The staff in Ada Suites are the most wonderful caring staff I have ever met and I have stayed in hotels all over the world. The hotel itself is wonderful. It is centrally located, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and set in a wonderful location, but remains quiet with no noise from the bustle of Istanbul.
I had a procedure whilst in Istanbul and as a result remained in my room for part of my stay and the staff were so attentive and caring. I had travelled alone and I felt so safe and genuinely felt the staff really cared. They brought me breakfast to my room each morning and checked in with me regularly to check if I was ok and also if I needed anything. The staff who took such good care of me were - Mahira - Font Desk, Sezai - Service, both Yildez's - Service, Sevin - Housekeeping and Serdar and Ömür - Welcome. I will never forget their hospitality and I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone. Thank you all.

I left my computer there and the staff were kind enough to reach out and ship my computer back to me, they did not even ask me to pay for shipping. Staff overly k8nd. Polite and helpful. Appalling breakfast. I just vouldnt understand! Old stale bread. Old cheese placed in tiny sauce containers. Rationing was attrotious! I dread to see the state of their kitchen! Same breakfast for our 12 days stay. 3 olives in the sauce dish looked sorry begging to be binned

All the staff at Ada suites are amazing and extremely helpful. Anything we required, they were more than happy to help with especially Najid (I know I’m spelling it wrong but the gentleman who works from 3pm - 11pm was excellent).
Only negative is we did not like the breakfast selection as there was only egg (not everyone eats egg) and a basket of bread with a tray of cheeses, fruit and bread spreads. More options would have been great and we should have been able to select what we wanted.

A quiet Gem in Nisantasi.

A 10 minute walk from the City’s Shopping Center in Nisantasi. Warm welcome and a complimentary Fruit Basket with a cool Lemon water. Very friendly and helpful. Although the internet was down due to Road repairs the staff were happy to let us use their personal Phones as a hotspot. The room was clean and offered everything we needed. Breakfast, served on the Wooden Deck..was very good with a wide verity of options, served by friendly and forthcoming staff. Overall a great stay at this Hotel.

Our stay at ADA SUITES was exceptional! From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we were treated like family. Very fast service very neat and clean, extremely close attention to details. Everyone is so nice and always willing to help with a wide smile! Also the breakfast was very good and even the breakfast cafe is such a lovely place to start the day. The hotel was in a calm street but yet close to the shopping malls and cafes! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back again :)

Wonderful Quaint Hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ada Suites. From the time I checked in until the time I left, I felt very welcomed. They feed you an amazing and filling breakfast every morning. The service is phenomenal. I mostly corresponded with Madhira, and she was the sweetest. She always said hello and goodbye whenever I was coming and going. She answered all of my questions with kindness, she even called and helped me get information from Nisantasi Hastanesi on getting my PCR test to fly home. Her colleagues were very pleasant as well. Ada Suites is a smaller hotel tucked away from a busy street. It was always quiet and cozy and inviting. The discreetness and quietness I really appreciated.
