Staff was fantastic, clean rooms and very centrally located. We had a car and free easy parking on the street nearby. Only recommendation I would like to add that the spa and masseuses would have later hours of opeartion. Last appointment was at 7pm. Would stay again. Beautiful hotel.

We stayed here in May 2025 and had a great time. The room was big and well equipped, but the best part was breakfast on the picturesque terrace (and happy hour there too!). The hotel is also in a good location, roughly a 10 minute walk from the historic centre ( which is good as the centre can get quite crowded!).

This was a great property. Incredible customer service at every single point of contact. Good location on a secondary street (there was still some street noise but that’s to be expected). Had room just below on 3 floor with great views from back of hotel over the rooftops. Room was plainly decorated but great space and good sized bathroom. No uk TV channels, only Italian! This was only downside, but internet was good if you bring your own laptop. Could do with kettle and tea facilities also.

Nice clean hotel close to main centre with lots of restaurants within 5 minute walk. In a quieter part of town so no traffic or nightlife noise. Rooms were in good condition and comfortable bed.
Great breakfast options and staff spoke good English and were very helpful.
There is no kettle but plenty of coffee shops close by. Would happily stay there again.

Be careful before you book.

The hotel was way below my expectation for a four star facility. One day, the hotel ran out of hot water due to a serious problem in the boiler without anyone noticing and it took them forever to get it fixed without the management providing alternatives or solutions. Also the hotel is very dim and not in the perfect location in Palermo. Not to forget, the smell of humidity because of the spa is all over the place. The breakfast, such a disappointment.

Let me preface this by saying I contacted the hotel with my complaints before posting this review but haven't heard back from them. Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable staying here. More than once, the staff knocked on my door and even entered the room while I had the \"do not disturb\" sign on the door. The first time it happened, I thought it was an honest mistake. But then it happened again, and my blood ran cold when the staff entered the room while I was in bed trying to nap. I was on vacation and trying to adjust to the 9 hour time difference. I've never experienced this before when the \"do not disturb\" sign is completely ignored, several days and more than one time in one day. It made me feel like I couldn't relax because someone might knock or enter the room at any moment. One day I came back to the room after going out for breakfast and noticed the closet door opened (I kept it closed) and some sandals were missing. At least it wasn't my passport but yikes. I didn't sleep well at all while I was here.

Hidden Gem by the ocean.

I love this hotel so much I keep coming back. Located in a quiet area near the ocean, this newly rebuilt hotel is clean with a classy modern sophisticated look. The rooms are spacious, some come with swinging doors leading to a balcony. The restaurant serves a tasty breakfast and filling dinner in the evening with excellent professional service. The neighborhood is quiet at night and for the most part, safe. Only a 15 minute walk to the train/bus station and about a 10 minute walk to the center of town.

hotel itself is not bad at all , nice breakfast terrace and spa
we had an issue with house keeping. on the first night we put do not disturb sign because room was not bad and we did not want to make people do extra work but on the last night we needed clean up and new towels and toilet paper , so we made sure that we took do no disturb sign off .
when we came back , someone got in our room , took spa robe out of the room and put do not disturb sign on the door . they did not clean the room . when i addressed it with customer service they started argue with us saying that the tag was on the door .it was not . But if it was like they claimed then who gave them ok to still enter the room and take the robe and check the fridge ( when we were checking out they charged us for the cookies from the fridge that my son had ) So, they knew already that cookies were gone. with all that being said : not only they did not clean our room because they said tag was on , but they entered the room with tag on ( according to them ) . Breakfast was ok

Overall the stay was good. The hotel itself is beautiful and room was beautiful and spacious. We liked that breakfast was available each morning and was delicious. I reserved spa services as well as a massage during our stay and it was so relaxing. A few things that could have been better during our stay: The pillows were very flat, but the brochure in the room states you can order more pillows as needed, which we did. The bed isn't very soft, but it was a great size. The room had AC, but it can be controlled by the front desk. When we first arrived, we couldn't control the thermostat and had to call the desk to turn it on. We also realized that nearly every time we left the property, they would turn the AC off and restrict our access to it upon arrival each time. We had to call the front desk on multiple occasions to turn it back on. Not listing this as a complaint, as the AC worked great when it was on, just letting other visitors know how it may work when arriving. We also found the street outside our patio to be a bit noisy early in the mornings, but not so bad that it disturbed our sleep. The hotel was in a great location for shopping and dining, easily doable for walking. It's also located close to the coast, so it was nice to take a stroll and see the ocean. I would recommend staying here, just be sure to reach the brochure in your room for details about your stay.

The hotels location is on a side street within walkkng distance from many nice piazzas and restaurants, so that was ok.
But, we booked the hotel specifically because they offer parking. That is not entirely true. They have a valet service where they can take your car to a parking lot for the day, but at 8pm you have to pick it up from the lot 1km away and then youre on your own. Parking in Palermo is not simple or safe, so this makes the amenity useless.
At breakfast, on a lovely rooftop terrace, we got to enjoy american guests throwing food to the roof below for cats. Disgusting. But apparently ok behavior according to the hotel staff.
The bed is rock hard and the pillows are, well, they are not.
In general, we were disappointed with the hotel, and especially recommend thorough research of you decide to drive a car to Sicily.

