All I can say is the people and the facility are great now the breakfast on the other hand is reasonable except for the hot items like the eggs are squishy, watery, spongy, and gross

The staff was very nice, our room was clean and comfortable (although no closet to hang clothes!). The breakfast was very good with some nice options - fruit, yogurt, waffles, French toast sticks, sausage, toast, juice. Would recommend to friends coming this way!

I was barefoot on the carpet once and it felt off like it had been wet so I felt iffy and kept socks or shoes on after. Bathroom seemed clean but needed maintenance. They charged an extra fee of $4 and change and said I wouldn't get a receipt when I asked because I booked through Expedia, so I asked what the charge was for...the room key and having a safe in the room. Can they charge extra? Sure. Do they tell you in the fine print? Yes (though I missed it and had asked the check in person if anything extra is being charged other than the deposit and she said no). Is it a lot? No. But do I find it objectionable that I'm renting a hotel room and getting charged extra for the means to get into the room (that only worked 1 out of 10ish tries, despite getting them replaced at one point)? 💯

Only stayed here because nothing else was available for my daughter’s graduation week. Walking into the lobby it smelled like a nursing home and cleaner products. Only 1 elevator. Check-in took too long, but checkout was fast. They charged my card temporary $100 incidental fee for each of 2 rooms which hit my credit card as a charge. 2 bus days later it hasn’t been refunded yet. Found a small bug on bed, and bigger one in tub. AC in one room did not even turn on, electric outlets on one side of room did not work. Picture missing from wall with bracket showing. Outdated bathroom had ugly drop ceiling. Didn’t feel clean and room had a residual smoke smell. Continental breakfast was okay and appreciated but not great. Will never stay there again nor at a Comfort Inn. I knew what I was getting but really had no other choice. But I expected the basics to be met. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel. Close to DCU in Worcester. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast choices were good. I was the first to arrive for breakfast due to early departure, food was still cold. Would have been great if I waited a little while. Otherwise, a good stay.

Bed clean and very comfortable. Glad to have an iron and ironing board, and laundry bag. Water from sink didn't taste good- spit it out. Big problem: drain pipe directly under the stopper needs to be scrubbed or replaced. Every time I ran water, fumes from mold or mildew came up.
Suggestion- you need to make wider bathtub nonslip strips.
I tried to buy bottled water with my credit card- I tried several- but they were all out.
Breakfast- hash browns had black on them- not from being burnt.
I was disappointed in your facilities, as I've used Comfort Inn before, and it was always nice. For $245, and a breakfast straight out of mcD's, it was way overpriced-it should have been less than half of what I paid.

The rooms were clean and the price was right. I overheard the cleaning crew discussing the cleaning strategies and made sure everything was clean, even the mirrors! The staff was great, you can tell they like to work there. I would book again.

For example, the reason why the coffee maker did Not work when I first tried to use it was because you have to Flip a master switch first--that nobody told me about nor did any sign. Had to get front desk to help with that. Also, TV controller is somewhat erratic. You often have to push a button multiple times and change pointing angle to increase volume or power on/off.

To start, this trip was so my daughter and I could visit the college she will be attending in the fall after driving 11 hours. I arrive to a parking lot that has more empty spaces then full, the check in process was smooth the staff were fine. I get checked in and wait for what may be the longest elevator ever and as you’re waiting it makes the most god awe full sound. I finally get to my room only to find out I have one bed now I go back down stairs and will I’m waiting I hear some of the staff talk about a flooding now I get to the counter and explain the problem I then get told they have no double bed rooms because they were double booked. I then get told they can give me a cot, I explain that’s fine however I’m not paying the full price this is not what was agreed upon. The person at the counter was helpful and I explained that this is problem for the manager to solve. I was told she was on the phone and I patiently waited when Mary the worst manager that has no business being one. Comes out and I explain the situation to her response theirs nothing we can do, we don’t give discounts. I was told to pretty much deal with or get my money back and go find another hotel and when I asked for a corporate number I was told to google it. Don’t recommend the comfort inn at auburn Massachusetts

The room was clean but had a musty smell to it, the mini fridge was in poor condition, and I had trouble sleeping because the walls are so thin I could hear the conversation, music, and tv in the room next door as if I was in the same room. I was charged an extra $2.28 after check-in for safe and keys but wasn't notified of the charge. When I asked for a copy of where it identified the additional charge, they weren't able to provide it and wouldn't reverse it. Staff was slow at check-in and rude when I asked for the $2.28 to be reversed.

I booked a two bed room. When I arrived, I was told that it was not a guaranteed the room I booked would be available with two beds. I understand if I could not get a window view or a specific side of the building but to say this about a request for 2 beds is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Tell me you don’t have two beds and I would have booked some where else. I never complain but it was the worst night of my night. The best theh could do was provide a cot. I booked two people and for a bed and a cot was not with it. Anyway, they said she can try to get me a two bed room tomorrow, however, once again said it was not a guarantee. The horrible night was enough for me. I booked another location for the additional night.

It was fine for a cheap short term stay. I was visiting a friend in Worcester for one night. The hotel was close to the city without city prices. Check in was simple and the front desk worker was kind and welcoming. The room was fine. I did have to wipe hair out of the shower. Everything else was fine, albeit worn down. My biggest issue was the noise from the adjoining room. I don't think they were being loud, but I heard everything. Full conversations to them brushing their teeth. The TV was great and having a fridge and microwave was good. Climate control. All of the light bulbs were different colors, but that's more my own neurodivergence showing. The bed was clean and comfortable. I just grabbed coffee, but it looked like breakfast included the standard continental fare plus hot potatoes and eggs. Overall, considering the prices in the area, this felt fair.
