Carpet needs a cleaning. Spots on carpet.
Driveway needs repairs. Lots of potholes in the driveway getting to the property.
Breakfast was done early, wife missed breakfast. She was there at 8:30am.

When we arrived in Moncton, s good portion of the city had no power. The hotel was affected by this. Power was out; we checked in, used our flashlights to get to the room. Within a few minutes my two toddlers found a lighter, pieces of chicken under the bed, and what looked like reddish finger prints on the furniture. We asked to change rooms and inspect before relocating; to our dismay, the next room was just as filthy. It should be noted that these were the deluxe suites. Sadly, we left and went to another hotel. It must be mentioned that the the front desk staff and manager were concerned and as a result were very compliant throughout this process. To our satisfaction, we did not get charged any money for the little time we did spend in the room. Overall, the hotel staff were great! For us this is a learning lesson.

The drive way that gets to the hotel really needs to be fixed. Its dangerous.

Other than that, room was smelling very weird as if they tried to hide another weird smell. Beds are terrible, both of them.

The room was great, very clean, but we needed to go to front desk to get toilet paper and towels. We had 5 people in our room and did not have enough of anything. There was no conditioner in the shower. None of this ruined our stay and we would definitely book there again.

I did not have a great stay or easy check in . I did do it ahead online to make things quicker . My room was supposed to be two queen size beds, I got 1 king . They did get my room straightened out after several attempts. The fridge was not cold and had the dial broken off there fore I couldn't adjust the temperature. I had to ask for it to be fixed. It was still not cold for food items.
The property was unkept looking outside. Very long grass .

The reception was easy and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was relatively quiet and worked fine. The decor is a little dated but everything clean and worked fine. And the water pressure at the shower was the best I've seen in any hotel!

We got to the hotel at 4 pm and had to wait until 5:30 to get checked in because the room wasn’t cleaned.
When we did get in there was hair all over the shower curtain, only 3 small pillows on a king size bed and the fridge barely kept our drinks cold.
The lady at the check in desk was super nice and did what she could to hurry the cleaning along so she could check us in…

The sink in the bathroom also wouldn't drain properly.
You could see where the curtain rod was because it wasnt painted properly. Before or after moving its location. The curtain rod was bent way out of shape.
The stairs leading up to the room smelt absolutely sour and had garbage as well.
As we were leaving, there was a rotting apple in said staircase.
The paint was peeling on the bathroom door in the room.
The screen in the window was torn and looked like someone was smoking out the window and you can see where someone put out the cigarettes on the window (and the plastic part to hold the window wanted to detach from the window when we tried to open it)
There was kids running up and down the stairs and down the hall for about 2 hours before something was done. And in order for me to call the front desk, I had to use my cell phone because the phone in the room had been tampered with (the cord was broken somehow)
And when I brought this to the attention of whoever was working the front desk around 9am, he gave a chuckle about it and told me to email the manager for them to have it on file.

The room was clean, the staff was kind. The shower was plugged and i stood in a foot of water while showering and the shower tap dripped all night. This was brought to the staffs attention in the morning. Not sure If i would stay again as it was expensive for what i received.

The property was ok, but there were aspects where things could have been better.

We booked a two room suite, as it was a special occasion. The booking was for 4 people, but there were only 3 towels & 3 face clothes. Wouldn't one suppose there would be 4?

Went to the front desk & asked for another couple of towels & face clothes. The clerk said he'd be right up. Never showed. Next morning we spoke with housekeeping who was doing the room next door. She said she'd leave extras. When we returned that evening, our room hadn't been touched, & still no towels. Another trip to the front desk to get results.

Hands down, this was one of the grossest, most poorly maintained hotel I've ever stayed at. The room we were initially assigned to, had a chair covered in disgusting stains in every color you could imagine, the shower was covered in black mold, and there was still garbage littered throughout the room. We were so uncomfortable that we didn't even want to sit on anything let alone sleep in the bed or use the shower. I had requested a new room at the front desk, but the woman working was not very willing to help me. I had to push to get a different room and even told her we would leave for another hotel. At over $200/night the service and property were horrible. The new room we were switched into still had black mold in the shower, the sink in the bar would not drain, there was no coffee in the coffee setup, and it looked like blood was splattered all over multiple walls. Also there was no DND signs in either room

The room was clean and smelled good, which we appreciated. However, the driveway leading to the hotel is in rough condition and doesn’t create the best first impression upon arrival. The breakfast selection was also disappointing. Overall, for $144 tax included, we didn’t feel the stay offered the best value for the price.

Breakfast was very basic with little variety.

