This property is under major renovation with the elevator and work out room are unavailable. Our room had a major leak under our bathroom sink that flooded the floor and was seeping into the wall under one of the beds. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant.

Sheets were dirty, full of hair. Shower soap dispensers were empty. No hand soap available. No ice machine on property. the cabinet under the refrigerator was rotten and pieces of it in the floor proving the floor hadn't been vacuumed. Night staff was friendly and offered to move us to another room where the TV didn't work, with double beds vs. the king bed we had booked.

Currently under renovations and was not aware when booking thru Expedia. Breakfast as expected basic not super nutritional was even more lacking due to renovations. Have stayed there in the past, with good experiences, expect the improvements to be a positive for a future visit if the pricing remains in a budget range.

The hotel is being remodeled so there is no ice, no elevators, the rooms are in very poor condition and stink like urine. The area is very sketchy. Our pickup was not stolen so I guess that's a plus. We were very very disappointed in this place. Highly highly do not recommend. This is definitely a 1 star hotel.

Unlike my 1st stay, the room was dirty compared to my 1st rm. ATM still not working. Capacity below 30%, so no eggs nor meat, however huge warming chafing dish left empty crowding counter !!!! filth in rooms, nor take constructive comentary on things needing improvement, as it directly reflected on her lack of quality & standards. Linens were impeccable, however & what breakfast items that were presented, were good. Bed was comfortable. Carpeting extremely sticky & dirty even w/shoes on. 1/2\" rig of mold around/under area where top of sink meets granite countertop and mold in grout in tub surround. However, amenities still very good and staff kept lobby/breakfast rm clean & floors tidy in spite of mud due to evening freezing temps. Still a better value than Motel 6!!

The lobby (which has 24 hr coffee and a good breakfast selection) was bright and spotless, as was the seating area. Night staffer, Mariah, was incredible friendly, professional and most accommodating (as was daytime mgr). The room was very well appointed including full sz good quality hair and bath products, anundant towels and paper products, hair dryer, etc. Private coffee pot (w/sundrys, microwave, fridge and lg flat sceen TV, microwave and fridge. Some items were accessories were \"dated\" however, broom was very clean, good quality pillows, linens and beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and fresh... Not ONE thing i can fault for the great price Expedia offered... Cheaper than motel6 but with lots and lots of extras they do not begin to offer! Quite a few steps above its less accommodating/no frills econo lodging. Wish I had known about it sooner... As it is now going to he my go-to home away from home in Brenham, TX! An outstanding value with a deducated staff, whom love their long term jobs!! there! Definitely recommend!!

I stayed here 5 months ago and for some reason, things have gone downhill in that time. The ice machine and ATM machime were broken. The breakfast selections had been reduced, and on the second day, as I was leaving the shower, a cockroach walked into the bathroom. I won't return on the next trip.

Young lady at the front desk tried to help …She was getting alot of flack from unhappy ladies ahead of me who said they couldnt stay
there because of the smell…etc. Felt sorry for her. It was night and didnt feel safe in parking lot where some men were listening to music and drinking outside. Not worth the cost. Scarecrow Festival next day.

The staff and front desk were very nice; however, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I didn't get any sleep all night. I asked for the manager to call me, and stated that I didn't want a refund but I wanted him to know that the mattress in that room needed to be changed. He never called.

The room was stale and musty smelling. It was hot when we arrived and barely cooled by end of stay. The hotel staff was very pleasant on arrival, and even when we complained about the odor and heat, the personnel was very nice and accommodating to the extent that she could handle the problem. We won’t stay there again because of the physical conditions. Wish we could say we would because of the nice people there.

Quick trip to watch our grands show their cattle.

Our check-in experience was great. Shelly was friendly and quick. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only down side was the strong smell that hit us as soon as we walked in our room. I am quite allergic to a variety of scents and was worried until we found a plug in air freshener. I took an extra allergy pill, we unplugged it and left the room for several hours. It was much better upon our return. As a note to management, please do not use these! Some people are even more sensitive than I am. This was the only exception to a great stay.

Majority of hotel is nice. The lamps in rooms need upgrade. Rusty.
Bathrooms are somewhat clean but need attention to detail. Paint peeling on door, baseboards and corners need to be cleaned and fresh paint.

The man at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The room smelled of mold, mildew and cigarette smoke. We had a “non smoking” room. The room felt very humid and the carpet and bathroom floor was moist and damp. The chair had a stain on it so we laid a towel on it so we could sit on the chair. We did not enjoy our stay and we will not stay at this hotel in the future.

It was dirty, stinky, the AC unit was completely off and it never cooled the room enough to be comfortable with clothes on. We had to take cold showers to cool off. Breakfast was all cold, even the \"hot food\". This place hads really run down hill in the last few years.

We were in town for a cook off, the 3 queen bed room was a great affordable option that kept everyone together. Room was a great size (2 rooms) the dresser in the bedroom was off centered or something because the drawers would not shut and people kept running into them. Finally had to put luggage in front of them for safety. Room was clean but attention need to be put on the bathroom, the ENTIRE surrounding the caulk is coming off it was horrible. Breakfast was not all out when we had to leave at 7:15 so we didn’t get to eat anything but a hand full of dry cereal and an orange. Also NO elevator…. So 6 of us had to lugg up all of our belongings to the room in 3 trips. We were looking forward to the hot tub that was listed, but when asked there are only hot tubs in certain rooms for an upcharge and not by the pool. Ehhhh it was a decent hotel for the price.

Very friendly staff that checked us in, the building and rooms have not aged well. The smell of smoke while walking from lobby to our room, the ac was not running and it took time while we're out at a movie to cool the room down. The bathroom was need of some repairs and refinish and definitely need some more hangers in the room. I enjoyed the in room fridge and microwave. I could not figure out why they used such small pillows on the beds and only 3 per bed.

Loved the three queen bed suite. It was comfy and clean. We were close to the stairs case tho and some people made a lot of noise banging on the rail and going up and down, which was irritating at 4-5 a.m! Asp, we got back in later in the evening and the entrance of the receptionist area smelled like weed, which was a bit different… otherwise it was close to Blue Bell Ice Creamery, as well as good dinner options in the nearby location. Would definitely stay there again!
