My booking was relocated to another hotel. The staff was adversarial, unhelpful, and tried on multiple occasions to move us to a worse room than promised. We were put in smoking rooms when we specifically purchased and specified non-smoking. The rooms were awful, smelled awful, and the breakfast was very unsanitary. I would recommend this place to no one and it was only marginally better than sleeping in our car which is what we ended up doing the next night.

The plexiglas protection for the hotel staff was my first clue this was not a high class joint. Thank god they didn't have a reservation for us.

When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. I dialed the desk phone and no one answered. Finally I saw a handwritten sign directing anyone there to call a cell number for service. When I called, I was informed there was no room available. When I told the staff member I had a reservation, they finally came to the desk to tell me that I didn't have a reservation since there were no rooms available, and they directed me to a hotel down the road where I would be staying instead.

I was packing my stuff before check out and while I was loading my stuff in the car then back to grab the rest of my stuff ,house keeping just threw my glasses and medical device in the trash even though they asked me if I checked out yet and I said no !

The young man at the desk called me fat and talked down to me. He kept calling me “bro” - I asked for a refund and he said “You are never getting a refund from me!” This is not a place I recommend to anyone at anytime.

The staff were nice enough. The floor of the room turned my feet black. The shower and toilet were being held together with duct tape. The door did not lock, and you could open it from the outside without using the key card. The people living there smoked so much weed I could smell it through the walls all night.

The room looks nothing like the picture. It smelt like someone spent their life smoking cigarettes in the room. One bed felt like it was going to fall through the box spring at any moment. The smoke detector was ripped off the wall. A lot of scuffs and stains. It reminds me of a motel room you’d find in a horror movie.

Place is super dirty super noisy super smelly; Like a grandmother's underwear. Management look like they are on drugs and all the pimps, prostitutes and pill pushers of Boston work out from there. Night stands were dirty, sheets had cigarette burns and drawers had mouse dropping..YES REALLY! SHOULD NOT BE ON EXPEDIA!

Worst place we have ever stayed. Hair all over both beds. Beds looked like they were slept in and not changed. Hair all in the shower. Towel with black streaks all over it. Looked like the room hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The entire motel needs updating. The registration area is filthy.

Terrible experience

They made me move to a different motel a few miles away that was owned by the same people. The same thing happened 3 years ago. Owner/manager not at the property, front desk person was not helpful until I told him he needed to call the owner/manager. No towels or toiletries in my room. Television didn't work. Telephone in room did not work. Very loud plumbing. Very loud weekly guests right outside the window.

For the price amazing, staff very friendly, loved the beds, very peaceful, just need to update the maid service im still here and i am a very clean person and i have cleaned my own room each night besides that for the price its a very cute comfortable getaway for either yourself or you and that special someone, right off the highway minutes from wrenthem outlets, yoga and dollar tree plenty of nice restaurants

They have people living there who are loud, their clothes and blankets are hanging everywhere and there's BUGS, may have been roaches. The property is littered with disabled vehicles and EVERYTHING is dirty. I didn't expect anything special for the price but it was WAY worse than we could've imagined. Don't stay here.

This property was filthy. I only made it as far as reception area as upon arrival they informed me there were no rooms available. So I basically drove two hours just to be told I was not going to be helped. The receptionist was useless and hiding in the back when we arrived. We had to call the motel even though we were already physically inside to get service. And to top things off, we were charged instantly upon making the reservation yet the hotel told us there was nothing they could do to help us get a refund. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had booking a room. Highly do not recommend. Actually stay away, the place is so dirty you could get sick

For a motel you don’t expect a lot. But this motel was 90$ for a last minute booking and I felt unsafe. Woke up to ants all over the floor, there was no soap at all anywhere for hands or washing. I think people live here cuz there was lots of evidence of big families living permanently in the space. If this was 50$ I would excuse this but for 30$ more I could’ve not been in fear for my life. The older man at desk was nice but the short woman was brutal

The issues i had was one, there were no lightbulbs in the nite stand in the room i was in (23) two there was a smell that kept waking me up, three when i woke up there was a damn cat in the room who deficated in the bathtub in which the guest with me picked it up with a napkin amd flushed to go shower. I was shocked to the point i even forgot to mention it to the clerk.

I needed an affordable place to stay for a few days and this place was perfect for that. Although it was rated a 2 star motel I wanted to give it a try. I booked my stay through Expedia and when I got there their system was not able to let them know. They asked to see the booking through my phone to complete the process. Nonetheless, they were nice so I didn’t make a big deal of it. I received a key card to enter my rooms and after carrying all of my luggage, I get to the door and the door doesn’t take a key card. So I had to go all the way back and let them know. They apologized and gave me a key on a ring. Exhausted, I finally get to my room and could tell immediately that it was not fully clean. Rather than complain, I went to a target which was down the street to buy supplies. I ended up cleaning every surface and even put new sheets on the bed. Initially, I thought I should have just stayed at a more expensive hotel but all I needed was a place to put my head. The place was busy but I was never concerned about anything. It wasn’t noisy and folks kept to themselves. My recommendation to the owners is to invest a little money into the place. The curtains were worn and in one place had duct tape. I had two twin beds and the bedding looked like it belonged to two different people staying there and not like the image online. I would definitely stay there again because it fit my budget and the staff was very nice. The place just needs a little TLC.

