Booked because the site stated 24 hour front desk which was not true. Was NOT able to check in. Called listed number which was a national number and the person offered a room in North Carolina. Horrible experience. Dirty room, no heat, vanity doesn't drain, tub drain very slow. We complained about it, they tried to switch the room to another one with similar situations. We booked for 2 nights but we had to cancel the second night after we spent one night with no heat while the unit was blowing cold air despite it was off. I already reported that to Expedia and I request complete refund for both nights.

I feel like unless you pay $300+ a night for a hotel, you can expect run-down and dirty rooms. The staff was friendly and the location was ok for me. But there were people loitering and chain smoking at the entrances, one guy was there from 10pm when I entered until 2am when I checked out. My room seemed clean, until I started looking closer and noticed the carpet near the TV was caked with dirt and some random small debris. The underside of the fan above the stove had NEVER been cleaned and the the top of the cabinets also looked like they had never been cleaned. The caulk in the bathroom was absolutely gross, there were black mold spots in the tub and on the wall above. The actual shower head was also filty and looked like it had never been cleaned.

Booked 2 rooms for an overnight for a concert. Initially gave us one room that smelled like cat pee. Ended up giving us 4 separate rooms because they did not have any available double rooms. Every single room had an issue. Broken TV, moldy frig, moldy bathroom. The staff was super nice and really tried their best. We won’t be going back.

The bathroom counter sink was stained with what looked like hair dye, and the bathtub was cracked and rusting. When I told the front desk agent he laughed and proceeded to tell me I owe$2.99 for wifi. It’s 2025 who still charges for wifi, especially after I tell you all the problems we had. Disgusting for a $400 night stay. Pure robbery. Stay away from this hotel

Upon check-in, the friendly receptionist discovered our room occupied and several rooms not cleaned or ready for occupancy. The property was run down, people smoking in rooms and at the main entrance, both cigarettes and marijuana. The location had no amenities nearby. Our stay was nice. FYI THERE SHOULD BE USB PORTS in room. Some travelers don’t have 12 vac to usb adapters. I don’t have on because I haven’t needed one because everywhere I have stayed has usb port somewhere in room.

This property was one of the worst hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. The smell of smoke and uncleanliness hung in the air for the entirety of our stay. The smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag wrapped around it...thankfully we noticed this and removed it. Bedding was stained and dirt was found in the bed itself. Hair left in the shower and just a general lack of cleanliness within the room. Save your money (and anxiety over bringing home bedbugs!) and stay elsewhere!

None of the stated kitchen supplies were in the kitchen. One needs to ask for each item. Coffee maker not available. Toaster wasn't cleaned of crumbs. I brought some of my own kitchen supplies so not sure if any other items wouldn't have been available and if they were in what condition. Stairway not swept of bottles and wrappers entire week. I could see that the floor was not mopped by the underside of my slipper socks after first evening. A large area of melted wax was dribbled onto front of bureau. Top of fridge needed to be cleaned of dust before placing items there. Inside bottom of kitchen trash can, hidden under the plastic bag, was sticky with pieces of food and smelled slightly of cigarettes, the odor I was greeted with upon each days arrival, thinking the smell entered through the vent system.

Definitely not a 5 star by any means. Rates are cheap and it was only a one night stay. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. However, they don’t have pool or breakfast . The lobby, elevator and hallways are dirty and dingy. The rooms have kitchens in them maybe that’s why they don’t offer breakfast but you have to get all the stuff like pots and pans, utensils, plates, coffee pot and etc from the front desk. Which i didnt do and probably wouldn’t. The Chairs are ripped and one of the lamps was completely broken. I made sure I stripped the bedding and disinfected every inch to the point where it was damp and had to dry. The room and bathroom were clean but not spotless. Before i used touched anything I clean everything from the kitchen area to the bathroom including the tub.

On check in the first room they assigned was filthy. Second room they assigned was clean, but clerk gave me a coffee maker covered in a thick layer of grease, dust a dog hair.

I was given an excuse concerning coffee maker, but clerk went to look for free coffee and a couple paper coffee cups for me which took roughly fifteen minutes after having to return with my gear. I washed the coffee maker with hot water and a small bar of soap and a face cloth and set it to dry for the morning and it looked like new again, so it was alright.

On check in the first room they assigned was filthy. Second room they assigned was clean, but clerk gave me a coffee maker covered in a thick layer of grease, dust a dog hair.
