I don’t have anything good to say. From staff to room to bathroom. To t v nothing was good. When you pay 116. For a night stay you expect to at least be able to lay back in bed and see the tv. The donuts and coffee was less than good. I would not recommend this hotel at all. PS we had a bad experience with the shower when Tried to pull the shower switch the water slicker came up out of the wall.

Overall our stay was great & we would stay again. The tv worked great but was small. Also the bathroom door needs to be repainted & the hooks in the shower to hang wash cloths on are too high. The only breakfast offered was donuts which were not fresh but tolerable.

This hotel was in complete disrepair. The pictures on Travelocity are very inaccurate. The brown couch was dirty and sagging. The pool had no water in it. Our room was not clean, wreaked of weed and another strong smell as a means to cover it up. We did not stay there because of the condition of the hotel, and now Travelocity refuses to refund our money. Don’t use this site to book hotels and do NOT stay at Hill Country Inn.
The hotel told me they would confirm with Travelocity that we did not stay. Instead, they are just not responding to the calls to confirm.

The room floor hadn’t been cleaned in I don’t know when, The first room before being moved to another the TV you couldn’t watch unless you had a WiFi account. The Staff really didn’t know much on how to help and that’s when they moved me to a different room. Only one Handicapped room, and no other room with even hand rails.

Did not feel dangerous. Front desk has views of cameras around property. AC was too loud and struggled to keep room cold. It wasn’t even that hot outside. Had to turn off to get some sleep. King Bed was comfortable. It’s an old property, could not really expect much for price.

Everything was great. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating! We were in town for a bass fishing tournament and had plenty of room to park the boat and truck and had power outside to plug the boat in to charge the batteries. Great place to stay for the price!

We choice this place the forat time due to proximity of our plans that weekend. Have chosen to stay there since because the rooms are clean, no problems with our late check ins. Beds are clean and comfortable, plenty of room to move around in the room. Plenty of spaces to charge phones.

Disappointed about donuts

Overnight & we were told donuts & coffee Sunday morning from 6-9am. We did a night trail run & returned to motel at 3am. Showered & went to sleep at 4am. I set my alarm for 8:45am & went to get donuts. Front desk said “they” didn’t get any today. I was disappointed as what’s promised should be followed through.

Tried to check in at 2:30- got key, room was not made up or cleaned- desk said it would be ready at 3:00. Went back at 3;15, room still not started but maid was about to enter and said would be ready in 30 more minutes. We waited 45 and it was finally ready. Room was clean and some updates had been made but the bed was not comfortable so we didn’t sleep well.

This property is well worn. The desk staff were excellent and very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and in reasonable shape. The bed was not terribly comfortable and could definitely be better. The exterior is in need of a refresh. I stayed for the value as I was only coming back to the room to sleep each night, and the value was fair for the condition of the facility.

The room itself was okay, but the plus were loose and the shower had not been properly cleaned as someone’s strained of hairs were still in the shower. The checkin took foreverrr we waited over 10mins for a key to the room when we had initially booked and paid online.

We checked in and about an hour later someone tried to open our door numerous times! When I opened it there was a man who showed me a key card and a sleeve with our room number on it! He acted like he didn't speak English and just walked away! When I want down to the desk and inquired about whether the clerk had given and a room key to another person he said no! So we were worried about leaving our room to go to dinner! The parking was extremely limited! There were 2 cups and I made some coffee and one of the cups was dirty and had had hair in it! Also every time we tried to get in our room the scanner wouldn't work unless you tried it 15 or 20 times! We have been here before but probably never again!

One night in Marble Falls.

It was just a room, with good a/c, a decent shower, and lots of outside traffic noise.. No frills, and thats ok, because we were looking for a one night get away, with 2 beds. Did not appear to be 2 queen size, one looked like a full size. That was ok, too.. Almost $100 after taxes and fees.

The check in wasn’t very pleasant. The lady had a nasty attitude. We checked it. The check the room. The bed was clean. The sheets were clean. The towels were dirty. The walls of the room were dirty from food stains and mold stains. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned out. The freezer part in the fridge was nasty. The tube was dirty. Basically it was like a toddler trying to clean up for their mom. To make mommy proud. Pictures are below

The staff was so nice and helpful. They even had a plastic fork to give us when our food delivery was lacking one. Interior decor was very pretty. TV was a bit small and had an even smaller analog picture. Couldn't log into the free wi-fi. Overall, I'd highly recommend.
