I specifically requested a room where no pets are allowed due to my wife's allergic reaction on occasion times. I was told not to worry since pets are only allowed on 2nd and 3rd floors. The ver next day, there was a dog barking in one of the rooms along the hallway. I questioned the receptionist and she told me that pets are allowed on 1st floor only. This was totally the opposite of what i was told the previous night. I was not happy with the situation of confusion with the stuff. How could they not know whick rooms the pets are allowed?

The hotel is undergoing significant renovations but they failed to disclose this when I made the reservation. The place is not suitable to stay, it is dirty, full of construction debris. On top of that they have the audacity to take a $250 hold and they said it is a bit higher \"because of construction\". Very professional and helpful staff. Front desk in check out helped with a refund dilemma I had from October 2025! Only reason I gave a 3 of of 5 is because they have no mini fridge and no microwave. It made my 3 night stay expensive eating wise. Very clean newly updated lots of storage.

The hotel was under construction, which isn’t that big of a deal, however, that led us to not having a microwave or a fridge in our room, and the lock breaking on our door eight times. Four times a day. Making us late for the competition for which we needed the room in the first place. It was a complete inconvenience not to mention a safety issue. We also were told not to use the stairs and in case of a fire that is a huge hazard. Additionally, there was no phone in our room and our TV didn’t work. We also did not have hot water the first night. The manager of the hotel agrees that I deserve a refund for this day.

The room was severely neglected. It was still dirty, even though the receptionist made sure it was clean before giving us our keys. The floors were dirty, the tub had hair in it still, the towels, sheets and pillowcases were all dirty and stained. We ended up leaving early and not even spending the night we were so uncomfortable. The top sheet on the bed had a blood stain on it. The room, as well as all the hallways, of the hotel smelled so strongly of cigarettes, despite it being a non-smoking hotel. It gave us headaches. There was a cigarette burn on the bathtub as well. Online said the hotel had a pool, which was not true and was falsely advertised. Upon arrival to the hotel, I felt that I had booked the wrong place and was severely misled by the amenities and sanitation of the place.

There were roaches in my room! I immediately called the front desk and spoke to Ryan who suggested that I check out and go to another hotel for a full refund. I did that and was in the next hotel in less than 30 minutes. He said the manager Tonisha will call me at 7 am to issue my refund. She never did! I will be disputing the charge if she doesn’t call and full refund is not received.

Excellent breakfast staff and pretty clean hotel. Smoking sections for smokers that are far enough away from the guest that it’s not bothersome. They have food and snacks right next to the front desk. The staff go above and beyond to make their guest happy . Anything you need you just ask, and they will accommodate usually. My new go to hotel.

This is my new go to place if I need a hotel to stay at. Stephanie and Tanisha the managers are incredible. The staff there is pleasant eager to help and they go above and beyond to serve an amazing breakfast. The highway is right next to the hotel, which goes to anything in the area And there’s tons of dining and shopping experience literally across the street from the hotel. Great staff clean rooms. They just redid the hotel and it came out really nice. There’s smoking areas for those who smoke in the back of the building away from other guests who may not smoke or children who don’t need to breathe it.

This hotel badly need upgrades and refurbishing. Sheets were old and discoloured. Paint from the wall is peeling off. However, the staff is excellent and did their best to make our stay comfortable. They were hard working, friendly and helpful. You get what you paid for and the price reflect the building conditions. If you want a comfortable stay , pick another hotel with a higher price point

The Gentleman at the desk was great. I understand that the building is under construction, but my room smelled horrible! Tv remote sucked. The clock in room Does not work at all. The room was dirty, the bathroom vent was falling off the ceiling, they also over charged me.
They charged me the hotel stay then $100 then after we left they charged me another $150
I was charged $254.00 dollars for a stay the was supposed to be $154.00
Then they charged me an additional $150 I’m not even sure why I’m getting all these charges.
I have photos of the room from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out.
We left it clean.

The property was welcoming of pets but the hotel was very noisy because of construction on the second floor which I think they should be closed completely until they're done, there also was cockaroach's in the rooms I know this because I was in three different rooms and they all had them. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they did nothing not even ask if I wanted to switch rooms however the cleaning crew was great they did there best with what they had to work with!!!!

If I had known the hotel was being renovated, I would have chosen another hotel for that price. There was no mention of it until we arrived. The fact that the fire alarms went off four times while we were there, each time while we were sleeping. Then after a busy day we were settling in to unhide and relax with a bit of television, and the power went out for a few second, but it took almost 30 minutes to get something on the TV, not good. Breakfast compared to other hotels left a lot to be desired. I am diabetic an my choice was hard boiled eggs that could have been used as stress balls. I don't eat bread, bagels, waffles, cereals, or anything there. Over all I'd say I had a not so good time. I won't be staying there again, and I won't be recommending it to anyone.

The only decent thing about this place was the two very nice front desk ladies. The place is being “renovated” and no where in the listing is this stated. The pictures do not match what you will see when you arrive. The elevator doesn’t work. The smoke alarm and sprinkler in the stairways are covered by tape; which is a fire code violation and safety hazard. There was blood on the lamp shades in our room. Unhoused individuals are living in the hotel, a quick Google can confirm this. Not a redeeming quality to this place. Management does not accept accountability for the false advertising or have any care for the guests that are there. The doors do not close properly; lock in our room was damaged. I could continue on, but I am limited on characters as well as pictures that can be uploaded.

