This property needs to be torn down. It’s old and dilapidated. Even the side entry door I was told to use because it was near my room was broken. There are cigarette butts and old gum plastering the walkways and there were ROACHES in my room.

Even though I had an active reservation and confirmation number from hotels.com, the hotel had canceled my reservation without notice and would not honor the price I had booked for. Additionally, there was no hot water in the room, and over an after reporting, we received no help. The property was poorly maintained (broken mirror in our room, broken ice machine, broken side door into the hotel propped open with a rock. The only decent thing was the breakfast, but otherwise a horrible experience. The front desk staff said they would notify the general manager who never did anything or reached out. The terrible stay obviously stemmed from the top.

To be blunt, we were disappointed in the facility. The room floor was tacky, not sure what had been sprayed on it. The parking area was behind a secure, code-accessed gate...but the entry door didn't require a door card, thanks to the rock. The door opener wasn't attached correctly, so the next morning the door wasn't even shut! We were really just very disappointed.

The place has a security gate aroind.it because they won't fix the doors that won't close on the exterior of the building. Saying its rundown is polite.

Had a banging sound above my room all evening as if a door was closed and a pet was locked inside the room above me trying to get out.

Housekeeping started the day at 8am by yelling im Spanish to each other while inside the building, so much for restful sleep.

This place should be shuttered for public safety.

Upon arrival I noticed the outside appearance does not match the existing pictures on Expedia. There is no lovely windows atop the porte-cochère. It's just been stuccoed over. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The first room I was given, the smoke alarm was chirping, there was no additional chair in the room to sit in (other than the desk chair), just an empty space. The frame of the door was damaged. Due to the chirping, I was given another room. The fridge did not work, but didn't end up needing it. There has been damage to the room that has been poorly touched up. Damaged furniture in the room. TV is very small with limited channels. I thought maybe the pool just looked dirty because it had recently rained, but it appeared to have been not actually recently cleaned. No swimming for me. They did just install gates, so there is a security fence to park behind. That was an unexpected perk! The beds felt old. It appears maybe they are doing some work as there was a large construction dumpster in the back lot, with old mattresses leaned against it. Maybe they will replace the rest of the mattresses soon. There was a cockroach in my room, he's now dead. I had previously stayed at this location, but I guess it has been longer than I realized, and has really not been kept up with as well as one would hope. The breakfast - meh. The staff I encountered were very helpful and nice. It's no fault of their own that the conditions of the hotel are deteriorating.

The smell of Fabuloso was overwhelming! Room 201 where we stayed had a bullet hole in the window!! The towel rack fell off if the wall when we removed a towel. The room floor was sticky with soap buildup! We called “0” fir the front desk 5 times and never got an answer. We told the front desk about it only to be told it hadn’t worked sine the first day she started!! When we went to breakfast, the upholstered chairs we absolutely filthy. We changed them out for a leather chair. Old broken furniture was stacked out by the swimming pool. Overall, total disappointment and did not feel very safe. Will not recommend or stay there again. Would ask for a refund if that was possible.

Selena, the front desk person should be manager. Super friendly and very accommodating.

Breakfast was good. They kept it well stocked and didn't run out of things (or stop putting them out) when it got close to the end time. Room itself, overall, was fine. Asked for a top floor room, so it'd be quiet and was next door to a VERY loud family with small kids and across the hall from someone with a dog! Stayed for 3 days & it never got better. Was going to ask to be moved, but figured I wouldn't have much luck if I did, given that I'd asked at check-in for a quiet location. Outer door lock didn't function properly, so I had to go all the way around to enter the building and get to my room, rather than access it right through the outer door near my room. Signage that said they'd only service your room if you asked them by a certain time each day (regardless of how many days you stayed), was so small I didn't even see it until my second day there! Overall, I expected more, especially given the price point.

Terrible conditions hotel needs a remodeling urgently, we had first a room very dirt full of hairs in the bed, disgusting!! They offer another room but the key did not Open and then they offer a third room finally we stay in that One (3 rooms) all with terrible problems with the keys to open the doors. Finally we stay two days and they did not clean the room or give us clean towels. We never going to come back to this hotel

Gorgeous room, comfy beds Super cute patio on our room next to pool. Pool area very gorgeous just not good for a winter 40degree trip, but still very inviting.
Breakfast was beyond delicious with waffle, potatoes, hatch chili, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit and cottage cheese, and various juices. So yummy. Plenty of space available le to enjoy.