Hotel was nice and clean. Good location for city and easily walkable to everything. Bed was hard as a rock. Like sleep on stone, room was also extremely hot so it was hard to sleep. No coffee options in the room which is a bit disappointing. Gym was OK. It was functional but only two machines and treadmill. Breakfast was tasty and many options. Customer service was lacking though throughout the hotel, from the front desk to the staff around. Just didn’t seem so welcomed and felt like they were annoyed to do their job. The one women in the breakfast area was the sweetest but besides that I would say the customer service could be better.

Shower was clogged, flooded the bathroom and room. Called front desk for assistance for flooding twice and front desk said no staff available at night, must fix next day. It Took two days to fix. Managment never offered to change room. Key card was defective, every day had to get it replaced. Electronic lock was non responsive so Management had to give me turn key three times. Room comes with towel heater, but feature in room 104 never works. Maintenance looked at it three times and never could fix it. Towel Heater never worked! Room is heated by ventilation system. You control the room temperature, but when turned on the vent makes loud noise. Hard to sleep when heater or AC is turned on. It is too loud. Problem with AC system. Spa cost extra to enter, services cost extra. Even during off season I could not get a reservation (and it was my birthday).

The service was OK… The first night we were really cold in the room. So the next day I informed the front desk and they told me they needed to turn on the heat in my room from a button at the desk. I was a little confused because that should be an option automatically pushed when you arrive and check in your room. They do have a really nice spa and a good breakfast selection. They also have a restaurant on the fourth floor- I do suggest going for breakfast because she did the best service. We were a little disappointed in the dinner service because they were a lot of options that were percent it to us for are meal.

Overall a good stay

Overall, we had a great stay. The staff at the rooftop bar are top notch. They gave the best service we encountered in all of Sicily. Breakfast is also great. There was one day where it was unusually hot for a November day and we asked if we could turn the air conditioner on. The front desk said that it was not possible because it’s winter. They offered to turn on the fan but it didn’t work. We opened the windows but mosquitoes came in and bit us all night. There was also a lot of loud noises of people yelling and cars honking in the middle of the night. With the windows open, it sounded like we were sleeping on the side of the street. Even with all this said, it was a great stay. The noise is part of the culture which we anticipated and it makes sense that the a/c wouldn’t typically be needed in the winter. Must be global warming.

Hotellet ligger på en ruffig gata men bra läge med restauranger samt buss- och järnvägsstation inom gångavstånd. När man kommer in slås man av att detta är ett designhotell som håller hög klass. Receptionspersonalen är mycket välkomnande och serviceinriktade.

Rummet vi fick var mycket bra utrustat med allt man kan behöva. Sängarna dessutom riktigt bekväma. Det enda jag saknade var en engelskspråkig nyhetskanal på TV:n. Allt är på italienska vilket jag inte behärskar.

Enda riktigt stora bedrövelsen vid besöket var hotellets restaurang. Rätterna i den meny som fanns utlagd på hotellrummet fanns inte att beställa utan man hade en liten meny som bara fanns på en papperslapp hos en av servitörerna. Pastarätten som serverades var helt ok men club sandwishen såg ut som en varm ostmacka gjord i en smörgåsgrill. Långt ifrån den standard man kan förvänta sig, speciellt med tanke på priset. När serveringspersonalen dessutom helt saknar känsla för service och förmåga att lösa något så enkelt som ett saltkar känner man sig ganska uppgiven. Frukosten höll däremot en mycket högre kvalitet och frukostpersonalen var mycket serviceminded och snabb.

Överlag ett trevligt och bekvämt hotell som jag verkligen kan rekommendera, men blir du hungrig så ät helst någon annanstans.

A hidden Palermo gem near the marina.

I have stayed at this hotel many times because of it's cleanliness, it's friendly and attentive staff and it's location. I have read various reviews on this site regarding the location. The area is not well lit at night but it is quiet and SAFE. I repeat, it's very SAFE so travelers should not feel afraid walking around at night. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious! The hotel treats it's VIPs with superior attention and care. There is a spa service and a small fitness center that could be a little larger but it does the trick for exercise. The main attraction is the wonderful rooftop restaurant which overlooks the beautiful mountains and restored relics of old Sicily which makes for a great setting for a casual morning breakfast or a relaxing dinner at night. I enjoy this place so much I already have reservations there for next summer.

Big room and clean.

Check in experience was so so. A Room maid entering in our room early in the morning 9:30 without knock the door than realized that we are still inside so she/he ran away without answering our question \"who is it\". After that our room had not been made.
The receptionist at check out was much more friendly.
But the room was really nice and very big.
