I got \"upgraded\" from a room with one king bed to a room with two queen beds - I was alone. The doors were filthy and the whole place reeked like it was never cleaned. I had to leave and did not stay a single night because it was so bad.

We reserved a king bed and they gave us 2 queens. When we got into the room the window was open, the screen/frame was broken and the hand crank didnt work to close the window. Had to pull it shut by hand and latch it. We checked in around 1030pm and when went to shower noticed that the tub didnt have a curtain or a plug. The drain was full of hair. When opened the fridge to put stuff in, there was dirty dish in the fridge.

The next day they brought a curtain so that we could atleast shower without making a mess.

Went to the breakfast at 830am and all that was there was cereal. No muffins no bread no yougart.

On day 2 they atleast had bread.

Really disappointed as i have stayed at this location prior with no issues

This was the worst hotel I have ever set foot in and I’m surprised they are legally allowed to be open. It was absolute filth. I haven’t seen anything like it. We walked in and seen how bad it was, requested a new room which was not really any better. We couldn’t stay we had to leave and unfortunately we couldn’t get a refund. No amount of money would have made me agree to sleep there. I am not a princess and have stayed in many 3 star hotels and resorts. This was just unacceptable. Spills on floor, food all over outside of microwave and fridge, toothpaste splatter all over mirror, food splatter on walls, awful awful smell. Please do yourself a favor and pass this place. They have zero standard.

We booked two rooms and my son and his partner didn't even stay the night. They drove home instead. There was a terrible smell in their room and my son's partner has asthma and didn't think they would be able to sleep. They also said their bathtub was dirty.
There was a patch in our wall from a recent repair, the old screen door was missing the bottom window and screen, there were handles missing from the dresser. It was a very low quality hotel. We didn't even have the continental breakfast because the odor was so overwhelming and what was offered was very minimal.
Would never book this hotel again.

Taps leaked in barhroom sink and used towel to collect water
while using. Fridge did not work. Half of the dresser drawers

Well to say this hotel was terrible is giving it more than it's worth. Pool , should be closed. Cleaning staff should be retrained!!!!! We got to our room, on the table in the room there was sticky residue from juice and there was a large layer of dust on the lamp. The tv didn't work properly, at least the front desk person came to fix it. We went to look at pool, there was a large rust stain on the floor . The pool itself didn't have circulation so there was scum on the bottom of pool, and dirt from the ceiling as it was also leaking. The door handle in the room was falling off. They didn't check the room to see if we needed refreshed towels, or beds made or new coffee. The continental breakfast.... white toast, yogurt and 1 type of cereal.

As a manager myself, I take great pride in my work and my staff . If I had this there would be a lot to fix. My opinion is if you had good service provided, and added in some extra food at the breakfast. Plus had your pool maintained properly you would have a lot more business. As it is right now, I'm not sure how you are still open.

This was not clean.
The pool looked like a tetanus shot after a dip. The main areas were dirty. Doors were broken. TV did not work. AC was not great. Staff at front desk was high and stoned. Free breakfast was non existent. And the orange juice had what looked like maggots floating around in it. The gap on the room door was really bad. And we were left with some pre cummed on towels. I have never left a hotel so desperately craving a shower in my life. If I didn't need a shower before. I needed a shower after to wash this hotel off of me. I am shocked they didnt have bed bugs. It was disgusting. I will never stay at another Wyndham hotel again

Do not stay here. The rooms are filthy and grimy. If they can’t clean the rooms then you know they are not cleaning the bed. There was blood splatters on the wall, mold in the tub, hair balls in several corners, dirty walls, exposed drywall. I have stayed in slot of hotels/motels but have never experienced this. There were no other available hotels and I almost slept in my car but played on top of bed and was out by 6:00am

