Very nice hotel with great amenities. Our only issue was the room was a smoked room and when we asked to see if that can be fixed, an air refresher was brought in. hehe

Other than that, everything was great. Staff is very friendly and lots of activities provided by hotel.

The guest experience at this property could be better, but this is not a \"we go above and beyond\" mindset here. The club members are treated disproportionately better than the other guests, regardless of how much they are charging for the room and length of stay. Parking is not free and is located outside the hotel property (because the club members are only allowed to use the on site parking.) Please note that it is not safe to walk along the state highway that is required for the regular guest parking. There are many steps and poorly lit areas. Food... you come to Sicily, that has some of the best fruits, vegetables, food, etc,...and you are not given locally grown fruits. We were never told in over a week about many of their amenities and we were left a postcard as we were departing, to book an info meeting for the Club, addressed to the wrong guest's name, when they could have approached us any time sooner to market this important incentive of this property. The gym is well equipped and easily accessible. The entertainment is a nice feature and vey engaging. The rooms are thoroughly clean and the staff in housekeeping is very courteous and accommodating. This is a property that can be and can do better, in such a beautiful location.

Breakfast buffet was 90 percent bread and pastries. Facilities were tired and dated and music at night was very loud. Our “villa” was a tiny room.

There aren’t a lot of options nearby and it does have beach access and pools.

We rented a villa which was very close to the sea but as patio doors had no screen, we could never let the doors open. Room was poorly decorated but otherwise very clean. The site is beautiful, however it has no beach and had only one access to the see. The food was disapponting, below standard for that type of resort. Will not return.

The reason I say it is \"unsafe\" is because we were staying in one of the bungalows, and to get there was really \"unsafe\", since there is ZERO lighting, if we did not have our cell phone's light, we would have fallen a million time.. The steps are completely IN THE DARK..

The location of the property is absolutely stunning.
The staff? Really don’t know what to say.
For 10 days I have been waiting for them to fix the tv in the room.
As of now it hasn’t happened. They told me they would switch it.
We’ll it didn’t happen.
Left several messages. The last one last night but they don’t have anyone on staff to send out and try to fix it because it’s late.

Luxurious gem in tranquility

Luxurious feel for a 4 star resort, with its diving school, hotel gift shop, pool bar and 3 swimming pools and ample deck chairs. Even day trips to Cefalù is organised for guests, a lovely gesture.

Bathroom tiles need to be cleaned though housekeeping in other aspects is tops.

In spite of the quiet area it's located, the hotel offers enough facilities and even night entertainment/performance for its guests when I was there.

Large, well run commercial hotel. Room colours are a bit primary, but everything worked perfectly and was cleaned to a high standard each day. Food and drink are expensive but to a good standard. We walked across the road to a cocktail bar/ restaurant most nights which was half the price of anything in the hotel. Gym well equipped and pools were clean and tidy. Bit soulless inside but the location and views were great. Local area is quite impoverished and dirty so most people probably stay in confines of hotel.

Very disappointed as advertisement / photos of the hotel were not a true reflection of what I purchased with Expedia. All the photos show images of the part of hotel called D Club which is time share facilities, I was humiliated when my family were ordered to move from an area by pool to a less inviting area this also happened at the restaurant we were not allowed to have our food by the pool and ordered to go to a restaurant indoors on 1st floor. Hotel was nice but made to feel lower class than other guests. Staff not helpful and not friendly

The Hotel is situated directly by the sea surrounded by well-kept beautiful gardens.
With its three pools and great entertainment it is a super choice for the whole family. If you get the chance, go to the Sicilian night event, it is fantastic and the boat trips are highly recommended.

The onsite restaurant/bars are unnecessary expensive and the D Club (upper class system) will put people off coming back.

Beautiful setting right on the water with two large pools and plenty of chairs/umbrellas. The breakfast buffet is horrible. Poor selection, warm yogurt, nothing fresh. The concierge all acted like basic questions (nearby restaurants/how to get to town etc) were the first time they’d been asked. Very unhelpful. The worst part is the live (cheesy) entertainment blasting until 12am making it impossible to sleep before the show is over. Shame a hotel in such a prime location with such wonderful pools lacks any other redeeming qualities.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We will most definitely stay there again. The room was clean, the restaurants and bars were good, the staff was very friendly and there was a lot of entertainment provided for guests and perks such as free entrance to some of the parties hosted on site. The only thing that is different from what we thought is that there is not really a beach - it's more of a pier/steps to the ocean. Also we had read that you can walk to the train station which you definitely cannot. The road is too busy and would be dangerous to walk. You definitely would need a car or prepare to book transportation. We have family and friends nearby who drove and also booked a few excursions that included transportation so this was not a problem for us. (Also there were many nice excursions offered!)

