People were placed in smoke filled rooms when non-smoking were requested.

Additional towels were an issue.

It was not a wise purchase in an area where affordable rooms are limited.

Do not stay or even think about this location.

First don’t go here. should have done better research. When we booked it it looked like it was just opening after being updated, so there were no reviews or pictures.upon arrival there was a blank unlit sign on the road.hoping it wasn’t the right place. Upon entering the smell was overpowering- combination of weed, pesticides and Lysol. No one was at the desk. We rang the bell a couple of times. The front desk guy came running down the steps. No greeting,He was clearly high. He gave us our keys. Had to ask him where to go. Our rooms were upstairs. No elevator. Had to drag suitcases up the stairs. The toilet didn’t flush - but there was a plunger in there?My sister was in other room. When they opened their door they could smell weed and upon opening bathroom door a plume of smoke came out! Their sheets looked dirty. Burn holes in carpet.After a sleepless night I got up and left to get coffee. When I returned I found door locked. I repeatedly rang the bell to get let back in. Finally called my husband but the same guy came running down the stairs, no shirt on. I saw roaches on the walls. Came home and washed everything I brought. Didn’t feel safe. I had more to say but ran out of space so I rewrote it and shortened it. Do not bring kids here.

Entrance and exit off route 146 are poorly marked and require hard braking and acceleration off and on the highway. Locks on sliding window were non- functional. Walls are thin so music played next door comes through - ear plugs or ear buds recommended.

This was the most disgusting, dirtiest, smelliest hotel I’ve ever seen. I witnessed bed bugs. There were blood stains on the blankets. There were cigarette burns on all of the blankets. This place should be condemned. I can’t believe they take money from people. We couldn’t even stay the night we had to leave it was so bad. Just wow.

On 5/16/25, I stayed one night at the Red Roof Inn at 200 Worcester-Providence Turnpike in Sutton. I'd come to visit a sick friend, and booked the hotel for two nights through Hotels.com. I checked in late, and was given room 113.
As soon as I walked in the lobby of the hotel, I thought I'd made a mistake. Ramshackle filthy. Not like any Red Roof Inn I remember.

Once I walked in through the door of the room, I knew I'd made a HUGE mistake. Ramshackle and filthy, and now with an indescribable odor. I called the desk immediately and told them that I wouldn't be able to stay in the room. I was told that I had the last room in the hotel.

I'm not a picky person. I chose the hotel because I felt \"safe\" using Hotels.com, and because all I need is a clean bed, hot shower, and a working TV!

I decided that I was \"stuck\" because of the late hour, and decided that I'd get used to the stench. Not even with my CPAP mask on my face did this happen. I slept poorly, showered, and put my things in the car. I headed to the front desk and told the young man everything. I said that I wanted a full refund, and that I'd be following through with Hotels.com.

No cots, no shampoo, says ADA compliant, but as a person that uses a wheelchair, zero ramps and shower bars. Took an hour and a half for more towels and toilet paper. Trash from previous customers were left under the bed. Never staying here again!

Good one night stay if you just need a bed. Very clean and crisp sheets, quiet but feels abandoned. Arriving, you have to call for a front desk person for assistance. Then you’re on your own for everything else. But expected at these rates.

After hours we had to call a number several times for someone to tell us we had to enter through the back door, i think that information should have been provided upon check in. Our room looked dirty, the carpet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in ages, the toilet running very slow, had to be flushed several times. There were a few flies inside the room. This place was unclean. The fridge smelled. I think there are ppl living there or something but there were ppl all out by the doors the entire time. Had a whole table set up for dominos and everything. Vending machine didn’t work. The attendant didn’t even stay at the desk. You had to call a phone number to get someone to come out. I don’t know how they get away charging so much. Wouldn’t pay $20 to stay there again.

This place is totally disgusting, should not be allowed on any website advertising for rooms. The place is filthy, nobody at the front desk smells like cigarettes and pot in the hallways and the rooms, bedspreads with cigarette burns in them in rooms that say non-smoking people loitering outside drinking. No one has a front desk at night or in the morning to even check out or request a refund. I cannot believe that red roof allows this place to be under their roof. The county should be checking into this place, stay away. I don’t care how desperate you are for a room, you’re better off sleeping in your car

The room had a strong pungent odor like dog urine that they had tried to cover up with deodorizer. There were cigarette burns in the bed coverlet. The bathtub had black and orange mold, and the carpet was sticky. The only saving grace was clean sheets on the bed. If I didn’t have a dog with me, I’d have gone elsewhere. This motel is not worth the low price. It need to be redone or bulldozed.

There are cockroaches in the room They say it's got a kitchenette but it hasn't been updated since the '50s and I most certainly would never even try to turn it on. They didn't have the room I wanted so they put me in a different room I didn't want a double bed room I wanted a king size They didn't accommodate. There was nobody to talk to when I was leaving It literally took me a half hour to rise somebody to come to the desk and she absolutely had a complete attitude and said I should have said something sooner but we didn't see a cockroach until after we could have checked out and I wasn't going to pay for something so all our luggage went in the car we check the beds for bed bugs and we slept. Do not stay there

Worst service I’ve ever experienced

We didn’t even stay yet were charged. We showed up and their entire system was down so they couldn’t check us in. One group I was with was able to cancel their stay and we weren’t. They didn’t know their own policies, how embarrassing. When I had explained it was their fault we couldn’t check in, they just kept cutting me off saying it isn’t their fault. It smelled moldy.
Additionally the owner Mahir, had a dog behind the desk that was barking at my friends and I. It was a terrible environment and I wouldn’t go back. If you can check in anywhere else, I highly suggest you do.
