We will definitely go back there when there is a show to watch at the Spire Center. We talked about coming back for two nights next time. How cool is it to drive up to your hotel door and walk right in! People want convenience and that’s what you provide. We are sorry we missed breakfast as they stopped serving at 10 am, but that was no fault of Best Western. Excellent!

Wonderful breakfast and a shout out to the nice lady that was the host. Everyone else was very friendly. The fixtures in the bathroom were a little in expensive and the handle kept falling off. This hotel is old and dated. The front door has to be pushed hard to open or close. It immediately smelled musty when we walked in. The door to the bathroom is swollen and won't shut correctly. The carpet is filthy. After showering and just walking on carpet to get dressed had to wipe my feet clean.

Nice motel, very clean, great breakfast, very nice staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The location is within walking distance to the waterfront. This allowed us to leave the car at the motel and walk to the attractions in the area.

Everything was excellent. Rooms remodeled. Hot breakfast and the coolest Keurig machine I've ever seen. Brenda, the breakfast attendant, was the best! I thought the tall man at check in was absolutely amazing. He gave me a easy to use map of Plymouth. What an amazing place. Convenient for all sites 15 minutes walk. I would stay here again.

Check in was great, but the minute I opened the door to the room an air of acrid smell enveloped me. Only one of the tiny windows would open. So I kept the door cracked, feeling not so very safe . The smell was so strong and persistent that I had trouble sleeping. I put drops of perfume on my pillows to drown it out, but that did not work very well. I had just driven 9 hours so was too tired to go ask for a change of rooms or find another hotel. I was staying just one night, so I endured. The overall condition of the room was poor. Old carpet , poorly fitted bathrooms fixtures, dirty lamps. The only clean thing were the bed sheets, and the towels, but the bed itself contained that awful smell. There was just not getting away from it. When I complained to the front desk the next day, the gentleman promised to refund some of my $188, to make things right. That never happened. I received no promised refund. I booked this hotel based on reviews. So I feel like I was lied to.

The setting of this property is beautiful. We had bunnies and birds playing around the beautiful flower landscape outside of our room. Conveniently located to everything in Plymouth. There were some outdated things in the bathroom that weren’t so great, but the room was very clean and safe. Housekeeping at this location was outstanding. They always made sure we had everything we needed. Great value!

The exterior of the hotel is pleasing to the eye. Our room did look similar to the online photo's on the website but the interior definitely needs to be updated. The TV was disconnected when we arrived so we had to call the front desk. They did send someone over to fix it after about a 1/2 hr. The two other noticeable things were there was a funny odor in the room and there were a few tiny bugs flying around in the main room and the bathroom, wondering if the smell was from a pesticide spray? The bed wasn't all that comfortable either. We've stayed in Best Western's before but this one was not the greatest.

Our room was next to the street so traffic noise was a bit much and the next door neighbors loved slamming door, car and room. Size of the room was fantastic and had two good size fridges. No ice while the office was closed made us sad. Had to drive to a store for ice?

It was relatively quiet. The staff were friendly, always asked if we needed anything and how our stay was going.
The shower had a fair amount of mold in it, especialy the bottom two feet of it. There was an alarmingly high number of large plugs in the outlets. In just one outlet were a refrigerator, two lamps--the microwave was plugged into the little outlet built into the table lamp. All likely no up to fire safety code!

I got there after hours for check in, a process which they made easy and I very much appreciated. However, my room was not properly cleaned. The towels in the bathroom were visibly dirty, and there were rolled up towels on the floor in the bedroom. The coffee and condiments were used and not replaced. The shower soaps and the soap bar were all used and open spilling into the shower. None had been replaced. I had no soap to use to wash my hands because of this, and because it was so late there was no one at concierge to help remediate that and give me some replacements. That experience was definitely not worth the money. I was worried the bed would not be clean but fortunately, it seemed that had clean covers. The covers on the bed were quite thin and there were none others in the closet to use. The room had a significant cold draft. If the heater hadn’t been able to make up for this (I jacked it up to 80s to compensate) I would’ve been incredibly chilly.

Staff and service was beyond excellent. We tried the jacuzzi the first night, but it didn't work. The next morning, they came in less than 10 minutes to fixed it. They tried to reimburse some of the room charges back to us, but because we booked through Expedia they couldn't. They recommended to book through them in the future.
The full breakfast that was provided with the room was quite good and better than most hotels.
