I do want to say though the woman I checked in with and the young lady I checked out after booking another hotel that night, were great it was not their fault and the manager who reached out to me refunded me my money with no questions. The customer service from the employees was great. It definitely was the property that made me rate this terrible

I had a pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Raynham–Taunton. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in/check-out were easy. The location was convenient for getting around, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It met my needs well for a short stay and offered good value for the price. I would consider staying here again if I am back in the area.

I stayed for two nights and overall the hotel itself was nice, but I did experience several issues during my stay. When we checked in, the front desk staff gave us incorrect directions to our room, which caused us to walk around for a while before finding it. I have health and leg problems, so that was especially difficult.

I also had an unpleasant encounter with one of the cleaning staff members who was very rude to me and my friend, which felt unprofessional. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows had almost no support. The TV was also difficult to use and neither Netflix nor YouTube would load properly.

Regarding late checkout, I was willing to pay for extra time, but when I called on the last morning I was only given until 12pm. I didn’t have a car and had a 5:30pm birthday reservation, so I was hoping for at least a 1–2pm checkout. Since we didn’t feel comfortable waiting in the lobby due to the staff interactions, we ended up waiting at a Dunkin’ instead.

The hotel housekeepers were pleasant and kind. The front desk staff members were all helpful with great attitudes. The stay at this hotel was extremely welcoming and all staff provided everything for me with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is dog friendly which is a tremendous benefit to anyone traveling with animals. Thank you so much!

This hotel is not even worth $50 a night. It’s a landlords special, with layers and layers of paint on top of everything. The mattresses feel like a toddlers mattress, the pillows are half the size of regular ones and are awful, and the bedding was grossly stained all over the place. The water got warm at best, not hot, the air conditioning was hot, not cold, the door didn’t shut all the way, and the bathroom door got stuck and locked us in. TV channels were limited and didn’t align with their “reference guide,” the place smelt awful, and the other guests were loud. Do not recommend, no matter how desperate you are.

The only good thing was the girl at reception,, she was friendly,, room smelt like there was dead rodent in air conditioner/heat unit,, bathroom sink would fill up with water and not drain,,, same with bathtub,,, could not turn on fan,, it would screech,,, towels were well worn,,, breakfast looked disgusting so didn’t even try,, staff in dining area never said hello,, looked grumpy,,, ,, coffee machine in hallway,,, nothing about this place was good,,, I did read ratings and reviews before booking this place and it seemed okay,,,, for almost 500 Canadian,,, I would definitely expect better

Upon check in a strong cigarette odor was present, I went and made the clerk aware of this and the next day they brought an ozone machine to remedy the situation. This was a temp fix until the tenants (they were living there) in the room next to us started smoking again (this is a non smoking facility). Additionally, this is an old motel that has been very poorly updated and maintained. On top of that the floors in the room were sticky and we could not walk in there barefoot due to all the dirt that would stick to our feet. Gross.

Where to start… security. The main door was supposed to be locked 24/7 and opened with a key card. It was easily opened without the key card. The room door didn’t fully shut without an extra pull/push on it. The door shut like any other hotel door but I noticed there wasn’t a click sound. When I pushed on the door it opened easily. The window was unlocked when we arrived and being in the first floor was definitely worrisome.
The room was clean but was definitely freshly sprayed with Lysol. My children were the first to remark on the smell. The air conditioner was off when we got to the room. I turned it on and it made a loud rattling sound. I left it on while we were out if the room but shut it off for the night which made for an uncomfortable warm sleep. The closet door couldn’t be opened without hitting the bed frame. The bathroom was definitely on the smaller side with the sink on the outside of the bathroom.
The hotel staff was friendly and overall great. The continental breakfast was typical egg, sausage, waffle maker; bagel, English muffins, yogurt, cereal, and juice. The breakfast room was a little tight but luckily not too busy when we were there.
Overall, we stayed one night, it was a great price and it did the trick for us but personally, I won’t be choosing this hotel again.

The place smelled horrible. I was first given a room in the second floor Lord it was dirty and the carpet smelled horrible the hallways smell like baby dirty poop diaper. They called me the day after since I sent an email that I was moved to the first floor non carpet room I felt better had to go to cvs to buy a clorox spray to clean the bathroom and sink. Do not recommend it was last minute but Ive been to better.

At check in, the front desk clerk was confused on where our roommay that was made before we arrived went and made a new one. My daughter and i go to walk into our room to find two males already inside. Upon returning to the desk to tell them this, we receive no apology or any sort of remorse for the mess up, but are simply met with \"well that's supposed to be your room \" while looking at preprinted paperwork. They assign us a new room. The building is ao old and updated that you can literally hear every noise another person makes whether its in their own room or in the hall. The outside door to the building would slam shut every time a person would walk in or out, so needless to say we did not get much sleep. The floor felt sticky like it had not been cleaned. The one good thing was at least the bedding appeared clean and pillows were fluffy.

The hotel room was dirty in places, including the threshold into the bathroom and corners throughout. The hallway had an unfavorable aroma that kind of smelled like something was being used to maybe cover up cigarette smoke. The door did not close on its own and needed assistance making sure it latched. The shower was stained and cracked. It did not seem clean. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and not highly effective at cooling the room. It squealed every time it came on and sounded like crickets while it was running. The in room single cup coffee brewer was filthy with thick, brown sludge in the bottom of it. All in all, I debated complaining and asking for my money back to I could find another hotel, but there was nothing easily accessible in the area and I had just driven 11 hours, so I was exhausted.

It's fine wrt cleanliness, the beds are nice, and there's coffee in the room. Clearly, nothing fancy but fine. However, the common areas have so much scent that it could knock you over. If you are sensitive to scent, it's not for you. Apparently, the rooms with more than one bed, have a hallway with the strong scent. We moved to the \"motel\" rooms that open to the parking lot and it was much better.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel. However, the place is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel staff was excellent! I got there early to avoid traffic, and they made sure my room was available within minutes. They had a clean pool, which I enjoyed before heading to the Rod Stewart Concert at the Xfinity center in Mansfield. It’s about a 25 minute drive from there.

Laundry is a no go

We chose this property becausae it claimed to have laundry facilities. Not good. not coin operated. but you needed coins to get detergent. download an app. load money to the app. loaded laundry, added detergent. tried to start washer. Off line. no help from staff or call center. Ended up having to go to laundry mat to finish laundry. cloths came out with bleach stains from sitting on the detergent too long.

A perfectly good stay. While the over all building and construction showed some wear and age, they certainly put effort to have modern amenities and furniture in the room.

I stayed in the 2 Story building behind the main building. I was only there for two nights and really only to sleep and shower.

Breakfast was on par with any hotel breakfast I’ve had in recent years. A good start to the day.

The few staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Easy come and go facility.

Only complaint was water pressure was low.

The manager Tina was very nice. I had a problem and she took care of it right away. The lady who cleaned my room was named Lydia. She was very nice and an excellent cleaner. She deserves a pat on the back. Also the fron desk overnight gentleman named Leslie was very nice. Considering I talked to him a few times at 6 in the morning, he was very chipper and was very helpful. The hotel itself was too noisy for.my liking

We were given a key for our room but couldnt get in only to find out that they mixed up our room with someone else. Thankfully the key didnt work. Then the room we had smelled horrible and when my step daughter pulled the sheets down to get in bed there was a bug in the sheets that was thought to be a bed bug. Also, the shower wasa mess. The floor to the shower felt like you were standing on a waterbed. We also stated in the reservation that we had 4 adults but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom and there was no conditioner. I would never stay here again. We would have left after the bug in the bed but it was 1:30 am. I can not believe I paid for this hotel.
