What a fabulous hotel and resort. I find it hard to fault anything atall. The staff were super efficient and in plentiful supply; the accommodation was lovely (although our terrace lacked a nice view - my only small criticism that can't be helped in any case); the food options were amazing and the pool was top class. My wife and I stayed for 6 nights with two other couples and we all loved it. Even the constant parade of weddings was a joy as the guests were dressed in immaculate local attire. A superb hotel that I could not recommend highly enough.

I never stayed but was charged the full amount for 5 nights based on the cancellation policy. I had mistakenly booked two different hotels for the same period.

On a human level, I believe the hotel would have been able to offer some partial refund after all the advocacy from Expedia and the explanation from me. It is a popular hotel and high-demand hotel that is often sold out.

I would advise anyone looking for a hotel to avoid places that charge more than the first night and don’t allow cancellation up to a day before check in.
I also think think it might be worth making reservations directly with a hotel rather than expedia as it has no influence or is not respected by hotels using the platform.

Stunning beach resort with a great spa

I had an amazing stay at Beleza which is located right next to an amazing beach. The buffet breakfast has a great range of indian and continental dishes and staff are friendly throughout. The resort has a chilled energy which is great for relaxing and I felt very safe and looked after as a solo traveller. I would recommend the spa for their signature massage. Taxi and dinner prices can be a little pricey but useful if not leaving the resort.

Hotel is good and food is excellent. However, commuting is a problem to and from this place. A lot of scam by the taxi; drivers bargain the agreed price at the last moment because of which we had to cancel our program of the day. This was annoying and frustrating to a tourist. Unless one has a private vehicle, it’s useless coming to Goa; otherwise staying inside the hotel is the only option for you.

The property is in an excellent location, close to Betalbatim Beach, which is both beautiful and relatively clean. There’s a lovely beachfront restaurant, Nazare, that offers recliners for sunbathing and private access to the beach. Additionally, there are a couple of showers available to rinse off after returning from the beach.

The property features a well-maintained pool area and two restaurants with a variety of good dining options. It is located in a quiet South Goa area, offering a peaceful retreat away from the parties and nightlife of North Goa, making it perfect for those seeking relaxation.

I would have rated the stay 5 stars if the Wi-Fi had been more reliable. Another suggestion for improvement would be to provide beach umbrellas, beach mats, and mallets for guests to borrow and take to the beach. It would also be great if non-dairy milk alternatives, such as oat milk, were available at breakfast to cater to different dietary preferences.

Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience.

Lovely stay here, however a few issues regarding taxis. Thankfully we rang when arriving at Mumbai airport or else we wouldn’t have had a taxi when arriving at Goa airport which we had booked. Always able to get a sun lounger around the pool/beach area.

Rooms were slightly noisy with guests shouting up the stairs to other guests at 2am two nights in a row and also random calls to our room phone.

Good choice of day trips, however you need to use THEIR drivers which sit outside of the hotel gate.

Food at the hotel was decent, good choice of things for breakfast however lunch menu could be expanded. We only had dinner there twice as found the beach shacks a better atmosphere in the evenings.

Bar staff were lovely in the evenings and couldn’t do enough for you.

This was our first trip to Goa, India and Beleza did not disappoint. After booking on Expedia we contacted the hotel's reservations team to request a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It was roughly £16 one way and about a 45 minute drive. We were blown away when we stepped out of the taxi into the hotel entrance - it immediately gives you tropical holiday vibes! We were presented with a drink whilst we checked in. We booked the Terrace suite and the room was modern, fresh and very clean - the tub on the terrace was also a lovely treat. There were repairs to the neighbouring roof during the day but we were out of the room most times during the day so it didn't bother us. One evening they worked late and a quick call to reception to notify them of the inconvenience (the workers could see directly into our terrace) and they were gone within minutes. There are two restaurants on site, with the Najare on the beach offering evening entertainment some nights. Paddy's Bar and the pool is where my husband and I spent most of our time and we loved it! Leander and Sandroy at Paddy's Bar were amazing. So kind, friendly and attentive - they really made our stay wonderful. The pool area was beautiful, plenty of towels and loungers unlike some of the other reviews. The reception team (Ezekiel and Jason) were also pretty great, going to great lengths to help me get medication when I wasn't feeling well. We were so happy with our stay at Beleza. Thank you everyone! We will defo come again

Easy check in, nice room but disappointing terrace as it was covered so no good for sunbathing also reroofing going on next to it so often workmen on the roof.

There were activities for children but not much for adults- would have liked aquarobics or Pilates . Luckily the weather was nice as there wouldn’t be much to do if it wasn’t

It was a great property and had good spacious rooms and a nice big bathroom. The food was great and the direct beach access was the best. It was well maintained and the spa also was well done. However we expect more of oils to be used in Ayurveda for a better experiene.

