This hotel is in a perfect location - a fairly quiet little square that is nevertheless very close to the main tourist sites and with plenty of nice bars and restaurants close by. The rooms are spacious and very clean, if a little stark. The roof terrace was not open when we were there so I can’t comment on that. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staffs made me feel welcome and my stay very pleasant.
I loved the spacious room with bright and modern deco.
Breakfast included traditional Sicilian food which was special.
The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet plazza yet closed to all tourist attractions, central train station, and LiDL supermarket.
I didn't find anything lacking from the hotel.

The hotel is very well located, close to the action but quiet. The staff were very nice and the breakfast excellent.
The drawbacks were the air conditioning which was very inconsistent and the smell of sewers in the room which did dispel if the bathroom fan ran continuously.

A little difficult to find but, once you do it’s a decent hotel. It has a small lobby and the rooms are reasonably spacious and very clean. The hotel is just off Via Roma which is a major thoroughfare. Breakfast is simple and sufficient with excellent cappuccinos. Front desk staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Thanks, Valentina.

Though breakfast was not included when I got the property even though it was an option I added prior to booking the place - I still rate 5 stars due to its super cleanliness, amazing staff especially Angela who gave me and my son a smile. The housekeeper did an amazing job keeping our rooms super clean. I will definitely and highly recommend this place. And to top it off, it’s close to the trains and walkable to cathedral 👍

The staff was excellent. Everyone was very professional and courteous, and if you needed something, they went out of their way to make sure you got it. I highly recommend the hotel. The only negative thing I would say would be the parking because of course you’re in the center of the city, but they do have a 24 hour parking garage about 500 m away which cost 25 euro a day.

Breakfast was a full offering of local cuisine that was delicious and fresh.

So many positives about this hotel. Cleanliness, location and friendliness of staff

Downside was the noise from nearby bar. We were in the first fooor in a room with windows facing towards the bar and the noise into the early hours of the morning was an issue. Ask for a room away from this area if possible

Great small hotel conveniently situated on the edge of the old town. Plenty of restaurants near by and the main sites are an easy stroll through the pedestrian area. Only a short walk to the train station for buses and trains to the airport. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, particularly if you like Italian cakes.

The room was beautiful, large and clean.
The shower ran out of hot water after 5 minutes everyday of my stay. It was noisy in the mornings and the noise was caused by doors slamming shut and cleaning. One morning it started at 740am and that, coupled with loud music blasting at night from a local bar really affected my sleep.
Also the rooftop patio had no furniture.
For the price point, I would stay elsewhere.

I felt very safe at this hotel. It’s light and bright and has a very nice breakfast. The gal that serves coffee in the morning is so pleasant. She made me feel very welcome. The hotel front desk employee always asked if I needed anything in my room. They are accommodating. This hotel is a very short walk to the main tourist street. Love the lift too! And I loved the juice machine. Lovely spread for breakfast. Need I say more?

If you are American, you probably have an impression of Best Western as a pretty mediocre hotel chain. This is NO Best Western! The Hotel Principe de Lampedusa is just marvelous.

We had a classic triple room, which was very spacious, had very high ceilings, travertine marble floors, a nice sized bathroom and our own small, private patio. AC and shower work great. Mini fridge too (although not too cold). It was very quiet.

The room and rest of the hotel are immaculate. It looks brand new. The breakfast is excellent. Staff were available 24/7, always friendly and able to answer questions. They also arranged a car for us to the airport at 4:20am that was 10E cheaper than what Uber was offering.

The location cannot be beat! You are 3-minutes walk from Cuatro Canti (Four Corners), where there are TONS of restaurants, bars and shops. 5-minutes walk from the marina, 5-minutes from the Ballero and Vucceria markets, 7-10 minutes from the Cathedral. Net, pretty much everything you want to do in this city is within easy walking distance, yet, it is located on a small plaza a bit off the main drag that, despite some of the other reviews, we did not find loud or boisterous.