No. Just no. Do not stay here. I’m not picky but this place was too junky, and for $250?? When we arrived, the front desk person gave us these choices: be on the ground floor “where it is noisy with all the animals staying here - dogs, cats, lots of birds” or WALK up to the third floor, where it is quiet but we have to drag our suitcases up the staircase because the elevator is broken (and, judging by reviews, has been for a while / but the hotel didn’t tell us in advance…). We struggled up to the 3rd floor and found the hall floors covered in paint. It was so disgusting. The room was “okay” but very stripped down, nothing on the walls, window was wide open (in late October?), and the desk had paint stains on it, I almost checked out and left immediately - for the first time in my life at a hotel- but we were exhausted with few options available nearby. Awful place.

Staff was very nice. Outback Steak House is right next door as well as a Starbucks about a 3 minute walk. Small shopping mall right next door which you can walk. There was also a bigger mall which you could walk to or a 2 minutes drive. Also plenty of gas stations in both direction of the hotel. The hotel was being renovated and the elevator was not working but other than that, the stay was good.

Unfortunately, I booked this hotel without realising renovations were taking place. We booked in and our room was on the 3rd floor only to find out that the lift was out of service - this was not pointed out at the time of booking in. The stairs were very dirty and the carpet in the corridors was covered in paint. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room had been renovated but the furniture not been replaced - it was looking rather battered and the fridge had multiple dents in it.
We had no choice but to stay as the booking was non-refundable so it would have been good to have had prior knowledge of the problems especially as the room was expensive.

The place is in the middle of reconstruction, but we had booked in advance and arrived too late to find another hotel. We had to take the stairway because the elevator was not working. The stairs and halls were covered with paint chips. Our bedroom walls were exuding noxious gases from fresh paint. An extensive remodel such as this should not be open to the public. You should shut it down and have a grand reopening.

I was given a room with a door that did not lock. It pushed open without the key card, and instead of s strike plate for the lock, there was a roughly carved out notch in the door jamb. The desk attendant switched my room, but I've never seen a dirtier more rundown hotel, and I've stayed in some seedy ones before. The carpets in the hall were filthy, writing on walls and peeling wallpaper, peeling ceiling stucco, and an overall damp musty smell. My view was a pile of discarded mattresses. The comforter had a cigarette burn in it. The shower never got hot, and there was no hair dryer. The breakfast, at 7am, was a pile of still-frozen pastries.

Had to switch rooms. First one was dirty with hair on the floor,
an ugly cracked tub when it was supposed to be a renovated room.
Also a blood stain the mattress pad cover.
Next room slightly better, hall carpets nasty dirty. Also for some reason my room, floor , chair , bed etc. had a vibration happening the whole time i was there. So noticeable that my stomach felt queasy.
Run a mile from this place.
Awful.

If they cared at all about esthetics those would have been carted of somewhere not left out as an eyesore.

The hotel is undergoing renovations on the 2nd floor. My room was on the 3rd floor.
The elevator is terribly slow.
When I showered in the morning, there was no body soap, so I had to use shampoo - which is OK, but c'mon, refill those dispensers.

The hotel is in a very noisy area, right off the Interstate.
Even with my window closed, the traffic was loud.
I was able to use the traffic noise to help me get to sleep - like a meditative noise, but there was another guy at the front desk asking for a refund. I don't know for sure, but I suspect he had found the highway noise to be too much, and I don't blame him.
That said, the price was right, and the bed was comfortable enough. I stayed only one night, and would never stay in a hotel like this - so close to the highway - for more than just one night.

I made our reservation a week in advance. Date of reservation, September 18th, I notified the motel that we were arriving late due to late flight into Providence, R.I. The lady confirmed my reservation and made a note.. We arrived at shortly after midnight, only to find that the reservation was cancelled and no VACANCIES WERE AVAILABLE! My wife almost panicked however we were blessed with finding a room in another motel shortly after. I asked why my reservation was cancelled and was told my 'Master card' was not correct. i informed the clerk... I don't even have or use a Master Card. We left! In the future, I hope that the La Quinta Inn, for customers sake, picks up the phone and calls before cancelling a room that was both confirmed and reserved.

After notyfying manager and showing her the cocaroach i was told i booked with expieda so i had to deal with Expedia. Asked if i should bring it to Worcester board of health,She said thats fine.I shook out all my bags put each article of clothing in my bag that i put in my trash bag per MOM and left. Fumigated myclothes in the breeze way just in case. Auburn Mass Very Dirty And Poor Customer service.After all Expedia didnt have roaches but i slept with lights on and mask made out of socks.

Property is undergoing renovations, so the hallways are filthy as their carpet will be replaced after the rooms are done, but it’s disgusting now. Even though we had been put in a room that had been remodeled, it smelled strongly of mold. We were able to get another room, but even that room’s old curtains had the smell of 20 years of smoke/dust/etc built up. Smoke doesn’t come out of the walls even if you change the flooring and no one has smoked in there for the past 5 years.