Don't bother with this place.

I ordered a hotel, I mistakenly ordered the wrong check in date and was told there would be no refunds or New arrangements.
The hotel managers themselves are amazing on the phone with customer service. However, they weren't onsite when I arrived to a filthy hotel room with no toilet paper and holes in the wall. We checked in late due to traffic and left 2 hours later. No one was at the desk. Don't waste money on that place.

Desk is advertised as 24 hours, but staff is not present at desk for a lot of the day and can only be reached by a phone in the lobby. Even when staff help is required, they do not come help you. Staff does not know how to use computer system and could not find our reservation. Room was uncomfortable, felt dirty, and had many flies.

Not my cup of tea!

Ok, first let me say I am not a snob and I do stay at plenty of lower cost motels. This place was a little scary. Greeted by lady behind a desk totally enclosed by plexiglass, bulletproof (?). Small opening to slide your ID. Mail piled up on a counter at least 8\" high. No vending for at least a bottle of water. Given room #1. Did not look anything like picture in the ad. Wood framed sleigh beds from the 1950s with 4\" mattress (?) Like sleeping on a board. No bedspreads and everything from the pillowcases to the towels in the BR were damp. The curtains were held to the rod in places with a paper clamp. I had to use a clip barrette to close the curtain as it was hanging on one end. There was 1 flip light located about 6 ft into the room and a small bedside lamp. Little fruit fly type buggies were flying around. It was late(7pm), pouring rain and I was leaving at 4:30am for the airport otherwise I would have left. I took a blanket off the twin bed and slept on top of everything on the double bed. Door was hollow core, one good kick and it would cave so all my luggage was piled in front of it. Loud music began and lasted for an hour. Not going to talk about the scary little man sitting in a lawn chair about 4 doors down, yikes! Good stuff...free parking, wi-fi, TV small but nice, immediate hot water (did not shower, felt a little Psycho vibe), small micro wave and fridge that was cold. Really for another $40 I could have ...not going there!

I made the reservation and got confirmation. I called ahead to make them aware that I didn't get done work until midnight and the motel is an hour away. The clerk said this would be fine and to simply enter the lobby and use the courtesy phone to ring the clerk. Ive done this and noone has come. Tried 3 times, lastly let it ring for as long as it would before the phone quit automatically. I've called the motel number that I used earlier and it goes right to a message service.

I did not stay at the arbor inn because there was some sort of problem, and our reservation was moved to another hotel. The review is got that hotel. There was very lighting and no windows.

I appreciated the manager at arbor inn made arrangements for us while we were enjoying the day. There was nothing to do when we arrived besides getting the keys and going to the room.

Hotel Did Not Provide Me With the Room I Booked !!

My impressions were made upon arrival and looking only at the grounds, motel exterior and Office, and speaking through the glass to the receptionist.

After paying a non-refundable fee, including use of a free night I had earned, I did NOT stay at this motel BECAUSE THE ESTABLISHMENT INFORMED ME UPON MY ARRIVAL THAT THEY HAD NO ROOM FOR ME !!!

Therefore, I had to book another hotel nearby or return home three hours away, and cancel the appointment I had made for the next day. I could not have driven home and then slept and returned 160 miles for a 10 AM Sunday morning.

Hotels.com needs to refund my money, return the free night I had used as partial pay and BAR THIS ESTABLISHMENT FROM ADVERTISING ON HOTELS.COM.

I WOULD HAVE BEEN STRANDED IF THERE WAS NO ROOM AVAILABLE NEAR THE DESTINATION I WAS GOING TO THE FOLLOWING DAY.

GET RID OF THIS SLEAZY EXCUSE FOR A MOTEL !!!

Trying to check in is like trying to go to a State function. I was treated with suspicion. It took two people and a phone call to check if I really had a reservation.
They now have bigger fridges, which is nice. The room was fairly clean but had dust on counters.
The beds had clean sheets. The curtains were torn so they wouldnt close properly.
They dont clean the room while your there
We had a lot of trash, i brought trash bags. Asked the cleaning guy if he would take the trash, he gave me bags for the wastebaskets.
There were small bugs of various kinds crawling around as well.
Asked to get a second key card, told no they only have one.
I wont be back. Felt dirty after being there.

I made 2 reservations, one for the one night. I was treated like a liar when checking in. The gentleman talked with someone who told him I was all checked in.
My son and I stayed here (he's 24). I asked at the office for a second key and was told to go see housekeeping to let me in. He said no second key. The room has bugs crawling around and they don't clean while you're staying there.

Was a little confusing with 2 places..even tho they are 5 min. Apart..no breakfast aval..even with grab and go options...could do granola bar and fruit cup in a bag...nice hotel and very quiet...very pleadant front desk people.
