Room was dirty. Bed not changed. 3 times went and asked them to clean room. Nobody paid attention. My room was clean only restroom no towels toilet not cleaned. One of the receptionist said to Roza Balgadzhyan they will return money back. Same was with other 2 rooms.

The property was extremely unclean - specifically the bathrooms and the broken toilet seats. The hallways and the rooms smelt of smoke and sewage - it was very hard to enjoy the stay with unpleasant smells.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in terms of cleanliness. I had to check out after 1 day, and go book a “real” hotel to stay in. And the price was about the same. I was offered I refund or discount. I in face may not book through orbitz again because of this. I wasted $600

Pathetic Room Service

Since morning 9 am I had to at least remind 20 times to clean up the room. They did it at 6 pm. Each time when i asked them to do it, they said there are staff meetings on Tuesdays. I wonder if the guest is for the staff or the staff is for the guest. Rooms are dimly lit. If you are working on your laptop or want to do some reading you will for sure strain your eyes

We stayed for 7 nights .the bed in room was old and uncomfortable like hard rock also would make sounds if we moved and was not attrached to the base .
They only provided 2 small water bottles and teabags for first day complimentary slippers were provided that too when asked for first day only Hand towels were not replaced after 1 day. Even if house keeping did come we were not given hand towel in washroom had to use the bath towels.
The worst part parking is a big problem around this area but that was taken care until the last night when we came back around 11 30 pm and as usual called security to give the keys for parking we were told the driver is off today and i dnt have license so you can park your car nearby around the mall as no parking in basement or hotel parking . It was late night we managed to find parking After doing rounds distance away . The strange part when we were coming walking towards hotel found out the same secuirty guard shiv parking omani car in the parking. We asked him how come you are parking this car when you said you dnt have license ?? He replied rudly in case of emergency i can . we went in and complained to manager but he replied the same we dnt have driver .we could have made police complain since the security didnt have license to drive atleast that is what we were told. How come we were denied and later he was parking omani car. Racism.

Nice comfort stay near major business hub

Since the journey was for business purpose and I found hotel to be comfortable in regard to stay, food and easily approachable to some of the major business areas, would like to stay next time as well.

The staff were exceptionally helpful when our taxi driver delivered us to this hotel by mistake. We returned to stay here because of this. They continued to be very helpful in every area. We had a great stay.

couldn't reach to the hotel

the location given by site or online itinerary is wrong
i spend 3 hours searching in middle of night . hence i spent the night away. morning when life started i tried again by asking more people and reached 10am. i tried with duty manager to replace that night with another night by refused.
my money was gone

Our stay was quite good. Check-in was easy and the staff were nice. When we requested a non-smoking room we accidentally got a smoking room, however, Janet and Maryam were quick to accommodate our request. We would consider staying at this hotel again.

Nice hotel very bad air condition system .

I had to change three rooms except for one the other one had plumbing issues. I had frequently to ask for towels and soap and shampoo..

Very disappointed!!!!

Checked in only at 12 am and the room was so dirty, there was a terrible smell. When I complained about it, there solution was to spray air freshner. There was a Filipino lady at the reception that was extremely rude. When asked to get breakfast in the room, one of the staff at reception tells me that I have to eat at the restaurant and that they cannot give it in the room. Later spoke to room service and they said that they could bring it to my room.

In any case, this is one hotel I will not recommend to anyone and will definitely not be going back.

Two Nights In Sharjah

The positive things are free wifi, proximity to a mall and taxis are easy to get.
The hotel is a bit old, the shower rose malfunctioned (needs to be replaced) and the hallways give the impression that you are in a run down apartment. Also, my room was cleaned around 5:30pm, just about 10mins after I returned tired after a full day. There was also a kitchenette, however, the utensils left a lot to be desired. I would have changed hotels if I stayed more than 2 nights.

Bed was rock hard. Manager insisted on keeping my passport . First excuse was to scan it for the local authorities, I waited for them to scan it & then went to my room with it. A few minutes later they knocked on my door saying they needed to scan it again but then they would bring it right back. When I went to the front desk to get it they said they needed to keep it to verify the Hotel.com payment was \"real\". I finally got it back but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I wish they had been honest with me about the whole thing.

Reduce price if you have such rooms.
