This was the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were extremely rude, and there was a complete lack of service throughout our stay. The situation was so disappointing that we chose to leave mid-stay and book another hotel.

The restaurant food was unacceptable — very limited options, fruit that seemed old, and stale baked goods. On top of that, guests were allowed to smoke everywhere. The smoke was so overwhelming that we couldn’t even open our balcony door without our room filling with the smell of cigarettes.

I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel claims to be 4-star. I would not recommend staying here.

i didnt stay in the hotel because they said my payment in my booking invalid. and my booking was confirmed in hotels.com and my credit card is valid. until now i dont know what was the problem and did you guys solve the problem or not and how you will make it up to me after you destroyed my weekend. After many year i am using hotels.com the service its getting worst and i dont think i will be using it again in the future.

Уберите отель из пакетных туров!

Почему вы превратили хороший отель в колхоз? Для чего включили его в туристические пакеты? Чтобы быть Турцией или Анапой? Зачем добавили какие-то непонятные Активити (зумба, дартс)?
Всегда эмираты считались отдыхом премиум класса, тихим и спокойным, не доступным для пакетов!
Во взрослом бассейне (глубиной 3 метра) постоянно купаются и орут дети, их никто не выгоняет, даже с матрасами и кругами, которые «немного» мешают.
Еда слишком посредственная, раньше было лучше.
Кондиционер воняет и не регулируется.

Great vacation ❤️

We had a wonderful time at your hotel. Nice rooms good pool and beautiful beach. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The house keeper kept everything perfectly nice and clean and always with a smile. We loved eating at la Bamba. The hotel is a bit “dead” in the evening. Would be nice if the area with pool and foodball table was open in the evening and if it was possible to have a juice or coffee there in the evening.

The bathroom and overall Cleanliness was a minus

The cleanliness is not good.
The bathroom floor coukd never get dry.
The bathtub wouldn't let the water drain, so I had to not shower and wait till I get to a new hotel to shower.
The sink was not draining either when I arrived and then it was fixed.
The food is good though and the pool is good and deep (2.85m). The easy access to the beach was a plus too.
Just wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness mainly and the bathroom.

Room is clean and tidy. There is taxi available any time.Swimming pool is clean, beach is clean, they provided towels for swimming.Breakfast has lots of variety. There is nearby grocery store, walking distance.Meal inside hotel is pricey.Beach view is a must, beautiful scene.Aircon is good, not centralized where you can control it by yourselves.You have to call if you will be late for your check in.Will book again, highly recommend.Hope they will provide affordable rates again.

Nice hotel. Attached beach is beautiful. But far from Dubai. Hard to get Transportaion to and from Dubai downtown. Staffs should be nicer.

This property was very clean, the wokers was very courteous and very helpful. The restaurant food was very unacceptable. Food from breakfast is served at lunch and dinner. At dinner even water is not available. It's for purchase and you're not allowed to bring your own. My daughter in law 4 years old daughter didn't eat her breakfast, we decided to bring 2 dry rolls to our room. We were treated like criminals. We didn't even leave the table and like 5 staff circle us like detectives. We felt very embarrassed n harassed. I understand their's policy but it could have been handled differently. The staff was just doing what the supervisor instructed.. i would not recommend

Lovely resort. The hotel is a little dated, we had a corner suite and the paint was stripping off the wall - not a biggie but it’s Dubai so was unexpected. That said, it wasn’t overly priced so you get what you pay for.
Pros - Gym was a definite bonus, everything you need to get a decent sesh in, pools great, beach access awesome, Cabanas super comfy, friendly staff, free shuttle to shopping malls is a pure gift!! and the breakfast buffet was fabulous.
Con’s - weird smell in our suite, not sure what it was but we couldn’t get rid of it. The buffet dinner was shocking - I mean terrible! The only thing good about dinner was the dessert, which I’m not a big sweet eater but it was really the only thing on offer.
All in all, a nice budget resort

Beautiful views of sunset at the beach.
Meena Restaurant staff are amazing. Variety of foods for all meals.
Bathrooms require major renovations. There is mold in bathroom that needs to be addressed. I recommend remediation using bleach, then caulking be applied to tiles on all bathroom walls.
Love the hotel location but needs some TLC.

Excellent hotel. But you need to pay the all inclusive before you arrive because it can be pricey pay per meal like lunch and dinner. Cabana room excellent! TV channel not good very blurry where you can see image well. But I had my computer with Netflix so it was not a big deal for me.

The location proximity of the hotel to the beach was amazing. The staff in the restaurants Mahmouda & Chef Maurice at Meena restaurant and Adel & Mustafa at La Bamba were very nice and welcoming.
Wifi at the beach was great.
Our 2 major issues were mold in our bathroom on shower wall and a cocktail in my Mother’s room the last night of our stay.

The rooms were dated and the bathroom was really bad. Shower & tub were not cleaned & paint chipping off door, etc. The housekeeping staff were nice enough, but never brought clean supplies even when we made a point of asking. Tbey didnit understand English it seems. We never had hot water the 1st night, and the the technician said it was hot enough, but it wasn't even lukewarm. We requested a late checkout on tbe last day, which they accepted, then they locked us out of our room when we tried to retrieve our luggage. The guy pn the front desk said we didn't ask for a late check out, when we clearly did. No one knew what the other staff members were doing or had approved. We really, really wanted to enjoy our stay, as it's on a lovely beach, but honestly, we wouldn't stay here again!

The view of the ocean right from my balcony at this property was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is nice and cold, refreshing...and has a slide! This hotel is much older and could use a facelift and many updates but the staff and the view make up for it. I will definitely stay again.

When i booked my business trip, they were showing that they had 24/7 dinning availability as well as spa services. I work extensive hours and can't always make it to their set dinning options. Upon check-in, my group was told they were not offering these services a.d since it was booked through Hotels.com they could not refund it. So I lost over 1000 dollars because I had to switch hotels.

Average won’t be back

A distinctly average hotel in the middle of no where. We only stayed one night due to having to leave our holiday early. Pleasant enough beach but that is about it, there is nothing else in the local area. Unless you wish to eat in the hotel restaurant which is a bit like a bunker. All in all better to stay at 5+ star hotels in Dubai itself as they offer much in terms of local amenities and value for money.

Awesome staff, they are there to support you and make sure your stay is comfortable.
Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are clean everyday with no issues.
Considering the issues we face with the pandemic the hotel makes sure to follow stick rules to protect their guests.
Normally the hotel offers buffet service, however because of the pandemic they are force to serve individual meals, to that I must say the food is excellent and they make sure you are satisfied with your meal choice, I must say compliments to te chef because the daily specials were excellent.
I will recommend this Hotel and probably will revisit in our next time in the UAE

So overall the hotel is not the worst hotel, but the food is not good. The view, pool and beach of the hotel is fine/good. But the staff, the activites around the hotel is not good.
