The property is moderatly maintained, carpets in the stairwell are in need of cleaning and the closet door mirror in my suite was cracked.
Some of the glassware and bowls had food and other stains on them.
The hotel does not service the room unless you ask. On the second day of my stay I was making the bed and found blood stains and other bodily fluid stains on the comforter, not mine mind you. I contacted housekeeping to get my room serviced and bedding changed, was told it would be done. Came back that evening to the same mess at which point I contacted the front desk again and they got it done.
My issue is that the there was no way the maid staff could have missed it when they seviced the room after the last guest which means they did not change the linens in-between guests which is not sanitary.
I hope the management takes it seriously and addresses it with the staff.

We had such an amazing stay! My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert and had to get a room last minute due to the original hotel being severely unclean. The staff was incredible and the room was amazing!

We were highly disappointed in this hotel. we found a cheese ball under the oven, right in front - easily found. There was a hair in the kitchen sink. The kitchen was poorly lite. The light over the stove did not work. The bedroom remote did not work. There was only one towel rack to dry bath towels. The bathroom fan was very loud and sucked all the warm out and allowed cold air in while taking a a shower. And to top it off - the TV did not include any stations on which to watch the Superbowl!. We will not be staying there again.

We have always loved to stay at this Residence Inn.
However this time (over Christmas ) we were disappointed :-
- No room service (bed done, cleaning, etc).
- The flow control in the shower got stuck (\"that sometimes happens\") and the water could not be turned off completely. There was no Maintenance on that day and so we couldn't have any showers during our 2 day stay. I manipulated the temperature control to at least loose cold water and save the hot.
- The booking ap should also state that there will be parking fee each day.
- The $60 ($20 +$40) \"deposit \", (refunded within a week) is more of an irritant than real security, as the credit card is on record ( relied on by other hotel chains).
However this time (over Christmas ) we were disappointed :-

The hotel was in a great location for us during the holidays. Just a minute or 2 from Rt 495, it was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard but we had what we needed. We were pleased with our suite with a full kitchen, large bathroom and 2 TVs. Only surprise was that the rooms were not cleaned between our first and second night there. Maybe because it was Xmas Day? It was fine, it just surprised us.