We definitely suggest this hotel!

Very lovely hotel. Very clean and modern throughout. Beautiful views across bay and out to sea from terraces. Very clean swimming pool areas with choice of two large pools (lower pool is salt water).
Food very good quality. Lots of choice and very fresh. We upgraded to half board for very reasonable rate which also included wine on the table so worth doing if you are only B&b.
Good evening entertainment. Live singers, a dance troupe and music.
The hotel has good excursions including day trip to Etna. Boat trips depart from hotels lower terrace.
Hotel just 45 minute drive from airport.
Only downside was the cost of drinks at the hotel and nearest local shop was a good 20-30 minute walk away. A pizzeria and small bar outside of hotel but apart from that you are pretty much confined to hotel. No beach. you have to go into sea from rocks.
The hotel is half timeshare. This did not cause any issues though throughout the holiday.
Would highly recommend for a relaxing break by the pool.

Ok hotel trying to be something else

I stayed at Domina's Hotel last week for 4 days. The best way I can describe it is that is a hotel that pretends to be top tier and highly exclusive but that fails in the most simple things for his customers.

Starting with the checking (which took an overall 30min), passing to the hotel room (which was awfully decorated in bright yellow) and going to an insanely overrated and overpriced restaurant where the food was served cold and not good at all, the only thing I could rescue from all of it is the very nice swimming pool they had.

In addition to the above, the staff, in its majority, would have a lower than basic English level which could make things very difficult.

It is just not good price for value !

Hotel was lovely, but arrived at 10.30pm and got dragged round by a rep trying to sell us some Club D thing run by the hotel's owners. Cooked breakfast was cold every morning and the staff struggled to keep everything stocked for the guests during breakfast. We tried to tell the staff breakfast was cold, at best they weren't interested. Service in the al carte restaurant was just as bad. One day my partners lunch and mine arrived 10 mins before my 3 year old sons meal despite ordering at the same time. Some of the staff are great, but others are dreadful.
Feel a bit ripped off at the amount we paid for a week definitely not good value for money.

First impressions of hotel and facilities were very good. It was a little out the way and in fact we had tried to change the hotel but couldn't because (stupidly) I had booked a non-cancellation option.

Plus points - Clean and good facilities. Polite reception staff. Great pool area.

Negative points - Bar and waiting staff were very rude, never cracked a smile once. The hotel doesn't have a lot of British guests and I think bar/waiting staff wish there were even fewer!

The cost of drinks is outrageous. 2 plastic cups of warm beer 12 Euro. A double vodka and coke and a double gin and tonic 36 Euro!

There is nothing in walking distance, so you either pay these prices or take a taxi elsewhere. The two nearby towns/villages don't have a lot to offer.

The food at breakfast was shocking. I can't believe for a moment that the Management of the hotel can have ever eaten there. If they had perhaps they might realise how bad it is. Sweet, sickly orange juice, made from powder or concentrate, not sure which but it was awful. The 'hot' option was stone cold and quite frankly the quality of the ingredients was appalling. The dining room itself is like eating in the canteen of Wormwood Scrubs.

It's such a shame because when we arrived we both thought what a lovely place, with pleasant reception staff and I'm afraid they were let down by the food and bar staff.

It is a bit out the way but if you have a car, as we did, you can get around. I would say a car is a must.

Pretty disappointed over all.

We booked a 'villa' and perhaps set our hopes too high, but we arrived and walked into a completely bug infested, dated room, and not really nice.. it looks like a shed to be honest. They promptly moved us to a nice a modern room but nothing but an apology to make up for the disappointment with the villa. Buffet breakfast is mediocre, poolside restaurant is overpriced and ridiculously slow, the kids pool is too deep for small kids (ie. 3 year old), no toys or anything, and there was broken glass on the pool deck.. should i go on? Pool closes at 7 but they blast music on the pool deck/restaurant until midnight on weekends. It's horrible. Just not what I was expecting for the $187 price tag, I think this was the most expensive property we found.

