The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely do not recommend. House keeping never came to clean the room or change the sheets and I had been there for 3 whole days. When I got to my room my bed had a very nasty stain on the sheets, and no toilet paper in the restroom, I felt obligated to take a photo of course. Also around 1AM they had plumping issues that made an extremely loud noise you could hear it on the entire 2nd floor for 30 minutes. I also took a video of that. Parking was easy off the highway & just north of busy & expensive Plymouth. Not bad for an overnight stop, but the staff are not allowed to put out the morning continental breakfast. Don't be afraid to ask them for it. They will offer what they have. No jelly?

Worst check in experience I have ever had. Lights off in the “lobby”. All the outside doors had duck tape blocking the locks to the point that leaves blew in. The first floor windows only had minimal locks that allowed anyone to break in. The pictures of this hotel do not tell the actual hotel.

Lobby locked and snow blocking walkways so you COULD NOT get out of the place for an early morning coffee. NO ONE WOULD RESPOND TO THE DOOR BELL MORNINGS TO EXIT THROUGH THE LOBBY!! No coffee in the lobby so you had to leave the hotel....no coffee machine in the room!!

Basically you were trapped and even banging on the lobby door DID NOT GET SOMEONE TO LET YOU IN, OR OUT!!! That is a dangerous situation!!!

The good: Quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable, ample parking.
The bad: Bathroom was dirty. They had a dog that barked at me every time I entered the lobby, unprofessional and unpleasant (and not good when I had to take my reactive dog through the lobby to get to my room). Was told to pay the pet fee in cash, which I found odd. I told them I didn’t carry cash and was met with displeasure. “Breakfast” was very poor (mini muffins and mini cereal boxes).

The toilet in the room leaked and we put towels around the base to absorb the water. I told the front desk person who was going to send someone to fix it. When we returned, the toilet still leaked and the dirty towels were shoved under the sink. \"Breakfast\" was a joke! There was no one at the desk in the morning (8:15) and then someone came out of the back who had obviously been sleeping. At $177.00/night, while it may be less expensive than other places, it wasn't worth it.

We arrived on site at 10 pm after a long drive and the place was nearly all dark. There was no restaurant on site as advertised...but a Mexican restaurant in the same large lot. We got our key and when we got to the key access door to our part it was taped over for open access to anyone. We decided to go eat and whenwe got to Completely unacceptable and insafe!! The Mexican restaurant warned us about what went on.

My partner went out to get stuff from our car and witnessed multiple vehicles coming and going that were not patrons. One \"guest\" quietly stated this is how they do it. One drug deal at a time. He then advised we might want to find lodging elsewhere. A hotel that has over 250 rooms had only 5 vehicles in the lot except for the ones coming and going. I have pictures and some video. We packed up at 1:00 am and left. This was unnerving, expensive as we couldn't get a room anywhere convenient . We had to pay over 100.00 more that night. I called the PBI when we arrived at a safe hotel and complained. He said he would refund me but that he has never heard any such complaint. A staff member at the new hotel said it's a know drug den... I suffer from a chronic illness that stress exacerbates and the stress made me miss the whole event I was even in town for.

Refunding my roomrate didnt nearly cover the cost of PBI's actions and stress. The added stress room etc cost me double what it should have.

Expedia published a false ad as well. This place was not sage,

Quick overnight between hockey games. We took the chance to visit Plymouth and we’re so happy we did! Large room, comfortable beds, cute sofa section. Everything looked new in our room! Lots of great food nearby, too. For our needs, it was perfect. Good value.

Pool is in disrepair long term. No elevator, so we had to walk down a set of stairs that took us to the hall to walk up two flights of stairs to our room with a heavy suitcase. Got unpacked and the toilet was broken. Manager said it would be fixed but minutes later came to the room with a different room key, so we had to pack everything up to move to another room. No designated parking area as they share the lot with a busy restaurant. I spent 20 minutes driving around trying to snag a parking spot. The room itself is nice and clean. The amenities we were banking on for this stay were disappointing. The staff was very kind, but it was not what we expected! Womp, womp!

