This was one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy! There were roaches crawling on the nightstand. Eew! The continental breakfast was a joke!! One banana and 2 prepackaged pastries. No juice. I will be requesting a full refund

The bathroom was disgusting. Old nasty toilet seat, toothpaste on the light switch, and the shower looked dirty. The pictures shown don’t really match the property. We felt unsafe because of the way the property looked. We had the room for about 5 minutes and instantly checked out.

Hair in the bathroom and on towels, the desk chair was damaged with bolts sticking through (I did not notice this until after I sat in it) and needs to be replaced before someone is injured, the floors were also dirty. The continental breakfast consisted of 2 slices of bread, hot tea bags with no water and all the coffee and ice you could dream of.

Parking was easy and secure. The air condition kept room cool and the staff was extremely nice.

Room was not as clean as photos and complimentary breakfast had one piece of bread, a couple of bananas and a little coffee.

Check-in was underwhelming. Could have at least smiled and welcomed or thanked us.

The room smelled like a dog. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. Smoke alarm was disassembled. Light on the desk didn't work. Long hair on the bath towel and small dead bugs on the AC unit. Thankfully I had some disinfectant spray to make it through the night. If it wasn't so late when we arrived, I would have requested another room. The only good thing about this room was the king size bed was comfortable.

The room was absolutely filthy. The fridge was so dirty I couldn’t even store food inside of it. The bathroom, just dryer, tub, toilet just dirty.There were pest issues all throughout the building. The breakfast was non-existent and the staff incredibly rude and short. The parking was the only thing that was fine which is a same.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The floors were so dirty my feet turned black.
The front desk person was friendly, but it was difficult to understand his instructions.

We ended up leaving and getting a refund. The manager could not understand English very well so we had a difficult time communicating. We were not able to actually get in our room due to the door being locked from the inside from the privacy latch which can only be locked from the inside. The manager tried to open it with a physical card to get it to open for us but after 15 minutes we asked for a refund. We were sweating in the lobby area and the hallways of the building due to no AC. It did not feel safe and the furniture in the lobby was extremely worn. The public bathroom in the lobby was disgusting and the manager was in a T-shirt and jeans. The whole experience gave us a very unsafe and dirty vibe and when he was not able to get us in the room; that was the last straw so we left. I'm still not sure why the room was locked from the inside unless someone was already in there or employees were in there and didn't want to be seen. It was very weird and uncomfortable. When we had a hard time communicating, we knew it was not a good idea to stay since it just piled on to all the other things wrong. Don't trust the pictures on here. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. There was also an issue with the manager removing the charge on my card but then it showing back up after we left. I called the credit card company and it eventually was removed. Not sure how that happened but the manager was not helpful due to the communication issue.

Very comfortable beds

I was pleased with my stay. Excellent service, parking lots are very well lit, they have charging stations for e cars, the best was soooo comfortable, and free ice machine. What I would recommend is bring your own pillows. The ones there are horrible, and I feel advertising a free continental b fast was far fetched. We went down and all that was offered was coffee, bagels with cream cheese. Nothing else. It was still a great deal and I would stay again.

Very nice stay. Staff were nice & helpful. I've stayed there before. The only complaint that I have is that a couple of late nights others staying there were very loud/noisy/disturbing. Maybe posting a sign will help them remember that they are not at home(?). Will stay there again.

Check in person was a great young lady.
Lock from inside of room wasn’t aligned and wouldn’t let me lock door . Top lock was so loose (didn’t feel safe) .

The best things about our stay… The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent.

We had three rooms total. The floors were not clean, my daughter's feet were black after walking on the floor.
In another room, my son had to clean crumbs off the table, and the bathroom was dirty.
The last room was also dirty, hair in the tub, and a cockroach in the bathroom
We were happy we only had a one night stay

Good budget place.

Very friendly staff at front desk. 2 local ladies. Room smelled like damp carpet. I needed to sleep so i did not complain or request a room change. hit al the basics for me, cold ac, hot water, clean sheets. Restaurant next door was a plus. I didn't book this hotel expecting luxury. But it could've been cleaner.

The bed wasn’t the worst we have slept on, but wasn’t the best. The toilet paper was terrible. Thin and tore very easily. The toilet lid was very loose and shifted when sit upon. I needed to work remotely during this stay, and the chair provided was rough. It lost air, back was broken, and uncomfortable. The front desk did not want to give extra towels and wash clothes and there was definitely a language barrier when requesting items. The remote control has red tape where the cover was broken. Obviously, I didn’t not expect a 5 star, but a few things could have been simple improvements.

This was the worst place we have stayed. Paper thin walls. Not a handicapped room even tho all was requested and said it would be. Maintenence man was the only good thing for this stay. Kid shouting untill 11 pm. I barely can walk and it was long way from the car into a non handicapped room. NEVER AGAIN

The initial room I was given , not only the top lock missing but the bottom lock wouldn’t lock at all. There was hair on the tank of the toilet . Dust on top of lamps. The hair dryer or plug neither worked. The ac/heater unit was faulty. Couldn’t get it to stay on. Not sure if it was the unit or again the plug outlet . The unit definitely needs a remodel . Requested another room which was better. Cosmetic issues at most. It is an affordable hotel yes but still has to be presentable