I was not impressed with my stay at all. When I walked into the hotel it was an over powering smell of curry, it didn’t look clean. Then going into the entrance for my room the scanner looked like it was tapped on, there was slabs of wood in the hallway. When I entered my room I noticed the dresser drawer was broken and there was mold ok the shower curtain. I advised the staff at check out and was meet with a lack of interest in fixing the situation. I then went for the continental breakfast and was meet with left over crumbed from the previous day where the Ceral was, bowls with dirt on them, the coffee canister had a build up of grease on it, the juice dispenser had left over juice from the previous day. There was no fresh fruit or anything. There was a staircase outside with a huge hole in the material and part of the siding to a door entrance to a room was hanging off. The pool was gross. I would not recommend this property at all. Was also advised we would receive our deposit back immediately however we did not. We called and then was told it could take a couple hours. We checked out at 745 am it’s now 12:34 pm and still have not received our deposit back.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The property is filthy. The room I stayed in looked like a teenager’s room and the teenager was mad at their parents and took it out on the room. Damaged, dirty, nearly broken furniture, moldy bathroom and a tv that the remote couldn’t shut off. If I wasn’t so short on funds I would have left and found some where else to stay.

Location OK, but on busy main street which was quite noisy all through the night.

On arrival it was a very cold, stormy day & night on Good Friday weekend. Outdoor temp was 0 degrees C. Room was not preheated before my arrival, so it was only 12 C indoors. Had to set the thermostat to 32 C & wear my coat for 5 hours while room & bed heated up to a reasonable 23C.

Lack of electric light on exterior stairs to second floor is a safety hazard. Aluminum storm door unable to be latched securely so it banged in wind.

Hard surface floor. Linen/towels were clean & new. Bathroom was clean. Mattress was good condition and firm. Could have used another blanket. Some mold around caulking of tub. AC wall unit had air gaps around edges that should be sealed to prevent drafts. Working microwave & good internet connection.

Dining room was OK, but menu served entirely South Asian food. Went elsewhere for supper. Self serve cold style breakfast was adequate, but dispenser provided really dark & unappealing syrupy \"apple\" juice.

Front desk staff seemed unsure of check in/check out procedures & how to explain to guest. They required a refundable cc deposit to \"cover incidentals\" (really a security deposit) & made me wait until they inspected the room before I left.

Nothing special at this \"motor inn\" facility. Owners should invest in cosmetic & maintenance upgrades to make rooms more appealing.

Expedia price was OK at $79 plus tax. Would use again if nothing else available in area.

Stayed at this motel last night and it was a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was poor — the bathroom tub was dirty, and even the tap screw was loose. On top of that, there was constant noise coming from the AC, which sounded like mice and made it hard to sleep.
The next morning breakfast was even worse. There was no juice in the machine, and the coffee was cold and tasted old. Overall, not a pleasant stay at all. Definitely would not come back.

Strongly not recommended. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.
The hotel is dirty, the hallways are poorly maintained, and the outside smells strongly of urine. The staff are rude and unprofessional.
The room had a strong smell of spices coming from the restaurant, which was unbearable, especially since I have allergies. The receptionist even showed me a room that was completely uninhabitable.
I asked for a refund due to my situation, but it was refused. I lost my money and had to urgently move to another hotel because it was impossible to stay there.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Stayed with my partner prior to him having surgery scheduled for the next day. Given a 2nd floor room (up 15 stairs) because the elevator was out of service. Room was filthy, toilet in bathroom very dirty. Because reservation was for 2 nights put in a request for a ground floor room. This was granted and room was cleaner but the guest directly above stomped around in what could only have been steel toed boots from 10pm to 1am. Never went to a breakfast area so cannot comment, but overall opinion is that this hotel is extremely run down. Between the unclean hallways and rooms combined with noise of the main road I would never stay here again. I will note that the staff were very good when asked to change rooms and were able to provide a replacement charge cord when mine broke.

Hairs and pubic hairs found in the bathroom towels and around the sink. The room above us was waking us very early in the morning as if a family with kids were living there. The room was cold,(we could almost see our breath) and the heater wasn’t helping even after an hour . The place is in desperate need of repairs. The whole place reeks of curry. I Prepaid 3 nights but had to leave after 2, we checked our way before the 11am check out time, advised the front desk that we were leaving got a refund of the security deposit … it has now been 2 weeks , 3 phone calls and 4 emails and still no refund…. Not even the courtesy of a response . They advertise to cancelation fees .

