Restaurant food was very good. Dinner at the Cobalt Restaurant was outstanding, went there twice during our stay.

Your on the beach, option of pool and hot tub. What’s not to like.

Everything was great ! Came & stayed an extra night after a wedding & sure glad we did. The room and view was beautiful. One day we left the do not disturb on the door due to wedding party getting ready in the room, however the next day i took the sign off and no one came to clean it, which was fine with me. Staff was super friendly & accommodating. Wedding staff & food was fantastic as well. Valet parking only w/ $20 a night, as well as, $49 resort fee every night, was a little steep, but otherwise I was happy with staying here.

We had a pleasant stay at the property. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which made our short stay more enjoyable. Overall, everything worked fine and met our expectations. The only aspect that did not fully meet what we imagined was the beach area. In the photos, the access appeared larger, more immediate, and more charming, but in reality it was smaller, less direct, and not very well organized. Still, we are thankful for the stay and the attention we received.

Although we have dined at both Cobalt and Heaton's before and have been to a magnificent wedding here, this was our first time as hotel guests. It was a staycation for my husband's birthday. The staff were incredible. There was a welcome/birthday message and treats waiting in our room upon arrival. We were early, but the staff graciously allowed us in check in. The room was beyond perfect and the weekend was perfect in every way. From pool staff to bar tenders and wait staff- service was too-notch. We had children with us and they were welcomed with goodie bags and felt right at home the entire weekend. We will be back!

This was my husband and my first time at a Kimpton. I visit Vero at least once a year, to get away from the noise and chaos of South Florida. Our standard room was karge, had a ceiling fan (its always hot in hotel rooms), huge bath, great beach, all staff were friendly, and service was fantastic. The pool was the downside; not nearly enough seating and people claimed chairs but never sat in them; kids were screaming, cannon balling, and throwing rings and balls around and over adults. Some adults brought their own music and speakers to the small pool. Despite this, I would stay again

I disliked that other guests came down early in the morning to save lounge chairs at the pool and then left, sometimes for the entirety of the day. Kind of rude. Staff should not allow seat saving. The restaurant and bar were good.

This is in a beautiful location and the staff is excellent. The dining is as good as it gets. The hotel room itself was just okay. We upgraded to one of the suites and it was not great. The pics show a small kitchen area but our room did not have that. They called the room poolside but it was not that either. The master bedroom was too small with no dressers for clothes. And only one bedroom in the suite so I was not overly impressed. The staff and other services were so great though I might give this another try but would require a different room.

We discovered Vero Beach in January when looking for a warm weather weekend getaway that could be accessed via limited direct flights from our regional airport. I’m absolutely enamored with the town now, and after staying at the Costa d’Este the last visit, we opted to try the Kimpton this round!

Adorable shops, restaurants and beach bars are all up and down the street, but also no reason to leave the property if you don't want to! The two restaurants on resort property offer plenty of variety to do all your dining at the Kimpton, and never have to repeat an experience.

Water, lemonade, and iced tea are available 24/7 in huge beverage dispensers in the lobby.

Front desk has a fridge with bottles of wine and canned beverages for sale, plus airline bottles of liquor! (You're also next door to a liquor store called The Bottle Shop, we just preferred to have all of our drinks made for us this trip! And the Kimpton employs some talented mixologists!)

Speaking of bartenders, the guys at Heaton's are great, personable, and always hustling - plus Veronica at Cobalt would make my early morning Bloody Mary in a to-go cup for the pool since Heaton's doesn't open until 11! Don’t forget that as an option! She was hands-down the nicest employee I met.

The hot coffee/tea setup in the lobby in the morning is elegant and delicious! Tons of selections, including almond milk and a huge tea chest. The same area has popcorn and wine in the afternoon for guests which is a lovely treat. Ev

Based on how this property is built, a lot of the rooms face the ocean which is really nice. My room was spacious, and it had a fold-out lip on the table that was a passable office desk when I had to work. The sliding doors shut out all of the noise from the pool, or you could leave it open and focus on the ocean waves nearby. It's an expensive property to be sure, but the location is great and I'd look to stay here again.

Beautiful property, excellent food on site brought to the beach. The only thing is the beach chairs and umbrella stand and therefore the beach closes at 5pm which is odd especially if you want to experience sunset on the beach. They closed the restaurant early (1:30pm) for a wedding party so we were unable to get food that day unexpectedly on site. Parking (valet only) is $15 on site per day, lots of property fees+tip etc. “free” wine tasting and juice/water is an excellent perk. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Our experience was underwhelming, particularly for the price we paid for 4 days in a suite. We had issues getting seated for dinner on the patio multipe nights despite lots of availabile seating. The hotel has a lovely patio overlooking the ocean, but were told there wasn't any availability despite letting the hostess know we were hotel guests. Furniture around the pool was worn and there was trash including empty beer cans and cups as well a dirty towels al left at the pool. Our room was not clean and daily cleaning was poor. The restaurant bathrooms were messy and completely out of toilet paper at the beginning of the evening. I spoke with both the restaurant manager and hotel manager and both offered to try harder as a solution. We will not be back. This is no longer a high end property despite its high end location.

Service was incredible, and staff was very attentive! Property location was excellent. Amenities like afternoon beverages, champagne upon checkin, late check out so appreciated.
Some upkeep needs to be done…carpet in room stained (maybe pets should be limited to certain rooms). Dresser damaged..
Outside dining chairs need paint, stairwell is beautiful but needs cleaning…
We are owners of event property so we notice more than most, but some areas of hotel are looking tired- just need some sprucing up!

Property is one of our favorite areas of Florida. The property is showing it's age a bit and is due for some refreshing, however - it's a solid 4 to 4.5. We ate at Cobalt this time and it was very mediocre, steak ($68) was cooked wrong twice, salad came out without dressing (they said it was on it, but it was not), host let us wait for about 10 minutes. A manager stopped by to tell us she was on the phone taking a reservation, but could have easily sat us as could the two servers or bartender that walked by, but they did not. Definitely wouldn't waste the $$ on Cobalt - many other options nearby
