Room was clean and housekeeping service provided. Breakfast included some fruit, yogurt, cereal and croissant. Air conditioning in the room was not the best due to the size of the room.

B&B is well located, a short walk from the train and bus stations and close to the major sites - I walked everywhere except Monreale. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby eg Via Vittorio Emanuele.

Room was roomy with a nice bathroom (really hot water and a super shower), a small fridge, desk, chair, hanging space and sofa bed as well as a small balcony, air conditioning and a large TV with more channels than you could count.

Lovely Anna supervises the breakfasts, which include a nice croissant and the usual cereals (cornflakes and chocolate somethings), milk, yogurt and some pre-packed sweet things. Anna makes coffees to order and there are a variety of teas to select from. The shared kitchen also has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, jug and hot plates (some equipment).

Owners answer any questions quickly by Whatsapp (I never saw them) and when there was a small problem with the door it was quickly fixed (keys worked but not the keypad).

I thought the entry was really quaint and nicely done and yes there are about 60 stairs, but they were easily managed by me (I’m 70) with my luggage.

My only slight negative is that there can be street noise on weekends, but ear plugs solved that (not sure where it comes from as there are no bars/restaurants right nearby).

Would definitely stay there again as it was well located, roomy, and well maintained.

The owner of the property was extremely mindful and helpful of situations and needs.
I highly recommend this property to those who are looking for a place to stay. The owner gets 10 stars from me. Rooms are clean, staff is courteous, breakfast (limited though), but still great and the location is excellent because most or all areas are walkable. Transportation is easily accessible.

The room was clean and space adequate. Breakfast was primarily a croissant and coffee/tea/juice. The room is on the top floor about 5-6 flights narrow stairs no elevator. Location and check in was easy and the host Marco was great gave recommendations. Our biggest issue was that we had no hot water 2 of the 3 mornings. So cold showers unless we waited for them to fix it. Marco was vet apologetic. Oh there is also music that echoed to the room every night until past midnight.

Appartement conforme à la présentation, beau réamenagement.
Petit déjeuner basique, une attention tout de même pour le croissant fourré selon le choix du client.
Par contre, 2 nuits gachées par la proximité de la place Vucciria, ca va un moment, mais quand cela fini à 2h30, puis 3h30, c'est bien désagréable

Room was nice, bathroom shower had a few problems. Good room overall but at the top of the building so hard to move luggage or if you have mobility issues.

Great inside, unclean stairways, loud at night

The entrance stairways reflects poorly on the quality of the room. An unclean stairways, steep and going up to the roof, leads to the B&B entrance. Once entered, the B&B is fully clean and of good quality. Very loud music at night till 2am from the neighborhood parties, on a nearby square.

Our only dislike was that we were unable to close the window which was perhaps 3.5m above floor level. There was a flimsy extension rod, but we couldn’t use it. The reason we needed the window closed was that there is much revelry at night time through to the early hours

Great room!

Great location and very nice clean room. Don’t let the alleyway and stairwell up to it concern you. Marco is very responsive and helpful; he’s a wonderful host! The rooftop terrace was delightful. Only complaint was the AC made very loud cracking noises when on, so we eventually turned it off. Small complaint though. Everything else was great.

Lamento informá-los de que foi impossível a nossa hospedagem no Argenteria devido a falta de higiene. O local apresentava: baratas mortas pelo chão, penas pássaros espalhadas por todo lado e chuva dentro do estabelecimento impossibilitando transitar! Entre muitos outros motivos, todos depreciativos, surpreendeu-nos o Hotéis.com, trabalhar com hotel dessa categoria depreciavel!
Lamento informá-los, de que iremos publicar, com apresentação de imagens, para que outros sejam poupados do mesmo constrangimento que passamos!

This is one for the record books
We arrived at 2:00 am from Cairo and were dropped by taxi within a block of Marco's suite. A nice guy at a bar phoned to get Marco out of bed (the town was still partying) Armed with the door codes I went to see the digs and soon realized it wouldn't work - wife is still using a cane after knee surgery and could never manage the stairs. My fault; shoulda checked. I explained the situation to Marco after we'd all had a bit of sleep in a nearby hotel. He refunded all of my money. I screwed up. He was entitled to keep at least one night's fee. He lost a two night rental. And he refunded all of my money. Look after this guy. He's a gem

Friendly B&B right in historic part of Palermo.

Very clean and comfortable B&B right in the historic centre of Palermo. Easy walk to all key attractions and restaurants. The owner Marco is extremely friendly and helpful. He adds you on WhatsApp prior to your arrival so that everything is well connected. He gives good advice for food and things to do. Not only for Palermo but elsewhere in Italy and Sicily if that’s part of your holidays. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The cornetto (crossiant) from the neighbourhood bakery is a delicious treat. The hotel in on the top floor of an old building without lifts so be prepared to lug your luggage up several flights of stairs. This is to be expected as there are few buildings in Palermo with lifts. I would recommend staying here without hesitation. The entrance to the hotel looks unimpressive but the hotel itself is very clean and new. Just two months old when I visited. You can park your rental car at Via Cala in the open and it is relatively safe. The hotel is in the restricted area so you have to walk about 200m but it is relatively easy to find and straight. Overall a high 9 to 10 rating.

La camera matrimoniale standard \"disponeva\" - cosi scrivono i proprietari - di finestra con vista sulla citta e terrazza. Non vi è alcuna finestra (né alcuna vista) e la terrazza è due piani più su, in comune con tutti gli ospiti

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana agli inizi di giugno.
Il bed & breakfast si trova in una zona centrale di Palermo, a cinque minuti dai Quattro Canti e immerso nella Vucciria. Facile da raggiungere.
Per il check-in abbiamo ricevuto tutte le indicazioni utili.

La stanza era ampia, pulita, con frigorifero, tv con schermo maxi. Il bagno nuovo, grande e funzionale.
La sistemazione della camera e la pulizia sono state ottime per tutto il periodo del soggiorno.
Nonostante il grande movimento nei paraggi, i pernotti sono risultati silenziosi.
Al piano superiore delle camere lo spazio per la colazione con scaldavivande, macchina del caffè, scalda acqua, frigorifero grande, ,,,. E all'ultimo piano la terrazza con tavolini e sdraio.
Le colazioni, con la possibilità di scelta della farcitura dei cornetti e con la cortesia del personale, hanno accompagnato un buon inizio di giornata.

L'unico svantaggio sono le scale per raggiungere il piano delle camere con gradini leggermente più alti del normale e non particolarmente larghe. Questo aspetto non lo rende adatto per clienti che avessero difficoltà di deambulazione.
