I got the romantic suite with the jacuzzi and it was really nice the bed was super big and comfortable and the jacuzzi was amazing, everything was pretty much perfect except having no Wi-Fi

This roadside stop had the perfect vibe for me. The young man at the front desk could not have been kinder or more pleasant. He found me a room by the beautiful courtyard pool and when I got there a whole busload of teenagers had arrived to swim. I went back and asked for a room on the opposite side of the courtyard as I needed some peace and quiet, and he graciously obliged. These are the small things that really are the big things. Thank you for your flexibility and the human experience. You cared and listened. A rarity today.

Our room was clean and had the jacuzzi, the room and pool were great. The breakfast experience was somewhat of a disappointment, there was no variety, the eggs and sausages were dry, the bakery items felt old and not fresh, several things wouldn’t get replaced after they ran out like the orange juice and breakfast items, I also felt low key patrolled by the lady running the breakfast to not take too much food. Overall, I feel like I would prefer to go to another hotel to get the included breakfast amenity, like Fairfield inn or Holiday inn. But if this is something you don’t mind, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was big and the front lady was super friendly.

The staff were excellent. Lisa at the front desk was super helpful and very pleasant. The pool needed a little cleaning because there were dead dirt worms on the bottom of the pool, like a good amount. But it had been raining a lot so maybe it’s because of the weather. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had many things that other hotels lacked. They have a fridge! A microwave, you name it! Free Netflix, Disney Channel, etc. We had everything we need and more. The room I rented with a King bed also has a Queen sleeper sofa. And the property is very well decorated with ocean and beach themes. They even have a gym!!! I was very pleased and impressed. This is my new place to stay at in Vero Beach, FL. PS. The kitchen staff was amazing!

Ok breakfast kind staff besides Lisa she was so rude and miserable. Rooms nasty and dirty needs a complete renovation all furniture should be burned and just really should be scrubbed too to bottom repainted new fixtures tub/shower and toilets all replaced.

Lisa at the front desk was very unapproachable and rude and just over nasty to interact with. The rooms all felt moist and dirty all had the good ole landlord special. Chipping paint. Chipping tub. Rust on all the light fixtures. Blood on box spring. Just staying there felt so nasty. The breakfast was alright and the staff in charge of it was very attentive and took pride in what they did. The guy with a northern accent and shaved head with glasses that was there in the evening at check in was super helpful and kind. But Lisa at the front desk just was so off putting. Never encountered someone so nasty and miserable when asking questions. Pool was a bit riddled with trash but that could be from guests. The outdoor furniture was all grungy looking and broken. The couches and tables in the room all felt dirty and sticky. No extra linens in the 3 rooms we reserved and the towels were small and just not the best experience. Most of the other staff was kind. Nice location lots of close by restaurants and shopping. A little far off from the highway but not too busy. Hotel lobby is usually an insight to what to expect the rooms to look like this was very off the rooms are a shock with their state definitely won’t be staying again in the future. Lisa ruined it for us.

This property is in a very good location with easy access via driving. It is a large property with a spacious pool and you can tell they work hard to maintain it. The associates were very friendly and helpful in spite of our trip being short and we had quite a bit of rain that we had not seen in about 5 months.

Unable to stay in room due to bug infestation and extreme amounts of mold on mattresses and other soft furnishings. This property should be condemned until proper mold remediation cambe done. I am a certified mold remediation tech and this room should not be accessible to anyone without PPE. My pregnant daughter and her 2 year old sone were with me on this trip. There is no way in hell I would have let them sleep
In this room. It is a health hazard and I will be contacting the Indian River County health department.

Room was ok. Pool was really nice. You have to eat breakfast there. You arent allowed to bring bfast to your room. I didnt like that. Also nit allowed to fill your own coffee cup. You have to use the small styro cups. Coffee was offered in the lobby but wasnt hot.

It’s not the fanciest and could use a bit of an upgrade but overall it was very comfortable. Nice poop area. The front desk lady was awesome and helped us all the way. Breakfast was so good and fresh. They had plenty of choices, fresh fruit and even freshly squeezed orange juice. The breakfast lady was sweet and friendly. It’s very close to the beach and most areas. It’s about 1 hr and 30!min from Orlando. Beds were comfortable and they have laundry room.

The property was immaculate. Decent hot breakfast. Only complaint was that there was ample room in the hotel to spread guests around to accommodate for couples traveling VS large families with young children. Instead rooms were filled in certain areas making it impossible to relax. Kids screaming, crying, jumping and carrying on ALL night long. It made a 5 star stay a 4 star simply because it was completely unnecessary. The front desk person seemed indifferent to concerns.

I booked and paid for two nights.
The first night was fine upon arrival. There was a baseball team in town and these rowdy young men were boisterous and I got no sleep until they finally stopped screaming and playing music at 1 am. At midnight I really was wide awake and irritated. The next morning all the staff was talking about the disturbance. I went to the front desk and checked out because I had a room for two nights. The man behind me at the front desk apologized profusely and he was their coach! The hotel said, it’s too bad you used Expedia because I cannot do anything for you. She said “anytime you use a third party to book, you are screwed”! She said she always tells people to call the hotel and book directly. In the future I will not stay there.

Had the pleasure of visiting Vero Beach during my winter break which was absolutely beautiful compared to the other many lovely Florida beaches. Unfortunately back up north we encountered a major record breaking blizzard which in return forced me to extend my trip. The front desk staff is wonderful and accommodating (all of you!!!!) the cook , Michael also wonderful. I will be returning in the future. I felt very welcomed, safe , and the location is close to downtown as well as the beach. 100 stars if it was possible! Thanks for a safe and welcoming stay!

The breakfast was fine. The items could have been warmer. No one likes cold eggs or hash browns. The coffee was hot.
The pool area was large but the outdoor temperature made using the pool impossible. My room was advertised as a pool view but that was a stretch. The view was the courtyard and not the parking lot. Not worth the added dollars for the room.
