The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Track view from the window was really neat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an absolute blast celebrating my husbands 40th birthday from start to finish & we didn’t have to leave the property… delicious dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse, soaked up some luck at the casino, danced the night away to a live band at Vapor nightclub & enjoyed hot, fresh breakfast sandwich ready in the lobby on the way out the next morning. We will definitely return for our next big occasion away from the kids!!

Hotel charges us for a rollway bed even though they knew we were a family of 5 and knew we would need 1 extra bed. Also zero flexibility on late check out even though the hotel was nowhere close to fully booked. They could have been a little more friendly and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable, front desk staff pleasant and it's efficient. Parking is not great, as it shares parking with the casino and most close spots are taken so luggage might be a tough haul. The hotel would be vastly improved if they had an option for breakfast. There is a strange little self service cafe with coffee and a microwave. We saw several people leave with their coffee without paying - as the cash register is also self serve. It is adequate but much more downscale than a hotel like this deserves.

We chose this hotel for a couples weekend at Thanksgiving. The room had a luxe chic vibe with a comfy bed (I am all about a good mattress!). We awoke to a charming view of snow and horses in harness going through their morning workout which was an unexpected treat! The hotel is conveniently located a short drive from downtown Saratoga with loads of shops and restaurants. Lovely!!

We got in late but the staff was beyond friendly for a late night check in. They chatted to us about the grounds and a brief history of the hotel.
The room was perfect- literally, it was hard to find anything wrong with the room. The bed literally smelled like fresh linen and was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. They take a lot of pride in their hotel/grounds.

Wonderful Stay!

The room was cleaned and well taken care of. The bathroom was large and also well maintained. If you don’t plan on bringing your own toiletries, note that they do not offer conditioner or body lotion as part of their amenities. Otherwise, everything is standard.

The parking lot was close to the main entrance, which made it easy to navigate. The free shuttle to downtown Saratoga was perfect for when we didn’t feel like driving and looking for parking.
Having the Cassino close by was great when we wanted to take it easy at night, but not quite go straight to bed as long as you come prepared to lose (and hopeful for a win), you’ll be fine.
