No cold water, with hot water coming out the taps, shower and even the toilet, indicating a leak which must be a health violation. They are aware of this and still provide drinking glasses by the sink. This has been the case for at least 3 months based on other reviews.

Our room looked as if it hadn’t been redecorated since the hotels construction in the 80s, as if it had been waiting for us all that time.

It had a lift but only a small lift, would not fit a standard wheelchair in sadly

The hotel is a bit outdated, but it was clean overall. The location is perfect for transportation and walking. Parking is included as well as breakfast, which was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

The hotel seems like it is going through a transition/reconstruction. Most pf the hotel seems to be quite rundown. Beyond that, the air conditioner did not work in our room. First they told us someone would come to take a look. Nobody came. After complaining again we were switched to another room just to find out that it was not working there either. The real problem seemed to be that there was a problem with the central A/C system. The staff knew this all along but were unable/unwilling to be transparent.

Large conference hotel at edge of city, about 10 mins walk to old town. First room offered to us was not suitable and when we contacted reception we were immediately swapped out. Bedroom was spacious, bathroom too a good size. Buffet breakfast had good choices

Modern hotel at edge of historic town center

Friendly check-in agent, also very helpful with any specific questions I had regarding parking and pool usage. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Breakfast was a Corona-times adjusted served buffet with a choice of European and American breakfast items. The hotel is well located at the edge of the very nice old town of Lecce. All important historic sites are within walking distance. Free parking and WiFi. I'd stay there again on a future visit.

A day and night visit to Lecce and this was a perfect stay. A warm welcome from the receptionist and a swim in the good sized pool before heading in to town. The hotel was great. We had a hire car so the easy and convenient parking was really welcome. An easy 10 minute walk in to the old city. Felt completely safe walking back to hotel at night and the city is beautiful.

The common areas were nicely finished and the staff very helpful. The room was a little dated and could do with refurbishment but at least everything worked.
An easy walk to the city centre (10-15 mins) or take one of the scooters/bikes from out the front of the building and head to town that way.

Good location if you use as a base to travel Southern Italy. Pool good.
Poor breakfast produce, why offer tinned fruit. How can you run out of local bread? Breakfast service poor due to lack of staff. Breakfast run like a fast food eating house. Hotel focus's on conference guests

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights, the first one I had a nice room and it was alll great the second night I transferred to a cheaper room and I was very disappointed cause it was a 4 star hotel but the second room I stayed it was like a 1 star hotel; it had carpet and carpet was stained the washroom was very small. I feel I overpaid considering t it was a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is dated but the service and cleanliness were first class.
The breakfast was a large buffet and at dinner the chef would prepare anything he had the ingredients for. One of our party was ill so he prepared a delicious home made soup!
Very well trained staff who were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel is within 5 mins walk of the old town

Grand Hotel Tiziano - great value and location

I think I was upgraded and I had a very nice room with very large bathroom high quality and very clean. Breakfast facilities were a bit canteen like however the choice was large and the hotel is catering for volume of people. The pool area is a bit basic and my time there was spoilt by a student group who were using the facilities but were very loud, this was not a relaxing area. Location is 5 min walk into the centre of Lecce and with good parking. A well located hotel and good value.

Staff were awesome And the Restaraunt staff eere proffesional welcoming Ald above standard.
Hotel restaraunt dinning was excellent and value for money.
i wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again ams i reccomendit to anyone who prevers a little luxury worth all the amenities available.

nice hotel close to bus station and old town

i booked a standard room for 11 nights but unfortunately the wardrobe and drawer space was very limited. I asked reception if there were any rooms with extra space for our cloths and they upgraded us to a superior room at NO extra charge which was very good of them. A standard room is o good if you are stopping for awhile and have a bit of luggage but the superior room had lots of space, a bigger bathroom and a safe.
the breakfast was ok but they ran out of stuff most mornings and didn't replenish very often.

Large impersonal convention hotel and you are handled in a business like efficient way and not good for tourists trying to sample the flavor of old Lecce. The breakfast was sub-par and horrible undrinkable coffee with canned fruit (to be expected))in a convention hotel.) !One coffee machine did not work. Do not recommend for tourists, business only. We came in an emergency place to stay .....never again!😞

hotel is accessible with good amenities

Hotel is 20mins walk to town centre and opposite the bus terminal to/from the airport, has a buffet breakfast, gym, bar, massage facility, swimming pool and etc. Room is spacious, clean and with a view though internet connection varies on your room location. There are staff who are good and few not maybe because of language barrier but otherwise ok.