The bedsheets were soiled and stained and the bed appeared not to have been changed since the previous guest use. We had to attend the front dest to ask for new sheets as our room phone was broken. There was no housekeeping yet we were provided a replacement set of sheets. We put one sheet on ourselves, the other was stained and soiled worst than the set we took off. Took photos and brought this to the attention of the morning staff. My wife went to the car to get one of our travel blankets to compensate for the dirty sheets. Our sleep was less than pleasant. The night staff seemed a little indifferent about the whole matter. The morning staff lady apologized and took the photos to share with management and housekeeping, she provided the equivalent to a $15 room discount. I think the cost of the room should have been completely refunded.

I had booked a suite two rooms with two king beds . One bedrooms TV would not work , called Ft. desk they came up to say they could not fix the problem. The next day ( we were there two days) i told Ft Desk first thing in the morning, they told me there was nothing they could do but did offer us to move to another room which was nice but we declined. Overall a nice clean room . Could use a few upgrades but for the price ... not bad

Hotel was in poor condition and not worth $180 plus hst.Road into the property (only entrance and exit) was filled with potholes.Aluminum trim on the patio entrance was torn and could injure someone. Breakfast was underwhelming...no coffee cream/poor seating area and disorganized setup with limited hot options.Hotel doesn't allow any charges from the back area to be charged to the room, despite taking a deposit on my CC.I would not recommend this hotel and it's another Wyndham branded hotel that is a hot mess. Stay away !

Checked into a driveup room, immediately was hit with a wetdog smell when opened the door.
Got a new room, driveup door broken. Couldnt use it to get into room.
Stayed 2 nights. Woken up both mornings between 6 and 7 am by kids running back and forth above me. Had to speak to front desk 4 times!
Woke up the first morning with 3 spider bite on my foot. After inspecting bed i found the spider. I must have squished it in my sleep as it was still in the bed.
Was stopped in hallway and asked to move my truck as it was 1 space off apparently outside, but no other spaces available.

I do have to give credit to the front desk woman. She was as helpful as she could be with the room issues.

I will not be recommending that establishment to anyone.

Staff seemed like she hated her job and didnt try to hide it. Carpet was dirty in room. When looking for a lost ear plug we found earrings, gummies, and multiple snack crumbs under furniture. Shower curtain had been repaired at some point but was now not even so it id not stay closed while showering, leading to constantly pulling it closed nd a puddle on the floor. Driveway to hotel has some of the largest pot holes ive seen lately.

The fridge didn't work, there was only hand towels in the bathroom, the exterior door (reason we booked) didn't work, showerhead sprayed whole bathroom and the woman at the front desk was not pleasant at all, seemed annoyed that she actually had to look up from her phone to help people

The Travelodge is showing its age. The sign at the entry is busted( maybe recent). The driveway is in poor condition but it is springtime. The property is clean as was the room. You can hear the water flowing thru the piping within the walls. Beds are on the softer side.

The heating system in our first room didn't work, we tried to explain this to the lady working the front desk and she didn't have a clue. Luckily the gentleman who was replacing her was there and really tried to fix the issue, when he couldn't he instantly checked the empty room next door. He verified everything was working before we moved rooms.

Lots of trash around the outside of the building, but inside was clean. Our room was clean . The tv was only cable , not a smart tv and the connection was bad . Couldn’t watch much as it kept feeezing up . The fridge was nice and big and room had a microwave. The staff that I saw were friendly

The water pipes in our room were hammering whenever we tried to shower. Thought they were coming through the wall. Also we had booked 2 rooms when making our booking expecting them to be at best close together not on separate floors. The clerk did manage to get us on the same floor but opposite ends of the floor. Although we didn’t request close rooms we assumed that they would be close to each other. The breakfast was great through and the staff did manage to at lest accommodate us by getting us at lest on the same floor

We stayed for one night and the room definitely was NOT what the photo shows. There were barely any pillows on a King size bed, the chair’s fabric was torn, window was wide open when we got in the room so it was very cold. Window screen torn. Closet doors broken, curtains fell on us when we tried to open them. Fridge smelled bad and it look like it caught fire as there was fire damage in the fridge. Carpet was stained, towels were stained. Shower curtain was ripped in many places. It also says sound proof rooms but we heard everything from the halls and the room above us. Checked out and the lady barely said anything to us, just took the card keys. Also location is in behind a hardware store so that was the view.

The staff were really helpful when I discovered no soap or shampoo left in the room. A+ to the staff. The other drawback was no one shovelled out the foot of snow from in front of the ground floor rooms. So the trek from the car was almost knee deep…

Staff were very friendly and room was clean. However, when we got to our room the door was propped open, so I had to check the room before letting my daughters in the room. Wardrobe was hanging off the hinges. Laundry room featured in the photos is none existing and breakfast was sub-pare. Road into the hotel has deep pot holes and no lights, so beware if you arrive in the dark.
