Hotel was clean and did the job, but everything was of a poor quality. I could not check in with the man at the desk, he needed to call his son and put me on speakerphone with his son to check me in. Additionally, I felt our privacy was violated after I saw a hotel staff member pressing his face against our hotel room window, staring at us while we were in there.

My ground floor window is broken and doesn't lock and I do not feel safe as a woman traveling alone. Supposedly someone is coming to fix it but the window was not installed correctly so I don't know what will happen. I may just sleep in the bathroom.

The shower was small but the water was great stays hot. The bathroom ceiling fan was so dusty it had dusty bunnies hanging all around. Had to ask for it to get cleaned. They did a great job cleaning it after we asked and the hair dryer part in the back was just the same but we fudjt use it. Overall it was quiet and they small family owned business were very friendly except fur when I called the first time person was rude about my asking about late check in. There’s only one person who can speak English well. The other two had to call the young kind man to translate for them.

I guess considering the cost of this motel, I should not have expected much more. Bathroom was a bit dirty, probably things that get overlooked by the average cleaning person like the vent fan and behind the door. Bedding wasn't bad. The walls between the rooms must be exceptionally thin because I could hear everything the couple next door was doing at 12:30 a.m. and again at 7:00 a.m.

If you’re looking for a clean, cheaper option then spending the night in Plymouth, this is a great option. Nice clean remodeled rooms. AC works great and comfy beds for sleeping. A little road noise and some bugs on the outside near your door. No breakfast.

We stayed three nights and were pleased with the cleanliness and convenience of this motel. Located just off the freeway, we were within an hour of Cape Cod, Newport, RI, and Plymouth, MA. The wi-fi was reliable and fast. The property was older but kept in very good condition. The walk-in shower, refrigerator, and microwave were nice bonuses. There are two buildings, one further from the road and that one might be quieter but we did not hear a lot of road noise in the front building. There are a couple of good restaurants just a short distance up the road as well as a grocery store.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The toilet started leaking from the base and that resulted in wet feet during a midnight visit to the bathroom. Also, I think someone had smoked in the room at some point in time. It wasn’t an intense smell, but it was there. Check in was easy and it was quiet. All in all, it was okay for the price.

We used this as an overnight stay for Cape Cod. You can tell it is recently under new ownership, but because they are updating it nicely on the outside and inside. The room was very clean, we had no problem walking around without shoes. The bathroom was cute, unique, not just your typical hotel bathroom. The family running it is adorable and very accommodating.
