The room was small & a very compact bathroom but the bed was firm & very comfortable, as were the pillows. The Breakfast had excellent choices & was made to order.

Nice hotel but odd billing procedure
Nice hotel, well located. Room was clean and comfy. Beware they actually charge your credit card for the deposit and it will appear on your credit card bill for payment. If your statement closes, and you pay your card in full to avoid interest charges, you have to cough up a chunk of money. Then, when you check out, they reverse the deposit they charged and charge your card for total amount due. Very weird, annoying and confusing. Never have encountered this with the many hotels I've stayed in over the years.

It had a quirky environment, modern amenities, a wonderful breakfast, where you could place an order for the food, wonderful front desk staff.
The room was large, clean with a lovely outdoor patio. The best part of the whole hotel was that they had a washing machine in a dryer, which really helped us during our three weeks stay in Italy. I would absolutelyrecommend this hotel.

This is the place to stay with new spacious rooms, steps to the old town and amazingly lovely staff. Breakfast was a real highlight - being an Australian to have eggs and avocado on toast! Molto bene!

A hotel that isn’t sure what it wants to be - a hotel or a hostel. Good quality room in general, comfortable bed, good bathroom, proper hairdryer etc. It was noisy at night - from the road outside and the cars and people passing and in the corridors from people coming and going and talking loudly. The doors are heavy and make a big noise when closed, accompanied by rooms that are not well sound insulated, added to it being the kind of hotel where young people stay and come back to the room very late, and our sleep was disturbed many times

Excellent hotel. The entrance is outside the old town, but the back door opens to the old town. Easy arrival and easy access to the sights. Very helpful front desk staff, delicious breakfast and good bar. And coin operated laundry on site. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the worst stay i have ever had. If i can caution you it would be do not risk your trip and stay at this location. There may be good reviews, but i fell for that as well. Disgusting rooms, horrible cleanliness. (Bed bugs were littering the beds). The staff is LAUGHABLE, they do not exist. and if you do see them they will do everything in their power to ruin your visit.
It is disappointing that a place like this can be seen as a good place to stay in 2025. If you forget anything, they will keep it and lie to you about having it. Hilarious that this is still listed on expedia.

The included hotel breakfast was far better than others i’ve had as a traveller in Italy. I recommend upgrading to include it! There’s a menu of delicious items to choose from, and the team member who took our orders and served was very pleasant, and efficient!

The hotel obviously caters to a younger crowd, so it’s a bit “tik-tok chic”…a little trendy, rather than classy. But, it all works and is cute! It’s also very well priced.

1. The video on a loop on all the tv’s on the ground floor… it’s really, really annoying to see it over and over and over and over. There has got to be something else you can play to mix it up.
2. Literally nothing else. Just that video. Omg.

This was a quirky, fun hotel in a great location for exploring the old town of Lecce. Very modern rooms and open plan lobby with nice bar and DJ decks! Only downside was that we had searched for a hotel with parking and when we arrived we were told their parking area was full. Luckily we were staying on a Sunday night and street parking was free on a Sunday so we managed to find a space not too far away. Welcome at reception very good and informative and nice breakfast.

There is an in house laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities which is so handy when travelling. Breakfast each morning was delicious and served quickly. The location is FANTASTIC, with such easy access to the beautiful walled city of Lecce! We forgot you have to reserve a parking spot so we were only able to get one on our second night there. And always ask for a balcony room- they are the best. Really a terrific place to stay. Simple, efficient, well run, clean and an extremely helpful staff. The staff helped my daughter and I with great suggestions for day trips to nearby towns and beaches, including restaurant recommendations and useful tips on routes, etc. Breakfasts were great. Parking was very convenient and reasonably priced for the convenience of having a dedicated spot rather than constantly searching for street parking and having to pay. Arryvo was the best hotel stay during our three week holiday. It is conveniently located fairly close to the train startion, a flat 15 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is situated on the west side of the incredible historic centre, the Porta Napoli is just a few minutes away. The hotel is modern and new, the staff are welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and pleasantly appointed, including a large flat screen TV. The bar/seating area in the lobby is very comfortable and available at most hours where you can enjoy an Aperol spritz, or similar. Breakfast is sensational and one of the best I've had anywhere in Europe. Instead of the usual self-serve bar, the breakfast items are beautifully served a la carte and you can order as little or as much as you like. The orange juice is fresh-squeezed and cappuccino's are the best. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and highly recommend it.
Also, for an excellent restaurant, just a few minutes from the hotel, be sure to check out 63 Osteria Contemporanea located at Viale dell'Università 63, you will be impressed. A great stay in an incredible city.

This property was a real find! It was ultra modern , trendy looking , made of cement so very quiet, free light , tasty breakfast , comfortable beds and modern bathrooms with a fabulous rain shower head! Most of all the front desk service was impeccable and extremely welcoming , friendly, courteous and helpful . Frederica, Ilaria and Alessio really made our stay perfect. They found great restaurants, gave perfect directions,train times,etc. which made our stay a breeze! Highly recommend this boutique hotel !