I dint like the fact that when you have so many rooms your reception has only one person at a time. The person was handling almost everything from guests checking in to checking out and all billing and reception calls. I request the management to have two people at all times a it is too exhausting for the person who was there.

The spa also had mentioned of some relaxation welcome drink and I dint get one.

Otherwise we loved the stay and was great !

View of pool from room balcony and middle of resort. Bathroom great. Food room service okay not up to scratch but food at beach bar which is 4 minute walking distance from resort , food great and higher standard. Pool fun, very nice even with light rain. Light coffee and thatched roof relax setting, coffee, pool table next to pool. Sraff proffesional and nice. Good place to stay 4 resort only, beach borring but lovely relaxed view from beach bar while eating quality wood fired pizza & bloody nary cocktails.
Flat tyre while leaving staff helped to change to make my journey. Please come again.

We enjoyed our stay here - it's really close to a lovely beach which was much quieter than the other beach areas we saw (but still had lifeguards) and we had fun swimming in the waves. The restaurant was lovely and the service particularly good there - we had great food at breakfast and in the evening. We liked our room, but thought that the housekeeping could be improved a little given the luxurious resort venue. We found that taxis from the hotel cost more than from the station and were a bit surprised by quite a significant additional charge for an evening transfer. Overall, it's a very nice resort for some relaxation time.

Nice property, competitively priced room and food with helpful staff. Only grievance, reception had been repeatedly slow in attending to requests as I experienced it thrice during my 5 day stay.

The resort is tucked away and private. Good reception, pool, massage, toiletries, and food (a bit pricey with the taxes and service charges). The natural flora is very serene. Everything is hardwood with excellent craftsmanship so no cheap plastic. WiFi went in and out, but the front desk will work to figure out the problem. Better to use hotel beach access (not a private beach tho) because there is a security guard to keep an eye out for you. If you go to the main beach and you are an obvious foreigner like me, be prepared to be followed and stared at. If you want to rent a scooter or car, they can recommend people, but the price is inflated and they will require you to leave an original form of identification or a large returnable deposit. Overall, this is a good place and I would return.

This will be a detailed review so buckle up!

Good:
1. Check-in was fast.
2. Resort's location is good; a few steps from the beach. Also, just about 30 mins. from the airport. Not a shabby ride either.
3. On my fifth day, finally found the breakfast area at the resort :). Buffet was ok; fresh watermelon juice was great!

Very Good:
1. Excellent room service.
2. Beach is not crowded. You can access other beaches quite easily by cab, yet enjoy this less frequented beach.
3. Cabs are available at the hotel. I took extreme south and south Goa trips. Very reliable and safe. Or, you can use GoaMiles app. There's no Uber or Ola.
4. The bathroom was spacious and clean but had no air conditioning so the window is kept open; good idea but I'm phobic about bugs and reptiles so requested to keep it closed as there was no mesh or screen. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant and thoroughly professional and took care of it without a miss. Big thank you!!
5. The complimentary coffee, tea, water, and good variety in the (paid) Mini Bar as well.
6. The room was nice and came with a private balcony that I hadn't noticed on day one, but was pleasantly surprised to see it the next morning. I spent a lot of time there as the resort is very, very green! Beautiful foliage and very well maintained. One could even hear the birds chirping in the morning! #lovely
7. I appreciated the mosquito repellent and umbrella: These small gestures actually go a long way in making it a good experience.

The property is excellent, the upkeep of the rooms, amenities and all aspects is simply awesome. The direct access to beach is a big big bonus. and they have a beach restaurant too. Rooms are nice and so is gym, pool, kids play area and activity area.
The pool hygiene needs to be maintained better as people jump in pool without taking bath which can seriously impact other users health.
overall a fabulous experience, highly recommended

The room was exactly what we needed after a long flight from London. The view overlooking the pool was lovely and the feel to the room was very relaxing. We found the bathroom was perfect for our needs with a huge shower and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very helpful staff throughout and nothing was too much to ask for. We were disturbed with building works during our stay which did take away from the peacefulness of the hotel - this was not something we had expected as we had been informed before we arrived that the salon and gym would be completed. This I would say was the only negative point to make in what was an otherwise very pleasant stay.

A good location on a nice stretch of beach

We were looking for a relaxing beach holiday and our trip exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was brand new and the facilities are quite nice. The hotel was in the midst of new construction when we were there and while there was a lot of activity it didn't disrupt our stay at all. The pool was nice and the two restaurants were very good and had excellent food.

Rooms are nice and big. But the experience is very inhospitable. Leaves a bad taste in the end. Staff is not properly briefed and have no concern for the guests. They act snobbish as if all Indian guests are being done a big favour by allowing them to stay.

Great resort on the beach

This is a nice, clean hotel with courteous staff and facilities people in the western hemisphere are accustomed to. We were greeted with yummy kokum juice upon arrival. Our luggage was carried up to our villa, and a staff member clearly explained how things work.