Fab fab fab bring me back please

Fabulous fabulous fabulous hotel!! Spent our last 3 nights her away from crazy Palermo in this gem of a hotel! Staff are very nice and helpful they printed our boarding pass for our return flight for us. The swimming pools are a great size, salt water pool is way nicer to swim in doesn't feel as cold as main pool. Got the chance to rent snorkels to go into the ocean amazing! Rented the canoe for the two of us €15 lovely way to see the sunset. Worth getting a sea view room for few extra euros. Beds are like clouds from heaven the whole room pool and hotel was spotless we got room 320 big balcony also, great to sit out in the mornings. They played music at night the resident entertainer had great crowds at the bar and people danced every night beside the pool. I'd return here again in the morning only down fault is the food. It's disgustingly bad worse then a school canteen. Breakfast you could survive but milk for cereal always warm never cold, bread was always stale never fresh, and scrambled eggs were made from powder... Bleughhhhh!! Dinner forget it run run run away we ate in two fab restaurants one on the left of the hotel exit only across the road lovely Italian pizza :) and there's another restaurant on right side of the exit about 300 metres down and u have to walk up a small road to get there. It was fab!! Ocean views and all!!

The hotel itself is beautifully situated on the coast and I must admit the whole hotel was very clean and well presented. Our room was very modern, cleaned every day and had everything we could need including a safe and a mini-fridge!
It would be perfect for people looking for a pool and seaside holiday mini-break - however we felt it was a bit far from a nice town or any exploring (the nearest santa flavia was a bit of a dump) and really you had to rely on the train station (about a 10 minute walk) for transport unless you wanted to fork out for an expensive hotel driver service!

The neighborhood surrounding this Hotel is far from pleasant,so if you're looking for a resort vacation this will do, but venturing out isn't worth it, unless doing so by car. It is secluded, there aren't very many dining options nearby,and it's located on a busy road with limited sidewalk. I found the staff to be extremely rude, and far from helpful. On our first morning there, while in the middle of breakfast we were rudely interupted and forced to move even though the table was not marked. Definitely book a room with breakfast included, because I think that it was rather expensive otherwise! Our Villa was very nice, with a view of the sea and close to the pool area, and honestly it was the only good thing about my experience at this location.

Amazing hotel/ resort on the seafront

A group of us stayed here for five nights in June. It was a beautiful stylish hotel with excellent facilities. There are two large sea water pools and a smaller one for children. There is an excellent bar near the pool area. The sea is metres away and the hotel provides boat excursions and water activities e.g. Scuba diving. The hotel staff are very nice and there is a lot of entertainment and activities for guests provided daily (during day and evening) so you won't get bored!! If you want to go to Palermo you need to take the train ( or taxi) and the train station is 20 mins walk away. There aren't too many restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel but we found an excellent pizzeria 10 mins walk away, called Baja Dei Fenici. Downsides about hotel: lunch/ dinner quite pricey, loud music from nightly entertainment until midnight (you hear it less if you don't have a sea view room). But amazing hotel and would recommend it 100%!!!

Beautiful location on the bay across from Porticello. Outstanding pools, relaxing outdoor lounges. Interesting if somewhat quirky movie-themed decor. Rooms large with great views, but stay off the fourth floor unless you like pink.
Disappointed to find I had to pay for parking and breakfast. Also, be sure to read the fine print on the back of your pool towel tickets.

Amazing by day, odd at night. Get a hire car.

The hotel by day is incredible. The pools are fantastic and it's right on the front (although no beach) so you can swim in the sea. The breakfast buffet which has been oft complained about on Trip Advisor, whilst not being amazing, is perfectly serviceable. We were staying as a B&B package, but heard lots of the guests complain about the dreadful lunch and dinner buffets. We were told (as non all inclusive customers) that it would be 26 Euros each for lunch, which is outrageous. Luckily, there is a Trattoria over the road which is very nice.
The bar is also very expensive. 13 euros for a JD and Coke.
You are in the middle of nowhere here. There are restaurants in the vicinity which you can get a cab to, but once you've paid for a cab to and from the airport, plus the shuttle bus into Palermo, plus cabs, you may as well just hire a car which will give you much more (and needed!) freedom.
The rooms were fine (comfy bed) and the staff pleasant enough.

Ok, but some things to be aware of....

We obtained a good price deal via Expedia, and booked a stay here on something of a whim.

Firstly, it's a nice hotel, clean and modern, with lots of facilities, eg multiple pools, sea (though no beach) frontage, bars, gym and restaurants.

If you want to venture out on foot forget it. The hotel is located in a nondescript and quite litter strewn residential area with little to see and do. If you have a car, you can travel, but be aware italian drivers are singularly mad. Also, for a pool lounging holiday if you don't want to venture out you'll be fine.

