommer sikkert tilbake.

A notre arrivée, première surprise: malgré le fait que notre réservation indiquait qu'un parking était disponible, nous avons été informé qu'il était complet, nous contraignant à trouver une place dans les rues avoisinantes déjà bien remplies.

Première chambre, de la poussière était présente sur les murs et les fournitures. Nous avons été déplacés dans une seconde chambre, également peu propre: gel douche individuel déjà ouvert présent dans la cabine de douche (pas très covid), poussière présente sur les tables de nuit, chaises complètement abîmées.

La troisième chambre, assignée le surlendemain, fût la bonne: vue sur la mer, très propre: comme attendu.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de la plage.

Le petit déjeuner est assez complet... Si vous avez la chance de ne pas arriver après la vague de clients. Le premier jour, il ne restait quasiment plus rien à petit déjeuner, et la majorité des tables restaient encore à débarrasser. Le deuxième, c'était un peu mieux: plus de tables disponibles, et plus de choix. Et le troisième et quatrième jour, tout était correct !

Pour résumer, l'hôtel est convenable, mais ne justifie peut être pas le prix demandé, ou les 4 étoiles proposées.

La prerogativa del hotel é la mostra permanente di arte al suo interno, ma non solo nei luoghi in comune, ma anche nelle stanze, sulla parete quando aspetti l'ascensore, di fianco alla piscina e scusate anche quando stai per entrare in bagno. Non posso metterlo in paragone con gli standard minimalisti degli hotel di massa é la chicca nel settore alberghiero. Il livello della struttura é sopra la media degli altri hotel. Ve lo consiglio per chi vuole guardarsi intorno invece di vedere noiosi muri monocolore.

Hotel in buona posizione durante la settimana ma purtroppo sabato e domenica si riempie di ragazzi perché a pochi metri ci sono molti campi da pallavolo e le urla si sentono!
Il parcheggio dell hotel su prenotazione, comodo xké è sotterraneo ma va bene per le auto piccole .
Fuori i parcheggi dal lunedì al venerdì li trovi sabato e domenica i motorini sono ovunque e rendono molto difficoltoso trovare parcheggio.
L hotel comodo per il mare , praticamente sulla spiaggia.
Camera grande ma arredamento datato, andrebbe rimodernato.

Posizione geografica perfetta, ma albergo datata e non 4 stelle....o a mio parere non le merita.
Arredamento datata e orribile...frigo a vista con TV appoggiata sopra.
La cosa che mi ha mandato sulla luna è stato dover dare un orario per la cena, che non è stato rispettato e soprattutto un ora e un quarto per mangiare...tutto freddo.....
Inoltre fatto notare a chi in sala ti risponde che non è colpa sua se c'è troppa gente e poco personale...... sarà colpa mia che pago forse

Con mio marito abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel, cortesia e disponibilità del personale ottimi, servizi un po’ meno. Arrivati chiediamo di poter accedere al parcheggio, ci viene risposto che è al completo (solo 20 posti macchina per 63 stanze) ci sono state indicate prontamente delle vie in prossimità dell’hotel per lasciare l’auto, ma nel fine settimana di ferragosto abbiamo dovuto fare più giri per trovare un posto. Chiediamo di poter usufruire della spiaggia, ma il lido convenzionato era al completo, proviamo con la piscina e fortunatamente troviamo 2 lettini liberi, unica volta perché per il resto del soggiorno per potersene accaparrare 1 ci si doveva svegliare all’alba, io capisco l’emergenza Covid ma se un hotel è fronte mare almeno che abbia gli ombrelloni per gli ospiti me lo aspetto se proprio non si può, che la piscina sia attrezzata adeguatamente, servizio bar solo per colazione e aperitivo, per fortuna la spiaggia offre molti chioschi. La stanza era confortevole e pulita uniche pecche la moquette che abbiamo visto non esserci in tutte le stanze (sono tutte arredate diversamente) e l’aria condizionata un po’ troppo rumorosa. In camera non c’è nessun vademecum per l’ospite, nessuna indicazione sull’orario della colazione, il numero per contattare la reception, per il Wi-Fi ecc. Prima del soggiorno nessuna mail che confermi la prenotazione (solo da expedia) o che inviti a prenotare il posto spiaggia. Piccole accortezze che per un 4 stelle ci si aspetta.

Breve vacanza a Pesaro

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti. Hotel artistico,davvero particolari le porte e anche gli interni delle stanze! Posizione in riva al mare, ma non distante dal centro storico e commerciale. Negativa la ricezione TV. Personale cortese.

L’hotel con le stanze colorate.

Struttura ben organizzata ed attrezzata con le stanze a tema molto belle e colorate.
Personale professionale e cordiale.
Ottima posizione sul mare.
Stanza pulita. Buona la colazione.
Il parcheggio lo si trova avendo un po’ di pazienza sulla strada oppure di fronte l’hotel ma non è molto capiente.
Nel complesso l’hotel è sicuramente consigliabile.

