Had the pleasure of visiting Vero Beach during my winter break which was absolutely beautiful compared to the other many lovely Florida beaches. Unfortunately back up north we encountered a major record breaking blizzard which in return forced me to extend my trip. The front desk staff is wonderful and accommodating (all of you!!!!) the cook , Michael also wonderful. I will be returning in the future. I felt very welcomed, safe , and the location is close to downtown as well as the beach. 100 stars if it was possible! Thanks for a safe and welcoming stay!

The pool area was large but the outdoor temperature made using the pool impossible. My room was advertised as a pool view but that was a stretch. The view was the courtyard and not the parking lot. Not worth the added dollars for the room.

Very lackluster surrounding . Old, tub was very slippery when entering. The room had bleach smell as u walked in. Floor very tacky. Towels thin and very stained. Oh don’t get room 132… non stop light outside the door and no curtains.. slats for window ..reminded me of Motel 6… breakfast bar was decent..

I was traveling with wife and daughter - we were issued a room in the far corner of the building. It was dark and next to our room there were men sitting on the gate of a pickup truck smoking weed and drinking. No one should have to deal with that and my wife and kid refused to stay and checked into a new hotel. I lobbied for a refund of just the following night and checked out early but was refused a refund. That sound like the kind of property you'd like to stay at ??

Room was very \"worn\" and \"dated\". Rust on all the lamps. Tub had rust spots in a number of locations, and handle came off the water control when we attempted to use the shower. Sink had a crack in it. Unable to get cable TV working but was able to get the smart TV operational. No instructions for operation of TV provided in the room. The Breakfast had posted warnings about removing plates of food from the area as well as a notice not to use person coffee cups -- not real welcoming. Based on the on-line rating before booking, I expected a very good room (not perfect) at a reasonable price but got something less.

Wooden slats over the windows are not sufficient for keeping the bright lights out of the room at night. Entrance door didn't seal very well, and we kept getting cigarette smoke in our room from people standing outside smoking. Outside walls aren't insulated very well and we got a lot of road noise in our room as well. Not the greatest night's sleep.

The beds are old and uncomfortable. The shower stall walls had not been cleaned. The air conditioner was loud and light came on through the shutters making it difficult to sleep. Outside lights are bright and in all night. Staff was excellent.

This place was quiet, super clean, well kept, friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing. I didn’t have to use my disposable sheets nor clean before hand as I usually do. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying here to do so. You will not regret it.

The internet is extremely slow, especially at night—completely unacceptable by modern standards. Housekeeping is inflexible and only provided every 7 days, with towel changes every 3 days for long-term guests, even when additional cleaning is requested. Surprisingly, no discount is offered for long-term stays, which makes this policy even harder to justify.

I would never stay here again. My husband and I were only there for all of 10-15 min- we stripped the bed and found a bed bug. Took photos and it has the time and date of when we took it (the night we were there). Also, the bug in the photo is blurry (because we were accused of taking a photo that didn't look like their bedding) because I used my magnifier on my phone because bed bugs are small. they refused to allow Expedia to refund us.

It’s a large, sprawling 2 story motel with very dated rooms. Stained walls, used soap bars, cracked sink, etc. the design is such that the “hallway” is outside the room, so leaving window shades open allows every passerby to take a gander at the room. The beds were not very comfortable either. Breakfast was a bright spot - stellar staff right on top of everything - very friendly and attentive!

The staff was helpful and friendly! The hotel is not a 'resort' and should not really be marketed as such. It's a 'motel.' Let's call a spade a spade here lol.... BUT with that being said, it's a lot cleaner and nicer inside the rooms than it originally looks like it will be. The deluxe 'suite' was really 2 adjoining rooms with one room being the kitchen/living/dining area. The sofa bed in that side was REALLY loud and noisy that my daughter felt uncomfortable moving around in it. The king bed in the other room was actually more comfortable than I was thinking it would be.