Good break, well cared for at a large Conference Hotel. A walking distance from the old centre but accessible to Brindisi autostrade. Almost everything very good except for few comments below. Very busy with Conferences and sports teams, police sqauds and other large groups. Staff worked very hard to handle everything.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the pool. It was so depressing being in that room they stuck me in, not at all like the pics online. I'm guessing I didn't get one of the upgraded rooms. To make matters worse the WiFi was horrible I was lucky whenever I did get signal. Wouldn't come back here.

Convenient if you have a car.

Lecce is a lovely city, with almost the whole of the old Baroque city centre as a pedestrianised zone. This hotel is on the ring road on the edge of the city centre - if you have a car it is very convenient, if you don't have a car it may be more characterful to stay in the old city centre. The city centre can be reached from the hoel on foot, in any case, in about 15 minutes.

Close to old town

Within walking distance from old town Lecce, but seriously understaffed, especially at the front desk where I had at least 10 people in front of me waiting to check in and only one receptionist handling the crowd. I observed similar situation throughout my stay. TV remote control is impossible to operate, if you park your car in the gated parking structure be prepared to walk to the front desk back and forth when you want to leave as one needs to buzz the receptionist to get the gate opened , and if they are busy they don't answer the intercom. Great breakfast thou.

Clearly a hotel that hasn't seen much love since the eighties. Dated furnishings and communal areas but remains clean and tidy. Bathrooms in need of remodelling in particular. Ok location with ample, albeit slightly chaotic (I.e. Italian), parking.

The food was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.and clean. The hotel is well located for access to the old town and for travel to the coast; the hotel parking was very useful

But there were several leaks in the corridor and in our room and the lifts were jerky - it seemed as though maintenance needed considerable attention.

This hotel is quite nice until you get in to your room. The room we stayed in was old and dated and very depressing. More what you expect at a hostel. Public areas were nice and I believe there were some superior rooms that were nicer. If you go make sure you get a superior room as the standard rooms aren't nice.

The room, whilst not huge, was perfectly adequate for a weeks stay. The maid came in everyday to make the bed, change the towels and replenish any toiletries. The free air conditioning came in very handy as the temperature was in the 30's. Breakfast was very good, fruit, cereal, cakes, meat, cheese, yoghurt, bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes, toast, jam, coffee and tea. Always kept replenished so there was plenty to choose from. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The pool area and pool were clean and tidy, you have to wear a hat to go into the pool which you bought from the pool bar. The staff at the pool bar were great, they brought a little snack almost every time we bought a drink which was very welcome. There is a free safety deposit box at reception, the reception staff let you into a room behind the desk and it all feels very secure. The hotel is close to the old town which is very beautiful. The only negative (and it is a small one) is the hairdryer in the bathroom is not very good. Take one with you.

Like stepping back to the 1970s

Was quite surprised, considering the reviews we had read about this hotel on various sites, to be so disappointed. Whilst the lobby was fairly modern, walking into the (very small) room was like stepping back in time. Every fitting in there (bar the TV) was at least 30 years old and brown, there was even an old fashioned radio in the bedhead (not tested) which looked as though it could take an 8 track, also the shower was very poor and water went all over the bathroom. However, our biggest disappointment was with the breakfast - which looked lovely on the website. First morning, came down at 9am (breakfast served till 10am) and there were no boiled eggs (and not much of anything else, either). A request to get more to one of the staff was met with a shrug and point to her watch, indicating that it was too late for eggs. No it wasn't, breakfast was until 10am, but it made no difference. We didn't even bother on the second morning and came down at 9.15 on the 3rd morning to be greeted to a scene that looked as though a plague of locusts had been through it - there was nothing to be had at all other than a few bread rolls and yoghurts. Nice pool though, just don't ask for a gin & tonic. All in all, it shows what a massive gulf there is between various 4 star hotels, I've stayed in far, far better 3 stars in Italy and elsewhere. This is one of the very few times I haven't been asked if I enjoyed my stay upon checking out. Maybe they dare not ask.

