The two things that I found that were disappointing was that they charge for breakfast rather then offering it for free like some of the less desirable hotels that I have stayed at. Lastly and I don't really hold it against the hotel is that due to some damage caused during the storm, the first floor was closed. But the hallway was covered with plastic that was dangerous for me to walk around with my current health issues.

I've stayed at this location numerous times. The last two times have been such a disappointment, I will not be returning... ever. It's been snowing, the parking lot is not salted and extremely slippery. I reserved this location for the pool, which they failed to warm... it's an indoor pool, it's winter time. Anyone knows these are to be heated. The carpets in the halls are so dirty they are practically sticky. The bar is not open, at all. And when i went to turn in my key the attendant at the front desk was so sound asleep he didn't hear me come in nor go out. This place has become absolute trash. Save your money and get the same quality at a Red Roof inn.

Staff was great! We requested the first floor and while we could have chosen the 3 o 4 th. Renovated floors, we wanted easy access to our car. Our children live in Hopkinton so we like the easy in and out of that floor. That being said the room was clean and comfortable! We always stay here when we come to visit our Children ! And, the chocolate cookies are amazing treats for all guests.

The pool was out of use, the ceiling had open wires hanging from it along with some black mold, and then when we got to our room it was filthy, I mean toilet paper on the bed, pill bottles, someone had a party in that room and then they tried to get into stay in it. Disgusted by this place

I think reviewed this one before. Have stayed here very frequently over the years. It’s the most comfortable of the 3-4 others in the same area. But if the Fairfield across the street ever gets its long overdue Reno….. I’d prob go there. The Sonesta also needs upgrades. The decor is old and dated and there is wear and tear … wallpaper peeling . The sofa, chair designs just aren’t comfortable. I think Marriott sold it and I think it’s run as a franchise vs. corporate. There is no easy to get coffee, no real food. No breakfast.and with that the price is a bit less than the others. So I guess it depends on what you want. Use to be a very busy Courysrd business hotel but over the last year I have not seen much of that. Years ago it had a bar with evening cocktails available.

Anyhow. It’s clean (but the furniture and carpets are old. The mattress is pretty good. The linens and towels are looking yellow and dingy. The family who runs it is very nice . Today it snowed. At 11am nothing had been shoveled or ice melt thrown… no walk ways cleared. That’s nust not appropriate . I just think given the heavy business traffic in the area it just does not provide much except a bed and hot shower. There was no hair dryer (first time I’ve seen that in like 15 years).

Parking was free and plentiful. Room doors were very noisy closing at 6 am when you’re still trying to sleep. No option for breakfast on the premises. No stirrer for coffee in the rooms and only 1 package of sugar per cup of coffee - seems a bit stingy. I was able to get more sugar in the lobby.

Room was clean. Place was almost empty. Came down from our room to use the pool the hallways on the first floor were freezing. Get to the pool it was ice cold not heated. Went back to the room for the night. The shower curtain is cloth so leaks all over the floor. Came down to leave in the morning and everything is covered in plastic like they were renovating. One of the elevators was broken. Had to use the one far from the entrance. When we came down to check out because they had plastic on the floors and blocking the hallway like a curtain they wanted us to go out side and walk all the way around carrying all our stuff and come in the front door to check out. The parking lot was not well plowed. It had snowed the night before we got there. They wanted us to trudge through the snow around the building. Told them no so they grudgingly let us walk through the plastic curtains and down the plastic lined hallway. Would not recommend.

The pet fee was over-priced, basically half the cost of the room itself.

The Hotel felt a bit poorly maintained. One elevator was out of service. Room door handle had to be pressed very firmly to unlatch it. There were a variety of unpleasant odors in the hallways including marijuana.

Service was ok when you got it but the hotel felt understaffed.

There was no breakfast despite it being listed on the amenities.

After I checked in, I asked about the breakfast and they told me it was temporarily unavailable. Proceeded to my room on the second floor, one of the elevators was broken so we had to go to the only one that did work and that one was very dirty. The second floor had construction debris at the end of the hallway where our room was. The ceiling tiles are dirty and gross. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the walls in the room did not match what I reserved here on Orbitz.