We took b&b only and I was glad we didn't take more. The breakfast offering was bland, and was based on a circular buffet style layout. This meant that you were constantly trying to weave in and out of others, and the selections were poor, eg no fruit at all, and the cereals were limited, however there was lots of cake!?!?!

Every night there is a live singer who plays until midnight, and the repertoire is the same every night. If you pay extra for the sea view be prepared for this every night, and it is loud. They also do regular weddings and these will be in the courtyard below your rather small balcony.

Staff were generally matter of fact, and whilst ok, didn't go out of their way.

We had a car and were able to get about, so travelled to various places, such as Palermo (15 miles), and Cefalu (35 miles) this meant it was more a base for us than the focus of our stay.

In summary, nice clean hotel, but nothing special.

Don't do it!

Hotel delivers on view and quality of the room and fails in most other areas. Amenities are ridiculously priced. The spa was booked both and it was closed at 1:30 pm. The hotel put in no effort to assist us with this. The airport shuttle service was a disaster. They called us the night before to ask us to leave 30 minutes later than our scheduled time, then they left 15 minutes later than that, then dropped off a hotel employee on the way which got us to the airport less than an hour prior to departure. Airlines threatened not to check us in for the flight but reversed their stance after our explanation. Beware of the food, it is terrible and not reflective of Sicilian cooking. May be an acceptable hotel when functioning as a time share but not for $200 per night.

Ambitious hotel but poor breakfast and very noisy

We spent 3 nights in Domina Coral Bay, and our family of four was split into two rooms in very distant places of the hotel, which as not the most convenient. My wife and I got a room on the \"pink\" floor, one could say say the \"Ken & Barbie floor\", not sure I got the point of painting so many rooms in pink and sourcing them with pink furniture, linen and curtains... This hotel is a paradox, with a combination of very high ambitions when you discover it (impressive and quiet lobby, three swimming pools including one of sea water with access to the sea itself, level of equipment and cleanliness of the rooms, lush tropical garden, ...) and quite low standards as regards the crowdy and noisy restaurant, the very average breakfast (serving for example an atrocious \"chemical\" orange juice, very frustrating with so many orange- and lemon-trees around in Sicily...), and ... loud club music all day long at the swimming pool. But the worst is definitely the singer and music every evening until midnight at the swimming pool. What is the point of keeping the sound that loud just for a couple of people dancing at the bar? I definitely not recommend the hotel to anybody looking for quietness and high standards of service.

We loved our stay at Domina Coral Bay! The rooms and hotel were lovely, along with the pools and location to the sea. Santa Flavia train station is close by, but hard to get anywhere walking. Definitely recommend!

Didn't realize hotel is a resort with buffet restaurant, planned activities, loud music all day until midnight. For the right people, it'd be great. We were hoping for peaceful, quiet seaside room with a nice restaurant to dine. We kept our balcony door closed the entire time due to the loud music. We didn't care for the buffet so opted to drive elsewhere for dinners. Clean place, friendly staff-just not our style.

The design of the hotel very modern and nice, lovely pools and hotel's location on the water.was beautiful!. Nice architecture and landscaping. However, the room was smaller than I expected though, shower could use a wider water screen or shower curtain., and addition of an English speaking tv channel would be nice. I feel the primary shortfall of the hotel is the delivery of the hospitality side of the business. Only one person at the hotel, a front desk clerk seemed to speak some English. Staff could use a refresher r course in hospitality and showed a real eagerness to try and help us. The rest seemed a bit indifferent. verging on rude by one. Also, they should set up a private area for guest business/internet service. Food service and quality also was mediocre, but thank goodness there was an excellent cafe just down the road a bit just to left of the entrance. The facility seems to be more accommodating to group tours, I assume they had hired translators/tour guides and required less accommodation. Basically a very nice property, just need to up their game on implementing the hospitality side. Btw Train station is about 15 minute walk much cheaper way to get into Palermo

Beautiful view

It is a little difficult to review this hotel. It was definitely loud on the Friday and Saturday evenings due to music from the main hotel and from a wedding on both nights in the lower area near the villas. We requested a villa far from the main hotel to avoid the music at night, which we read about in other reviews, but due to the wedding music at the lower level, we could hear music late into the evening. I had to sleep with earplugs. The villa was quite nice, but the first one they put us in had a maintenance issue with the AC. At first, we felt like the maintenance staff thought we were crazy, but once a supervisor came down to check it out, we were quickly moved to a new villa. So in our PJ's at 11pm, they finally moved us to the next villa. The room was quite nice after the move. The restaurant was ok. I think it is overpriced for the evening buffet. We found much better food in the local area for better prices. The restaurant staff was also not very friendly. The reception staff was quite friendly and helpful, but they are not well trained on the ins and outs of the hotel. For example, when we checked in, all the reception staff on duty did not even know the hotel does not have feather bedding. They also gave us a sheet of information in English and one of the events on it was incorrect and no longer took place on Friday evenings.. To end on a positive note, the hotel is in a beautiful location. It is well maintained.

