I have mixed feelings about this property, but unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
Cons:
* Very poor support when problems arise. The most frustrating part of our stay was being locked out of the apartment for several hours in the heat with no assistance from the property. The door has a lock that requires some specific “tricks” to open, which we were not aware of. We ended up stuck in the corridor, which was extremely hot and had almost no airflow, for hours. We repeatedly called the property but no one answered. We eventually called the police, but they could not break the lock without the owner being present.
* The apartment feels cheaply maintained. The comforter had a plastic cover underneath and looked extremely old and worn. The hot water stopped working when we showered for more than a few minutes, and several other things in the apartment were either not working properly or felt poorly maintained.
* Very noisy at night. The street was extremely loud throughout the night, particularly from motorcycles, making it difficult to sleep.
Pros:
* The welcome agent was patient and accommodating with our late check-in.
* The apartment is spacious.
* Great location.