Terrible experience. Room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Stained blankets. One blanket had a burn hole in it. Pool was super dirty. Clumps of hair and dirt everywhere and the water was cold we couldn't even swim. I swim in the ocean with a wetsuit so cold water doesn't bother me but this was like ICE. Lots of sketchy people around the exterior of the building too. Didn't seem safe at all. Not even a single piece of fruit included in the \"free breakfast\". I will never stay here again.

Frist room assign look scary the bed was old with the press of a hand i felt all the springs in it. No to mention having check in on the inside, you have to walk to the room on the outside. In addtion the utensils were no clean, and little to no breakfast option. It should be decribe as an Inn only ..leave the breakfast off cause what was avaliablity, made no sense.

The bed looked like they hadn't changed the sheets. I ended up with bite marks on me from the bed. Not bed bugs but something bit me. There was mold in the bathroom. The screen in the bathroom window was hanging on by a thread. Garbage was overflowing outside. The continental breakfast was a joke. You could barely make it to the stand because their restaurant booth was blocking it. You had to be tiny to slide into it. I get that it is an old building but stuff was falling apart. It looks like they don't care about the rooms. The restaurant seems to be their main focus. It looked clean and took precedence (like I said, it blocked the breakfast bar). To note, we didn't eat from there. We couldn't get out fast enough. I guess you do get what you pay for. Won't be back.

At the check in the receptionist asked if i would like an upgrade. Sure. Room 12 was located at the back of the hotel. The parking was not shovellled. Inside I found that the window latch was broken and the window would not shut. The curtain were missing parts for it to properly hang. The sheers under the curtain was shredded. The thermostat was locked at 16 degrees. It was - 10 that night. The door was not in proper alignment and would noy shut proper. I was not a happy camper. I called front desk and asked for another room. Front desk person came to the room and it took two of us to shut the window. She said the heat will go up and that i needed to wait 10 min. Duh! I waited 20 minutes and the heat never budged. I called front desk. She had another room for me. Not impressed with the room. It appears there is no upkeep and very little cleaning going on in these rooms. No real apology. No discount . You can do better.

I liked the convenience of the property to shopping and the staff are super friendly. I feel the extra efforts should be put in to clean walls down and cleaning microwave. Also the tv does not turn off unless its unplugged so not very convenient.

We had a newly renovated room that was clean. The rest of the hotel, however, is another story. We experienced scary yelling by a “long term resident” about 2:00 AM. The hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke smell. The dining area for breakfast was unkept, with boxes piled in a couple of corners. The pool had “dirt” visible so we did not go swimming. We did not feel safe staying at the hotel. Would not go back there.

The pictures….. are probably dressed up with AI. Prices jacked up on the weekend. This is a 79 dollar hotel through the week. Our outdoor pool stays cleaner without attention then that pool was. You can smell the currie restaurant

I would like a refund. Woke up at 3:30am and found a bed bug on my shirt. Went to tell the desk and they did not care at all, we immediately showered and packed up our things into bags and are now on our way back to Fredericton. Worst hotel/motel experience for the both of us.

Everything is rundown. There was black mold on the bath plug.

Breakfast didn’t start till 730 and many people were checking out before we could have breakfast. Including us.

Location was not the cleanest, tub caulking was moldy, you could hear a critter in the walls and under the tub. I seen dried blood on the storm door right beside my room. There was a few garbage pieces on the premisis what was not picked up during my 2 day stay. Breakfast was dried bread or stale cereal.
Beds looked and felt clean. But that was it.

The room was dirty. Mould in so many places . It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months . We are not confrontational so put up with it but didnt stay our paid 3 nights . My wife was in for an operation and when she got out we left on the second day of a three day stay. She was not interested in recovering in that dirty room .
