Our stay at Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls was extremely disappointing from beginning to end.

When we arrived, the front desk employee appeared very tired and even mentioned that she was falling asleep. During check-in, I asked about paying for a rollaway/extra bed for my 9-year-old son because the hotel’s website lists this amenity under the “Family Friendly” section. However, she immediately told me they do not have rollaway beds and said they have never had them available. She also mentioned that the website falsely advertises a fitness room/gym, which the hotel does not have either.

I then asked for extra blankets and pillows, but was told those were unavailable as well. We specifically booked this hotel expecting accommodations that would make our family stay comfortable, especially for our child.

Unfortunately, the problems continued once we entered the room. The room did not appear properly cleaned, and my son found bugs in the bathtub area, which was very unpleasant and concerning.

The air conditioner was another major issue. It would cool the room temporarily, then suddenly shut off, causing the room to become hot again. We repeatedly had to wait for the AC to start cooling the room over and over throughout the stay.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The hotel did not match the amenities advertised online, the cleanliness was below expectations, and customer accommodations were extremely limited. I would not recommend staying here.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Bed was very comfortable. Whataburger next door :)
Cons: Bathtub was dirty, Shower was hard to turn on. Sink was clogged. Had uninvited guest crawling around on desk.

I did let management know, he apologized and said he would have it taken care of. Unfortunately, I did not book the room directly with the hotel so there was no refund they could give me as Expedia collected the payment for the stay.

If you are on a tight budget but need a place to rest your head this will work for you.

Parking was easy and hotel conveniently located, however the building facilities is really old and dated. The furnishings appear to have been updated but the rooms and building need better (higher quality) maintenance. The doors, trim, molding, and A/C units need updating.

One night stay to check out state parks in the area. Check-in was ok. When entering our room, we were greeted by a roach. The floors didn’t look like they were swept properly and the cleanliness of everything else just seemed questionable. Restroom needs a touch up, looked old, shower head was pretty low and the water temp was hard to control. Small tv in room with bad cable reception and bad sound. Breakfast was only until 9am on a Saturday morning. We have stayed at many different hotels and they’ve all been until 10am on the weekends. Online pictures make the hotel seem better than it actually is, but it’s pretty basic and kind of old. Definitely not worth the price we paid!

Other than the nice lady in the office it was snowing so they actually gave me a snow scraper to use to take off my car which was really nice of them

The staff was all very friendly. But the state of our room was terrible. It was as if someone just made the bed in the room and that was all. The sheets didn’t even look to be changed. The pull out mattress and king bed both had blood on the sheets, there was trash and leaves on the floor as if it wasn’t vacuumed or swept, the bathtub was dirty, there was bugs in the bathroom all over the floor and the pull out bed had mold on it. There was blood on the walls in the bathroom I could go on and on with how dirty this place was. We used to stay here all the time and the rooms were decent but it’s a motel now and we won’t be back.

It is a very old property and it shows. Everything was clean and staff was freindly. Kinda interesting with a tailgate in the parkinglot, grilling and drinkink. And bunches of guys lining second floor walkway on their desk chairs and smoking (rooms are smoke free).

The first thing I noticed and appreciated was a nice cold, clean room! That is exactly what we were looking for after a full day of Texas summer baseball. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The pool was perfect for our baseball team. Just like our rooms, the pool was clean and it was very refreshing! I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I was charged for the room twice, and now I need to wait until the second charge falls off my card. This made our trip very inconvenient. Even though the room was clean, there were so many people just hanging around outside their rooms that it made you feel unsafe. The noise was also all night long with people coming and going. The Air conditioner was also very loud in the room.

Property location is centraly located but next to a whata burger drive thru pretty noisy. The first room me and my family were checked into had the door latch screws backed out & the bathroom smelled of smoke . The front desk attendant did acomodate by changing our room the second room had the door lach issue aswell room had a conjoining door wich im not too comfortable , the shower drain was very slow draining . Overall the property is not the worst but definitely needs some attention

The hotel around a Disney's a power wash and cleaned up it's a really nice motel, just needs a nice update.
The room is really nice the bathroom is really nice.
And as a read mini reviews over and over, the floors are just nasty dirty like they haven't been mopped forever I mean you cannot walk barefoot you get back in bed you have to wash your feet I mean that's there's no excuse for that.
And then breakfast I was very shocked the breakfast is like super nice is it any most any motel has it has a little bit of everything breakfast was a nice surprise.
But just update clean it up a little bit and mop the freaking floor

Stayed overnight after having dinner at a nearby restaurant/bar, then a training in an adjacent town the next day. Location was ideal for me and the place was clean, maintained, and the breakfast layout in the morning was a good bonus. The next time my training rolls around, I’d stay here again.