Well, the first problem was that my friend (I reserved his hotel room) was booked under the wrong room, and they tried to kick him out on Sunday and he was booked in the room until Monday. I had to come by the room on Sunday, and clear up the issue. The hotel manager apologized to me, and I thought that was the end of my problems.
Then, I found out through my credit card that I was charged $200 in additional fees. When I called the hotel I was told that I was charged a smoking penalty. My friend does not smoke and has never smoked! (I've known him for 33 years, and he is a non-smoker). When I tried to address this with hotel staff, I was told the manager wasn't available, then I was left on hold, and then my call wasn't even picked up. I had to put in a dispute with my credit card. I don't know what's going on with the staff at this hotel, but it's certainly not good customer service.

The room was dirty, floor was very dirty, we found hair in the blankets, and they were dirty otherwise aswell which means the beds weren't changed, I went to the front desk, the only thing they did, give me clean sheets and blankets, so we could make our own beds, we found it very unprofessional.

Lady at the front desk was nice. Other than that the entire hotel was disappointing. Looks nice in the photos online but in person looks very very run down. Spots on the walls were visibly in need of attention or repair. Soft spots in the floor (we were on the 2nd floor). Food or blood droppings up a flight of stairs was there half the stay before being cleaned up. There were 3 roaches we came across. Shower curtain wasn't wide enough so shower seemed cold. Had 3 room keys and they were all scratched so getting into the room took a minute.

Amazing stay! Midway stop on 24 hour road trip and did not disappoint except that we couldn’t stay linger. Staff was super friendly at check in even at 9pm.
Parking was a little limited but mostly due to so many larger vehicles sideways parking and taking up multiple spots.
Beds were beyond comfy as was bedding. Pillows were oh my goodness, yes. Our heads didn’t hit the bed the second we hit them. Rooms were well lit with plenty of mirrors which was helpful than one tiny not so lit one. Shower had amazing water pressure which was just amazing.
We had a first floor room which was nice as no elevator, but not 100% important. Our room was next to the pool and in the middle of the most adorable mini “garden” with gazebo and what looked like a cute fire pit just not lit. Didn’t check pool as we got in late and it was 40° when we checked out.
And breakfast. Oh my goodness breakfast. Listing said “continental” which usually means day old donuts and coffee but this was a whole other continent. At check-in wad told hours and that waffles were on one side and other items on other. Curiosity peaked. When we walked in there was a variety of items. Waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cottage cheese and fruit cocktail, and a breakfast soup I didn’t see or try. It was all hot, fresh, delicious, and filled as it was low or empty immediately.
Super friendly staff was the icing on the stay. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Albuquerque.

When we checked into the room, there were live roaches crawling around in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and told them we would not be staying. We moved to another hotel. hotels.com and quality Inn neither one would refund our money we paid for the room. I wouldn’t recommend quality Inn or hotels.com either one.

We were told that there was a deposit- 3x the room rate which will get refunded in 7 - 10 business days before checking into our room. We went through hotels.com/expedia to pay for the room-- so the room was already paid for-- unfortunately non-refundable. I wasnt going to pay that much deposit for that hotel. I felt like they would do what they can to charge me misc things/ fees, so they can keep that deposit. I lost money for the room, but felt I wwould lose additional if we decided to stay.

Staff was courteous, the D side door don't lock. The hallway looked nice and clean. Walking into the room it looked clean, until you looked at the walls. The walls do need to be wiped down. Including in the bathroom. The desk was old looking with scratches or carving but stull needs to wiped clean along with the nightstand. The beds were clean ( no bugs) and comfortable. We didnt sit on the couch. One of my concerns was the sliding door was left open and anybody could've been inside. Overall I would stay there again.

I have stayed here 4 times this year. The amenities alone are work the stay. This property offers an incredible breakfast. Please check out the hidden green chile stew at the end of the buffet line. Very out of the way and understateted: a crock pot with an aluminum foil cover. . .