We stayed in four different places on this trip and this hotel was probably our biggest upside surprise. It was a truly great stay all around.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and comfy room at the back which was very quiet (we’d heard some rooms could pick up a lot of street noise). The hotel is well situated in the centre of Palermo, easy to get to from the airport bus and perfect for exploring, everything was reachable on foot. Staff were lovely and quick to help when asked. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again should we come back to Palermo.

Cool room in a very nice hotel

The staff was so helpful and caring. They helped make arrangements for transportation and have us directions and suggestions. The air conditioning was powerful, the location was great, and the breakfast options were very good. There is a very lively nightlife out there, and they did give us earplugs, but the double paned windows kept most of the sound out and we slept great. I would stay here again.

Great hotel, perfect location, amazing breakfast

Great location to visit Palermo, within walking distance of all the main sights. Looks like a new or recently renovated hotel, with quality furniture. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is amazing, with local and homemade pastries.
The only downside is that, with it being a central city location, it could be a bit noisy. My first night was very quiet, on the second night it looked like there was a party in one of the nearby flats with some annoying loud music, but I guess that's always a risk with a central city location and not something the hotel can do much about. Overall would strongly recommend.

More a business hotel than a tourist hotel. The rooms are spartan, but the entire hotel is impeccably clean. The location is perfect for touring the monuments of old Palermo. The staff was superb. Queded, one of the front desk staff, was stellar...welcoming, full of wonderful restaurant and other food suggestions and always helpful. Someday, she will be the general manager of a grand hotel or own a hotel of her own.

Outstanding stay and location

This is an amazing boutique hotel, clean modern with great amenities, delicious breakfast. Attentive staff, quiet in a perfect location close to everything. I highly recommend it! Next time in Palermo I will be staying in this hotel again!

A good spot for a couple nights

The hotel is in an easily walkable location, close enough to everything you would want to see, but still on a quiet street. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful.

Great location and wonderful, helpful staff! Room was comfortable but a little warm at night! Tried opening the window but the noise outside was too much. This just means it is a lively area to be in! I really can’t say enough great things about the staff. They went above and beyond what would be expected!

Palermo Palace

This beautiful, newly renovated four story hotel (with elevator!) in a quiet piazza was perfect. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful recommending excellent restaurants nearby and breakfast was outstanding. A great value and a nice treat - I’d stay here again.

IT `S A MODERM' NICE HOTEL, WITH HELPFULL CREW AND CENTRAL LOCATON FOR TOURISTIC ATTRACTIONS .GOOD BREAKFAST.
WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HOT WATER' (NOT ENOUGH HOT TO SHOWER).WE MOOVE ROOM, AND AFTER ONE DAY ,TEH PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. BUT REMAIN ANOTHER ISSUE OF THE BATH DOOR- IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE IT. THIS ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED.
BUT GANERALLY, THIS HOTEL HAS A GOOD POTENTIAL.

Lovely property, good central location, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spotless. However, although the view from our balcony was welcome, the sound proofing was nonexistent and there were a couple of nights when it felt as if the party on the street was in our room.

Great place!! Loved everything about it. Small (12 rooms), great breakfast, super clean, delightful staff, and a great location! Definitely recommend it. If you are driving in on your own its somewhat challenging to navigate directly there using GPS, but we eventually made it and everything else was great.

The room was spacious & very clean. The A.C. was excellent! We were able to control temp and not have it turned off in the middle of the night like so many hotels do.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. We are 4 couples that are traveling together. The staff was so gracious and helpful to our needs. It is located walking distance to mayor attractions. The breakfast was also very good. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location in Palermo!

The hotel is in a great location. A 10 minute walk from train station and close to main streets and harbor. Hotel is one year old. Service was great and staff very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t all that. So don’t expect much. Need a thermostat for rooms. Got cold at night and hot and humid during the day. Rooms are clean and spacious.

A lovely and intimate and very clean hotel just behind the Main Street in a lovely piazza.... so we were right near the action but not on top of it! They met us outside because we had requested parking and were helpful and the breakfast was not elaborate but very satisfactory for a 12 room hotel. Highly recommend it!