The hotel is nice with its swimming pools and proximity to the ocean however the hotel itself is a let down, the breakfast was disappointing and the dinners were overly expensive, we ate out every meal due to this fact.
The room furnishings were dated and need cleaning and repairs.

Beautiful Location and stylish!

The hotel is located close to the Palmero Airport about 50mins travel by hire car. The setting is beautiful with hotel overlooking the sea. We went in groups with friends in couples and had a great time there. The pool side bar and sitting area is perfect for chill out. There was live music in the evening around the bar area. The hotel itself has a large area with many hide outs and mini gateways. We found this really romantic and relaxing. We had a lovely time there! There is this theme of celebrities photos hanging around the wall all over the hotel makes us feel really glamorous.

We had a group of 6. Domina hotel was suitably priced and located for our planned trip. Roughly 50 minutes drive from Palermo Airport. Hotel offers great view of the Sea and has few huge pools. You can spend days just by the beach where you can take drinks from the hotel bar. Facilities/ views around pools and beach is almost five star. Food quality poor and overpriced. No real room service. Breakfast not good at all. No tea facilities in the room! No irons- will cost you 12 euro to iron! Overall I am still very satisfied with the Hotel

Huge hotel beautifully located by the sea with 2 huge pool areas and plenty of beds. Grounds beautifully maintained and at night very pretty. However, the attitude of the staff very hit and miss - great concierge. Some good reception staff. Restaurant diabolical. Yet again a supposedly 4 star hotel and no a la carte restaurant. Canteen style self service buffet - no wine menu. Full of tour groups and noisy dinner. Staff almost surly and not one smile between them - only concerned in laying up for the next merl. Bar staff good but only for drinks and limited dry pastries and sandwiches - no bar menu. Breakfast so poor that I had to leave it. I do not expect to eat our of plastic bowels for cereal and yoghurt and drink from disposable cups for fruit juice, The hot food was dry and with difficulty I had ordered fresh eggs which came swimming in oil/ Dinner - desert was whole fruit and plastic cake. Same meat and cheese selection served for breakfast. No business centre - just one computer in open reception area and no printer. No salon services. Shop limited to souvenirs, a few magazines. Bedroom was very well situated and cleaned - fridge not working. No international TV channels. Evening entertainment refreshing - good music in bar area.

Good Hotel good base for exploring Palermo Area

Sicily is a nice country with some extremely nice views including the one from the Hotel.
The food is OK if you like Fish my wife does not so the menu's are limited if you want meat of any description, please note that we only had breakfast's in the hotel which were fine.

If you decide to drive which I did be prepared for a bit of a roller coaster ride, although roller coasters are safer, anything can happen cars , motorcycle's, scooters, lorries, buses and pedestrians all conspire to cause an accident which I cannot believe I did not have, but this all added to our Italian experience which all in all was Fantastic.

Palermo is a wonderful place to visit some great Monuments etc., we also went to Segesta another wonderful place if you like Historical places. If you like the beach then Cefalu is the place to go.

Hotel was both very nice and clean. Staff was more than helpful. We got in after a long drive and we were tired and hungry. The staff brought us food to our room even though the restaurant was closed. Everyone was very friendly. They have a nice pool/bar area. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect for a family vacation

My husband I decided to take our 5 year old to PALERMO for his 5th bday. He love the beach and I heard amazing things about PALERMO. The hotel was amazing we were allowed to check in 4 hours early at no cost, from there in our experience just got better. Super family friendly hotel, really clean which is a must for us. Most of all we had everything we needed without having to leave the resort.

