Surrounded by some of the loftiest mountains of the Pyrenees, several of them more than 3, 000 metres high, the attractive hotel HG Cerler is situated in the ski resort of Cerler in the Valley of Benasque. The ski slopes are nearby, and the centre of the village can be reached within a short drive.
Guests are welcomed in a building with Pyrenean style architecture and a modern interior design. It offers rooms and apartments, sleeping up to 6 people.
They are equipped with heating and TV, the apartments also feature a fully-equipped kitchen. All of them enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

The service was fine, the stay however was yes family friendly, but extremely loud. Thank goodness we only stayed for one night. Other hotel guests seemingly had parties going all over the place, inside outside. The room was very small, in narrow hallways, with sounds bouncing all over. Doors smashing, people yelling, till quite late at night.

Nos ha encantado y lo hemos recomendado a familiares y amigos. Muy limpio. El empleado que arregló nuestra habitación se llamaba Daniel. Se podían hacer excursiones organizadas desde el hotel. Tuvimos de guía a Ariadna; un encanto!!! Hicimos en grupo dos excursiones muy recomendables. Todo el personal muy amable.

No pude disfrutar del hotel como quisiera. Repetiré con calma la estancia ya que me quedé prendada de las instalaciones . El servicio sobretodo el que nos atendió de madrugada un encanto, nada a mejorar por ahora, buena puntuación en todos lod aspectos, espero disfrutarlo en familia la próxima vez.

Viaje de ski. El hotel dispone de servicios para esquiadores como guardaesquis y venta de forfaits, con horarios de comidas adecuados. Sin embargo esta situado a mas de 1 km de los remontes y se depende del coche particular (parking de la estacion extenso y gratuito pero en temporada alta ya lleno a las 10 AM) o de la furgoneta de 8 plazas del propio hotel, que normalmente se queda corta y hay que esperar hasta 2-3 viajes de i/v para abordarla.

Ha sido una grata casualidad descubrir este hotel, la ubicación es fantástica, y el personal en general muy amable y atento a las observaciones del cliente. El mantenimiento es un aspecto a mejorar, tanto en las habitaciones como en las instalaciones. Los desayunos son variados y ofrecen opciones para que sean distintos durante estancias prolongadas. En definitiva, la experiencia fue agradable así que esperamos repetir muy pronto.

Habiamos leido algunos comentarios negativos sobre el hotel, y la verdad que la estancia nos ha sorprendido,no hemos utilizado muchos servicios del hotel porq no hemos parado mucho, pero el apartamento en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad, ha sido perfecto.

servizi e qualità dell'albergo nella norma il wi - fi è come non averlo…. l' albergo dista circa 6km dal centro di benasque che è la località più importante della valle.. la definirei una \"piccola\" chamonix dei pirenei…più negozi di articoli sportivi di alimentari. a noi è piaciuta molto.Se volete cenare in un bel posto e mangiare divini piatti locali andate nell'unico ristorante di Anciles, paesino a pochi km. e assaggiate la loro zuppa ….non ve la dimenticherete facilmente.

A great hotel that had all we wanted, great and helpful staff that all talked fluent english. The rooms was nice and clean, breakfast had all we could want. A real great location in some of the most beautiful natre has to offer. One thing that was not so good was that the wifi did not work properly and in the romms it did not work at all.

Plaga de moscas a -5 grados. DE VERGÜENZA.
Marido, mujer, hija de 10 años e hijo de 14 meses. Llegamos el jueves a la 1 de la mañana tras 550 Km y el Sr. de recepción habría tenido un problema (no sé si gástrico) que le ausentó de su puesto de trabajo 20 minutos. Me dan la habitación, y además de un cementerio de moscas descubro que no hay cuna de viaje habiendo avisado el día anterior. El SR. me dice que a esas horas no hay nada que hacer, y le digo que o busca cuna o no duerme ni Blas en todo el hotel… Evidentemente sube cuna, sábanas y almohada. Meto el coche en el garaje, pero no me dice en qué plaza tengo que aparcar por lo que supongo que es libre y aparco en la que me parece bien. Al día siguiente otro empleado me dice que esa está ocupada y que tengo que aparcar en una tan pequeña que el coche entraba, pero yo no salía. Ya bastante enfadado pido ver a alguien que mande más. Como no quedan plazas me dejan aparcar en una suya, pero con el coche cruzado para que salga el bus de bajar a la estación. La Directora en lugar de hablar conmigo, le dice a la recepcionista que me informe que me sale gratis el parking (venga, solucionado…)
En fin, la habitación sin la plaga no está mal (las sábanas debían ser blancas el año pasado o hace dos), el sofá cama del salón es sólo de uso para faquires, y el baño (bien) tiene una parte con lavabo donde ves, y otra con la bañera y el wc donde no ves porque el cristal del único alógeno (de leed) está tapado por más de 30 cadáveres de moscas. Te duchas a oscuras y listo.

fatal... las toallas rotas, reservamos para dos parejas y una tuvo que dormir en sofa-cama habiendo pagado 240 euros la noche, solo habían dos mantas siendo 4 personas, el menaje incompleto, sucio y roto, no había ni teléfono en la hab. no era nada lujoso ni acorde con lo que se pagó. reclamamos y pedimos hoja de reclamación y no nos la quisieron dar y nos quisieron dar botellas de vino para callarnos. al final nos han dicho que las fotos que estan publicadas no son de este HG