Many issues, run down

While the room itself was clean, the main areas of hotel were quite run down and didn't look too clean. The air conditioning unit in my room made very loud noises when the A/C kicked on. I was so tired both nights that I didn't let the hotel staff know, as I suspected it might not be easy waiting for them to deal with it. The door where I entered the hall for room had a key card access, but the lock was taped over therefore it was open to anyone. Again, I should have complained, but I just triple locked my door and felt that would probably keep me safe.

It was the worst place to stay. Was supposed to be dig friendly but had to pay $25a night. Mgr gave me $5discount. Bed was hard, pullows awful, smelled so bad it was unbearable. Kids running tye hallsway until after midnight. Breakfast was very small and most was gone when i got there at a little past 7a. Had a dumpster put in front of my window, some guy was talking on his cellphone outside my window at 1130pm. Toilet would bit flush all the way, and there wA hair in the shower. I was supposed to stay until Saturday after getting there on Tuesday. I left early Thursday morning. Worst place. 7.4 is very generous.

The minute you entered the hotel the carpets smelled. The smell continued up into the room. It was moldy mildew smell. The walls were falling apart. Being held up by push pins. The pictures are not at all up to date. It is run down compared to the beautiful photos. The pool was closed for renovations. There was no notice provide on Expeida.

Initially they charged our credit card 4 times at noon the day we were to arrive. My husband called and the front desk person said they’d call back in 10 minutes. Never called. He was able to fix it when we checked in at the front desk but that set the tone for a bad visit. The front desk person said he gave us an upgrade with a jacuzzi in the room. Nope. The room was old, out dates and not clean. Hair in the shower. Gross.

This hotel was not clean. The rooms smelled like old cigarettes smoking. The key didn’t work most of the time, we had to go back and forth to the reception to have the key replaced. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice though.

Not worth the money. Unsafe in my opinion.

Not well maintained. Paint chipping in the bathroom. Small tub in room. Smelled like pot although smoking not allowed. Small refrigerator. Towels not replaced regularly nor the same amount of towels each time. Biggest complaint is the outside door that leads to the rooms, although they had the slot for the room keys to open it, was never locked or required a key. Anyone could just open it and roam the halls.

The whole place had an odor and many things in our room were broken. We tried to lock our room door and the lock came off in my son’s hand. The pictures are misleading. Don’t be fooled. Bugs!!!

Please listen to what the bad reviews have to say. We saw bugs that we had to kill in the entrance of the room. We saw dead bugs at checkin and it is the same room where you get your free continental breakfast. Soo we definitely did not eat their breakfast. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet paper was cheap because every single time I wiped, it ripped. We paid 600 dollars for 3 nights and it is not worth it. I would rather pay 100 or more to not go through that again. So please listen to the bad reviews because everything the other people say is true.

The pool was filthy, not heated, and we could see things floating in it and visible dirt on bottom of pool. Their pool has not been filtered or cleaned out in a long time. All hallways were filthy and nasty. We could smell Indian spices and curry in the hallways. Breakfast was a joke - all packaged, to-go items. No hot food.

There was an odor in the room, a mixture of cigarette smoke, cooking smells, and mold. Sleeping overnight resulted in raw throat and sinus congestion. Our room was in the back where staff routinely smoked cigarettes, it was secluded back there and there were persons lingering in parked cars.

This is an older roadside motel. The room we had was newly remodeled. Clean and comfy. We wanted to see Plymouth, Duxbury and Scituate, and this place was convenient to all - and not as expensive as the ones in Plymouth. Has a good Mexican restaurant next door.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
All the staff we encountered were perfectly nice, it was the property that left a lot to be desired.
The “security door” to get in was anything but secure… door just pulled open.
When we got to the room the stench was horrible. It smelled like a combo of cats and body odor… I went to a convenience store and bought Lysol, febreeze and one of those magic tree air freshener that I hung from the air vent.
After many sprays of Lysol the smell was finally somewhat tolerable.
There were other things that I wasn’t happy about, but the stench is what really stayed with me.

The place smelled like weed all weekend. I am not against the use of weed, just don’t want the smell in my room. I thought there was no smoking in any rooms. The outside is dated, as is the stairway.