Carino e colorato

Hotel molto carino, con queste opere d’arte appese ovunque che danno un tocco artistico all’albergo. Molto piacevoli le porte delle camere, ognuna dipinta da un artista diverso. Il personale e’ davvero gentile e disponibile, la colazione continentale buona!! Se dovessi tornare a Pesaro soggiornerei di nuovo all’Alexander.

Albergo con camere fatte ad arte una diversa dall’altra, alcune suggestive, altre mal riuscite.. struttura un po’ datata ma ristrutturata per adornare le camere con le caratteristiche che lo rappresentano. Bagni moderni puliti e con ottima dotazione. Vista mare per alcune camere davvero godibile (in estate sopratutto). Un ottimo ristorante a piano terra.

Hotel risolve problema creato da Expedia

la mail di conferma di Expedia ci diceva che la colazione era inclusa, ma all'hotel l'analoga mail diceva \"solo pernottamento\". Loro sono stati gentilissimi e hanno risolto il problema creato da Expedia.
L'Hotel è direttamente sulla spiaggia. Il personale è gentilissimo e prontissimo. cambio di lenzuola e salviette tutti i giorni. non è da tutti. ristorante eccellente e colazione infinita- Nutella compresa.

Séjour à Pesaro

Cet hotel situé tour près de la mer offre une vue incroyable et a une piscine. Chaque chambre est décorée différemment et elle sont propre et confortable. Il offre le petit déjeuner qui est très bien.
Le seul petit bémol est l'insonorisation des chambres.

Buona struttura in ottima posizione fronte mare al limite della zona trafficata. Originale l’aspetto artistico..molto gradito. Ottima cucina. La zona piscina è un po’ limitata ma c’è..il bagno della nostra camera era piuttosto piccolo e la doccia avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata ma null’altro da notare. Tutte le camere sono vista mare..una sorpresa molto apprezzata. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Hotel en museum

Een interessante combinatie van hotel en een ‘museum’: elke hotelkamer is door een andere kunstenaar ontworpen. Dat het inmiddels ruim 10 jaar oud is, is wel te zien: een deel van de kunstwerken is aan reparatie toe.
Helaas heeft een deel van de kamers (ook de juniorsuites) geen zeezicht.
Het eten in de grote eetzaal is verzorgd, maar doordat er weinig andere gasten zijn maakt het een wat verloren indruk met lege stoelen die bij elkaargeschoven midden in de eetzaal staan.
Een leuk detail in dit geheel witte hotel is ook het personeel helemaal in het wit gekleed is.

Mi aspettavo camere più nuove invece gli arredi sembrano vecchiotti, come gli armadi in camera, le sedie e la tv (vecchio modello piatto degli albori molto lento a cambiar canale). Bagni puliti ma sempre datati. Le stanze sono particolari e uniche e la posizione è ottima sulla spiaggia. Però attorno ci sono un paio di strutture decisamente più nuove e interessanti. Ok per un rapido soggiorno.

HO SOGGIORNATO SOLO PER UNA NOTTE NEL MESE DI GENNAIO PERTANTO CREDO CHE L'ALBERGO DURANTE IL PERIODO ESTIVO ABBIA SICURAMENTE UN ALTRO FASCINO.

Hotel Antico rimodernato di fronte al mare

Esperienza interessante è particolare se si è amanti dell'arte. mi sarei aspettato una struttura più moderna E con alcuni servizi in più dato il prezzo in bassa stagione. Il personale è molto cordiale è disposto ad aiutare.

L'unico punto molto negativo di questo hotel è che possedendo una macchina elettrica ed essendo bassa stagione mi hanno addebitato un costo della ricarica di €20 a notte più €5 forfettari della macchina per il parcheggio notturno ritengo che sia stato un errore di base nel calcolo di questo prezzo in particolar modo essendo bassa stagione

Pensavo meglio

Gli ambienti comuni sono molto graziosi con opere d'arte esposte ovunque.
Molto gentile il personale.
Ottima la colazione.
Non granché la stanza con arredo obsoleto e rovinato mascherato da opera artistica. Frigo e TV datati. A Pesaro ho trovato molto di meglio quanto a comfort e a rimodernamento. Peccato!

Hotel fuori dal comune, bellissimo!

Hotel fuori dal comune, esperienza bellissima dormire ed aggirarsi tra autentiche opere d'arte. Piscina a sfioro bella e utile. Staff disponibile, simpatico e molto professionale. Camera grande, pulitissima, con vista fantastica e climatizzazione eccezionale.

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione ed in generale è ben curato. Non tutte le camere però sono all'altezza di un albergo quattro stelle. Buona la colazione.
