I booked one night to stay with my husband. Breakfast was supposed to be included but there was none. Just a coffee maker. The location was good, the room was clean comfortable and charming. Everything we needed. It would have been great if it had toilet paper! We found an incomplete roll and the towels although clean, were old and hand size. I think having plushy bath towels would have make a big difference. Access to the property was easy. A call was required ahead of time since this is not a hotel, but a room to enter with a passcode. One great feature if traveling with a suitcase, the building has an elevator. Overall a great choice except for those “details” easily fixable

Great location however each room has its own hot water tank so it will run out if the first person isn’t careful. Only two small shampoo provided and rooms cleaned every two days so you will probably need to buy some shampoo out. Lady comes in to provide toast, coffee and yogurt.

Nicely laid out rooms and accommodation space. Interesting modern decor which was inviting and relaxing. We immediately felt at home.
Clean, rooms with comfortable bed and good storage for bags personal items.

We had a wonderful time in Palermo at this bnb. It was a little tricky to get to but when we got use to the area we found it convenient. Many delicious restaurants and walking distance to beautiful sights. Staff was friendly and always willing to help.

Accommodate is cute; not a hotel, but rather an apartment of two rooms and a breakfast room. Our room had coffee machine and breakfast facilities which was nice. Parking was in the street, which was a little challenging give that the area is very busy with restaurants - but 20euros and local help, we found a space. 10 minutes from the GNV arrivals, it was nice and close and not too far to drive from the port to the hotel in the dark ;-) Palermo driving in the dark is not so much fun!

Excellent location, restaurants and cafes nearby. Elevator was an excellent feature considering all our luggage. Wifi was reliable. Room view was meh but we didn’t care (had a garden view). Bed was big and comfortable, pillows flat but tolerable. Could have used hand soap in bathroom. Coffee machine in room but no coffee pods (though you could just get it from the kitchen downstairs). Excellent security features. Owner was gracious and quick to respond. Pictures are pretty accurate.

Zimmer war sehr sauber und Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft kann ist empfehlenswert. Nähe zu den sighseeing-highlights sehr nah und fussläufig. Hafen Promenade sehr schön und mondän, top Preise in den Hafen Locationen. Top

Zimmer im EG (vielleicht sind die Zimmer im OG besser): Feuchteschäden im Zimmer und im Badezimmer, 3 elektrische Duft-Verdampfer verursachen Kopfschmerzen. Sehr laut durch laute Türen und Frühstücksraum direkt neben dem Zimmer. Kakerlake im Bad. Personal freundlich und sehr bemüht. Sehr gute Lage.

Struttura moderna nel cuore di Palermo e tuttavia lontana dal caos. Camera ampia, letto confortevole, bagno anch'esso ampio. Pulizia impeccabile. La colazione è a base di prodotti locali di ottima qualità (se anziché succo di frutta confezionato fosse offerto, visto che siamo in Sicilia,del succo di arancia fresco sarebbe veramente perfetto). un piccolo appunto riguarda la mancanza di uno specchio a figura intera nella camera e la mancanza in stanza di qualche informazione in più riguardo la struttura (cose basiche tipo la password del wi-fi, la colazione etc) e magari anche una lista di suggerimenti su dove mangiare o bere qualcosa in zona per chi, arrivando tardi la sera, rischia di sentirsi nu poco sperso. Va però detto che la proprietaria è disponibilissima e risponde immediatamente e con grande cortesia a ogni richiesta. Sicuramente ci tornerei e lo consiglierei a chi deve soggiornare a Palermo.

Visite du centre monumental. Hotel tres proche du centre historique, calme avec parking gratuit à proximité. Le b&b est récent et décoré avec goût. Proche restaurant et axes principaux des activités. On recommande.

Struttura nuova, molto pulita. Posizione ottima per visitare Palermo, proprio dietro al mercato della Vucciria. Fermata da/per l'aeroporto di Palermo vicinissima. Personale gentile e accorto. Ottima struttura.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 3 notti nella camera quadrupla. Camera pulitissima, spaziosa e ben arredata. Bagno molto grande, tutto nuovo. Balconcino con vista su una piazzetta, molto tranquillo, nessun rumore.
Colazione molto buona con specialità siciliane.
Molto comodo per visitare il centro storico e passeggiare lungomare.
I proprietari sono molto simpatici e disponibili.
Super consigliato.

Il b&b è situato in una zona molto tranquilla e a due passi dal centro, in un edificio recentemente ristrutturato. Le camere sono dotate di ogni comfort e arredate con ottimo gusto. La colazione è varia e abbondante. I proprietari Emanuela e Giovanni sono molto gentili e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi voglia trascorrere un soggiorno a Palermo!