I went down to the desk and had to argue with three different people and show them on my phone at the room that they gave me was not the room that I paid for after about 5 to 10 minutes of going back-and-forth. They finally gave me a room on the third floor. That room was clean.

It’s a shame that this hotel is portrayed in the photos and online and way better condition than it currently is. As a frequent user of this app I feel like I was misled.

After driving for several hours on Thanksgiving day,.. arrived at hotel @12:30ish,.. empty parking lot,.. very unfriendly man checking us in,.. wouldn't let us go to our room, unless we paid $15.00!!!!!! NEVER heard of this! We come to hotels a lot in this are,..they always let us in the room,.. especially,.. when room is ready! Things broken in the room,..in hallways, wires hanging from the ceilings,..so dangerous,.. VERY unfriendly front desk workers. Kind of an unkept hotel.They advertise breakfast,....NONE!! Never will stay again!! 😞

The bed (and the bedding) were both extremely comfortable!! My room came with a small microwave and mini-fridge, as well as a single-serve coffeemaker. There was also a set of glass sliders that opened onto a small, private patio.

This hotel recently changed hands, so unfortunately the new owners did not serve any breakfast, when I was there. I stayed 4-nights, but no one from Housekeeping ever came to clean my room. No trash pick-up, no restocking of any in-room coffee pods or cream & sugar packets, etc..

Hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of self-parking onsite, lobby area has ample and comfortable seating, with a large, flat-screen TV and fireplace. This hotel is al pet- friendly

The place was extremely dirty, but I was exhausted complaining the next day and the guy said that we slept in a room that was out of service. I couldn’t believe it, but he still didn’t seem to care the next day that I was forced to stay there because I had no choice. It was an emergency. The guy at the front desk was rude. They put me in a new room, but the room had no soap. It smelled better, but overall the place looks nothing like the pictures and our complementary breakfast. That was a joke. They lost their license to serve food. I contacted guest services at the semester and never heard back twice.

Check in was quick and simple. The room was it cleaned properly, and there was a used jar of salsa left in the little fridge. The room was pleasant and the round couch was very convenient for movie watching. However, at 9am after we had stayed for the night, a member of housekeeping walked right into our room, without knocking. We checked out quickly after that, annoyed and feeling invaded.

The first room, 200, was by the stairwell. The door to the stairwell was very loud and shook our door every time it opened and closed. There were a lot of families with kids, I believe it was a couple hockey teams, so the kids kept using the stairwell. No fault of the kids or families, but I notified the front desk about the noise. I had asked to move rooms since the door was so loud and obnoxious. The front desk clerk had asked me if I laid in the bed, so I did let her know I sat on it. We only had the room for less than 30min. She told me she couldn’t switch rooms. I argued that it was a hotel issue that needs to be fixed and demanded to get another room or I will deny the charges. Out of obvious reluctance, she gave us another room. Just so happens our neighbors were super loud kids up until 10:30pm, but at least they were quiet through the night. The bed and amenities in the room were good and comfortable. Service needs some work and they really need to fix all the stairwell doors.

Was pulling out the sofa bed for my daughter to sleep in, when a used condom fell on the floor. Reported to staff who made me feel as if it was a hassle to come clean it up. They refused to provide a discount but did give me a new room. The new room was no better stains all over the carpet and sofa. The room and hallways smelled of weed. Ended up sleeping in car 1st night then booking a different hotel the 2nd night and ended up paying both hotel bills. 100% will not return.

Checked in late and the room was freezing cold. Turned up heat a couple of degrees and it’s like I turned on a sauna. I got blasted with heat. And couldn’t fall back to sleep. Turned it back down a few degrees and it turned into an ice box and I was freezing. Spent all night adjusting the temp up and down a few degrees and it never reached a comfortable temp. Coffee maker in the room diddnt brew after multiple tries. No coffee offered in the lobby either. Asked to speak with manager before leaving In the morning and was told they were too preoccupied with a travel group at the moment. Clean hotel and room but did not adhere to my comfort for a good night sleep.