Very fit for purpose - lovely bedrooms

this was the perfect place to crash after a 130km cycle ride in 30 degrees of heat. my style is usually less 'trans national', more quirky and vernacular, but this stay worked just fine. wi-fi very good, bedroom wonderful. my only gripe is that i was after some room service to enable me to collapse in my room, the kitchen didn't speak english and the very nice desk clerk seemed to want me to eat in the restaurant. i went down the road, bought some panini and chips. job done. sumptuous breakfast in the morning - pannier filled with supplies for the next day's ride!.

I have phoned to this hotel, at the day of the begin of the travel, and I have advised the manager that I was in Milan, seakness, and I request the devolution of two diary,s payment. It was promissed to me to make this devolution. I have also send an advice about ro Hotels.com. I was waiting for the money of this two days,payment.. I think that is right to loss one day. No more.

Hotel storico della Lecce fine Novecento, si raccomanda per la squisita ma non invadente premura del personale, per la posizione urbanisticamente strategica, per la vastità del parcheggio coperto gratuito, per l’abbondanza e la qualità della colazione, per la pulizia impeccabile degli ambienti. Si desidererebbe soltanto che certi dettagli dell’arredo fossero meglio curati o restaurati (prese elettriche che si staccano dal muro, docce dentro la vasca senza schermo, pulsantiere fatiscenti negli ascensori, ad esempio).

Soggiorno per motivi di lavoro..la struttura credo sia in ristrutturazione ed in effetti merita una rinnovata...posizione comoda..il centro é raggiungibile con 5 minuti di cammino...ristoranti in zona...possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel...molto comodo...personale gentilissimo e disponibile...mi hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito della stanza...colazione di buon livello...struttura da consigliare

La struttura è ormai vecchia, la stanza sembrava essere stata ristrutturata ma la porta del bagno era cadente, le prese vicino il letto e di conseguenza le lampade non funzionavano, la colazione era scarsa e piena di dolci industriali e caffè pessimo. Il personale spesso scocciato e svogliato. Alloggio spesso in questa struttura ma vedo che peggiora sempre di più.

La chambre est très spacieuse pour une familles et hôtel idéalement situé près du centre de la ville.
Hôtel un peu vieillot et petit déjeuner peu abondant dès qu'il manquait des ingrédients, pas de réapprovisionnement malgré des demandes au personnel.

Ho prenotato questo hotel in quanto vicino alla sede del convegno. Dalle immagini pareva molto bello e di alto livello. Certo era scritto che la Spa era in ristrutturazione, ma pazienza...
A me è toccata una stanza al sesto piano definita superior...in realtà era una stanza, si grande con vista sulla piscina, ma certamente non definibile superior...Il bagno attrezzato per disabili, senza bidet, asciugamani decisamente vecchi, con tonalità sul grigio.
Televisione che ha richiesto due volte l'intervento di un tecnico perché non funzionava, luci da lettura ed una abat jour non funzionanti, condizionatore molto rumoroso... Difficoltà ad aprire la porta di ingresso sia dall,esterno che dall'interno. Il tecnico ha detto che non ci si poteva fare nulla che erano tutte cosi.le maniglie. Non tutti gli ascensori funzionavano, ma il peggio è stata la notte di venerdì 8 giugno. In piscina c'era una festa di compleanno con musica a tutto volume fino alle 0,30. Davvero impossibile dormire....

Non è stata la prima volta, dunque se ci torno all'occorrenza vuol dire che mi trovo bene anche perché ha fatto un bel salto di qualità negli ultimi anni.

La struttura necessità un rifacimento totale.

Purtroppo a parte la professionalità della aignora alessandra tutto il resto è da dimenticare.
Questo albergo necessità di una totale ristrutturazione.ho dovuto cambiare die stanze ( e non per motivi futili) prima di avere la stanza in cui ho soggiornato tre giorni.

Hôtel bien placé pour visiter Lecce à pied, avec parking sécurisé sur place. Parties communes vieillissantes voire carrément vétustes, piscine et extérieurs en chantier, chambres ok. Petit déjeuner varié, sous une agréable verrière.