The views are serene, with lots of trees and chirping birds within the resort, and private access to the beach. Beach is not as crowded as some of the other beaches in Goa Everything is well maintained and clean. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place for you.

The \"shack\" on the beach serves yummy food, with live music every evening.

Wonderful hotel on the beach

This hotel is right on a beautiful beach. The beach was spotlessly clean. That was the whole reason we came to Goa, so we were thrilled. The hotel also had a delightful swimming pool, ping pong table, and other amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant served excellent food -- much better than we expected. The staff were gracious and helpful. We were very pleased by our stay.

Fantastic friendly service and beautiful setting

I spent 4 days here eating and drinking, wandering to the beach, and lounging in and around the pool.

Most memorable were the staff, all of whom were really friendly, keen to help and made the stay much better. The beach (and second restaurant/bar) is 5 minutes walk from the main hotel. Great value for lovely rooms and facilities including massages.

The hotel gardens and poolside is good.
Location is very quiet, good if that's what you are looking for.

Cons
Location is too quiet, nothing in the vicinity of the hotel. For everything, you need to take a taxi which is not cheap.

Rooms are big, bathrooms are OK, but ACs make too much noise (even when your room's AC is off, the condensers for other rooms are just on the wall outside the room) and make it impossible to spend time inside the room.

Private dining advertised on the website is not at all good, there is no special service, the menu is small (and the choices are only from their a la carte menu), the staff doesn't make anything to make your dining special. The table was placed in open on the beachshack and no inside a gazebo and their were ants on the table.

Perfect family vacation in South Goa

Our room was adjacent to a huge kitchen, dining, and living area which were common areas for two other rooms as well, however, we never saw anyone use it. It was perfect for our three and two year old to run around and play. It felt like we were staying in a good sized house/villa. The staff is GREAT! The grounds well kept, clean, and magical. The attention to detail at this resort is what sticks out in my mind and what I kept commenting about to my husband. While there are no rooms directly looking at the beach, the beach is a very short walk down a coconut tree lined path leading to a beach side cafe and very nice showers and restrooms for cleaning up after the beach. The property is also smaller than many of the other nicer hotels so it has the feel of a boutique hotel. We were so impressed we will definitely consider this our go-to place in Goa.

We loved being at the Beleza, the staff were amazing and willing to help at all times. The food was lovely too and we enjoyed the ginger (masala) tea every morning, the pool is very clean and the walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes from the hotel reception. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

It was very nice at Beleza. Clean rooms, very good service, nicely cooked food in the evenings. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fish of the day, beach access, clean beach towels, live music and affordable drinks at the bar next to the beach. A good retreat for 2-3 days. Family friendly.

Villa type accommodation, close to the beach

It was prettt good. We booked 3 rooma separately. When they gave us our own Villa, it was a pleasant surprise and experience! We haad the entire living rooms to hang out for loada of chit chat and fun (unlike somethinh w could all have done together in a hotel room like accommodation). Proximity to beach was a USP! Loved the food and breakfast buffets. Ground floors may have a few instances of bugs found but we got it addressed by the staff. Stay was excellent!

Peaceful Holiday Stay..Little over costing

Over all Experience at Beleza was good, great location, clean and wonderful living area and pool. Living is pretty great if you are looking for peaceful stay in a lonely planet. (Of courses in Off seasons this place (COLVA) , beaches are deserted ).

Few Negative point : Its Located in Quite interior thus accessibility any short of basic amenities becomes a big challenge, even if you want to but soap, diaper , cig you have to travel at least 1 KM one way to get it...or else you have to pay heavy taxi fair 200Rs ) to cover 2 KM distance.

2nd negative - At Beleza - There Restaurant and other services cost you like bomb any thing you order be ready to pay heavily , 1 cup tea - 50 Bugs , 1 cup milk 60 rs, 2 chapati - 100 Rs. (YEs Taxes Extra).

If you want to be at this hotel and ready to pay high charges ..better do in On Season.

Hotel and staff need to learn and improve

We had no hot water or adequate water pressure for two days. We had to complain multiple times to have it fixed. The wifi was terrible. They also have some arrangement with taxi companies which severely overcharges people and has a negative impact on the local community.

We stayed at Beleza to have a get away and some beach time. It was very relaxing and very close to the beach. It also had a nice pool and an activity room with ping pong and carom. The restaurant had good food that was reasonably priced. My family had a good time.

Excellent hotel with a private entry to the beach

Beleza is about 30 minutes drive from Dabolim airport, so it is very conveniently located. Starting with the reception, the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very green, spacious and a quiet retreat within a 10-minute drive from Colva beach. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and fresh linen. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices including cereals, toast, fruits, eggs made to order and 3-4 other choices such as puri-bhaji, Goan sausage, etc. The regular meals are also good and reasonably priced, but not great. Overall it was a very relaxing and restful experience. We'll be back!