Big, but nice hotel with poor service

The hotel is very big, so those who doesn't like these kind of hotels, not recommended.
They have a very strange design, with bright colours and pictures about celebrities from the past. We stayed (3 girls) on the pink floor which was REALLY pink! Which is okey, but I hardly can imagine a man on this floor.
The outside area is great.
The staff has to learn a lot still. Can't speak in english, has no clue about lots of things, I felt them absolutly disorganized.
There are no fresh vegetables and fruits for the breakfast!!! And sometimes you have to wait for the bread for 10-15 mins as it is just simply not enough for all the guests. We were happy not to order dinner as well. Much better to go to Porticello (little village next to the hotel area) where you can find great restaurants!
The hotel is full of animator activities. But the most interesting and probably disturbing one is the music/dancing event EVERY evening, which is held at the middle of the hotel's open-air area, sorrunded by the rooms! So those who wanna go sleep before 1:00 am, not a good choice.
The room was okey, and cleaned every day.
Overall it is fine, but need imporvement.

Great stay!

Santa Flavia is about 20 minutes from the city of Palermo. This can be an issue for those who would like to wander around Sicily. However, if you would like to have a low-key holiday, this place is wonderful! Also, we booked an 'internal' room, which is fantastic if you're a light sleeper, as the ocean views tend to pick up more noise from the bar, below.All in all, this place was fantastic. The staff was friendly and the resort overall is extremely clean. Gorgeous view of Porticello, and the pool is excellent. You're also in walking distance of the ruins from a 4th century Phoenician town. Absolutely coming back!

Lovely rooms and view. Forget the food.

Wonderful position and views.

We had a junior suite which consisted of two rooms one large. Well worth the extra £15 a night. You definitively need a car.

The reception service is friendly. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is good though the décor is not too everyone’s tastes. It is clean and modern and everything works perfectly. Get instructions on how to use the safe though (none in room). The swimming pools and garden environment look wonderful though when we went the pools were too cold to swim in and one pool was being filled. Room facilities are definitely 4 star. Internet (use cable) was brilliant – fast and reliable. Reception staff were friendly and always tried to help. Distances to our room (closest to the sea) were quite long. This is a big hotel.

Everything else is 2 or 3 star. No porter service. The swimming pools, walking along the rocks and grounds are nice. I would not recommend taking a villa. I think the best rooms are larger rooms (don’t take a small standard room) high up on the 4th or 5th floors with sea view.

The restaurant breakfast is the worst I have ever had in any hotel ever. The food at the main hotel restaurant was pricey – around £25 to £35 per head and mediocre. There is always a problem as the restaurant is run by a different organisation. Often unfriendly and seems to be run by the Mafia. So you are not allowed to take half finished glasses or bottles of wine to your room.

need to accomadate to the english speaking more,TV was almost impossiable to watch,no english lang. to set tv to! breakfast crew in buffett was rude and took plates of food away before we were done, eggs were too runny,and whats the deal with hotdogs for breakfast...eweeee!!! no chicken or not much beef to eat,and no lables on the buffett to tell what some foods are,my son has seafood alleriges and this was a problem,.Other wise the staff at the front desk was wonderful and the Avis travel counter was excellent!!! Rooms are beautiful and clean,bed was hard mattress!!! but over all stay was great!!,just eat away from hotel food!!!

Gorgeous Hotel...Once you get there

I thought the hotel was closer to Palermo and it was a bit difficult getting to the San Flavia train station. There are no taxis at the train station and I didn't know where the hotel was located. A nice man at a local bar took me to the hotel. That was the difficult part. Once I arrived at the hotel I was very happy. The hotel is gorgeous.

The“Azzuri” Mediterranean Sea is Breathtaking & the view is stunning.
It’s newly renovated,beautifully decorated,very modern with a touch of Nostalgia.It’s huge!
In the mornings,delicious breakfast buffet was included.At nights,very pleasant entertainment till midnight.
I had lunch once at the restaurant & the fish was delicious.Expensive?Oh well, You’re eating delicious food,drinking amazing wine with a stunning view. Priceless!
As far as “Customer Service Satisfaction” is concerned…You’re in Italy!
Don’t expect it from everyone,especially waiters.My advice:Tip them well and u'll get the best service ever ;-)
Rooms: The room I stayed in was beautifully furnished but tiny.
In my opinion,when u’re on vacation,the only time u must use ur room is to sleep. And when u close your eyes,u won’t even see the size of ur room ;-)
Shops: For a huge hotel like that,I think it is a must to have at least 1 big convenient store that’s open from 9:00/10:00 am till 5:00/6:00pm.
Parking: When it comes to the parking,I hate to agree with the others.That’s the only thing I did not like about this hotel.U pay for an inconvenience.Not only ur car is always dirty,ur clothes/shoes will be dusty! I don’t think that’s fair.
