The location was great! It was centrally located but the room was totally quiet, even when it was busy just down the street. The room was comfortable, with a lot of seating options. They secured us an airport shuttle for our very early flight, which was amazingly convenient! The only drawback for this property was the shower, which had very low water pressure and little hot water.

The B&B is in a great walkable area with easy access to old town Palermo. There are lots of shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and breakfast was very good. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We appreciated the help organizing the transfer to the airport after our stay.

Location was excellent, just 1/4 block off main tourist street. Several restaurants located nearby. Staff was friendly. Room had great air conditioning, nice breakfast (though small area). No elevator so be prepared for carry luggage up 1 or 2 flights of narrow stairs ( my cab driver helped me on arrival, staff helped on departure).

everything was very comfortable about the room, and it is located in a great historic part of Palermo. every night for dinner there were tons of restaurants within a short walking distance to choose from with street dining for an incredible experience. the power went out one night and rendered the kitchen area unusable the next morning, but we were given vouchers for breakfast at a nearby café which was very generous. would book again if we were to stay in Palermo next time. the parking situation is a bit stressful - recommend parking on Foro Umberto I and walking up the main streets to Via Bottai, as opposed to dragging your luggage through the cobblestone back streets.

However the room is located near the entrance to the hotel so it’s noisy from 7:30am. As the hotel doesn’t haven’t staff present during the night, there was also a guest who was speaking loudly in he phone in the corridor between 2:00-4:00am. We also didn’t have hot water at some points during our stay.

We can't say enough about this B&B. It was fantastic! We weren't sure exactly what to expect, but this boutique-style B&B has everything we needed and is in a fantastic location. Right around that corner there are so many great restaurants and shops. My family really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again and again.

We came off the ferry at 5 am, and we were thankfully allowed to check Into a vacant room as soon as the reception was open (8:30 am) in order to take a nap before exploring the town. Giada was lovely and helpful with a booking error as well. It's a really cool, stylish little hotel in a very walkable area near the old port. We have a room on the back of the building without much of a view, but a cute little patio and it's dead quiet, which is perfect. The bathroom is nice and renovated. Trying out the breakfas tomorrow, so I can't comment on that. But we'd definitely stay here again. Grazie Mille!

Our initial room was very basic and very smelly. The bathroom smelt awful. However, we were moved to a much better room and we were grateful for that. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very poor. The second morning, our last one, we were sent to Bar Luca for breakfast. We were told by the hotel that we could have whatever we wanted there - but when we got there, we were only allowed a small pastry, coffee and sweet croissant.

Fantastic boutique hotel/BB. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the welcome was great. Our room was large, clean and well appointed. We were overlooking the street below, with a cute balcony. Noise levels were fine, even with live music and a vibrant nightlife on the doorstep (just make sure you close the door properly!)

Perfect location and fantastic stay. Giada (manager) was welcoming, kind and very helpful with finding transportation or food nearby. Room was very clean and spacious, we even booked a room with a cute balcony. Easily walkable to all the major sites. Grazie Vintage B&B and Giada!

Very convenient with easy access to buses, trains or by foot. Lots of bars/ restaurants close by. Our room was on the back of the property so was very quiet( apart from the church bells!!!!) staff were very friendly and responded to all our inquiries before and after arriving. Breakfast was limited but fresh with proper cappuccino or other coffee made by a very polite staff. The room was basic with quiet small bathroom but we were out most of the day so really didn’t bother us. The place always smelled clean throughout the day. We will definitely recommend and are happy to go back.

Giada the property manager and Sergio the owner are all very kind and go out of their way to be welcoming and friendly. All the staff remembers you… from the maintenance staff to the breakfast staff. My significant other and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights! ABSOLUTELY amazing property. The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind! The gentleman who made my coffee every morning even remembered I liked sweetener not sugar! (The little things) Breakfast for me, was the right amount. I’m not a big eater. The room was amazing large bath tub well LARGE bathroom! We were able to watch Netflix since we don’t speak Italian. Close walk to restaurants shops etc etc. There are restaurants right beside the hotel if you don’t feel like walking! Grocery store right around the corner from hotel maybe 3 minute walk. Beautiful park across the street.It was about a 15min walk to the market. Definitely recommend this hotel! 10/10!

As the listing makes clear, there are only stairs up to the property, but once these are negotiated, the property is comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. This is a great place to be for exploring Palermo. Our room was large and well-appointed and while overlooking the street, was quiet. The bathroom was clean.
