Lovely hotel, super clean, easy car parking and access (albeit extra charge for parking), comfortable room and bedding.

Lost one point as room advertised as including '55\" LED TV' - it does not, 55 cm maybe, but not 55 inches

Good location, brilliant breakfast on New Year’s day. Amazing salads. The day after the breakfast didn’t include the stuff from the previous day, however it was still very good. The restaurant is a little dear, but they have good kitchen chefs. The tips are always included in the final bill. The waiters are top notch. Very professional and kind. The rooms and bathrooms are fine, however they do not have shower cabins, so there is not much convenience for disabled people. In overall me and my family had got a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Exactly what you would expect from a conference focused hotel. Friendly staff, large clean rooms, all the mod cons that you would expect. It would be nice if the TV had multiple languages to choose from so it was easier to link my laptop.

This Hotel is the best experience in my life, a really nice place, clean, precious, i fehl as i was in a James Bond film. The restaurant at dinner accompanied by wonderful background music. The waiter was classy and very respectful.

Plush place out of town service not quite 4 stars

Nicely furnished comfortable hotel with good conferencing facilities. Besides the nice cushions and plush furniture nothing really about the room made it a 4 star place. 2 bottles of water included. Bit far from the centre. Railway option to get there.

Total disaster!!!

Don't get fooled by main hall posh interior.The rooms' interior and furniture is extremely old and tired,mattresses are old and awkward.Very noisy ventilation in rooms.Rubish left behind by previous guests was found in very corner of a room.Toilets and showers are horrible.Rusty water and extremely low water pressure makes taking shower a real hassle.Old stinky corridors will finish an inside view.
I payed for room in 4* hotel with so called perfect breakfast and ended up in 2* hotel in industrial area.There were just 8 people staying in hotel,so they decided not to prepare breakfast for that day.Instead we were offered small breakfast menu to choose from. Apparenty half of the option in the menu were not available at all.
An evening when we arrived restaurant was closed at 1700.Although before booking that \"hotel\" I called the reception and person answering the phone convinced me that restaurant will be open until 2300.So that way we've been left without dinner and without promised breakfast.
!!!You may find much better option for these money!!!

I booked for 4 nights and left after 2 nights even did not ask money back. Just to go away.

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Breakfast selection was very good, even though we didn't see anyone cooking omelets and wafles (ingredients were there). Parking charge is a bit expensive (35 zloty per day). To get to a pool you wold need to cross the road and walk for about 300 meters. The good thing is that pool use is included into the hotel price

opulence from another time

The hotel is about 40 minutes from the airport (80 to 100pln) and is a large and imposing building. The reception has a tiled floor and a large chandelier hanging from the very high ceiling. There is an pen staircase from reception to the upper floors. The room I stayed in a twin room which was very clean and tidy but felt oddly old fashioned. The only real annoyance was the lack of easily accessible plug sockets.

The restaurant and bar are pretty good and the food was excellent and service spot on.

overall of you have a reason to be in the address stay here for the price it is terrific value for money.

Good hotel but far away from the city

Hotel is clean and nice. Staff is friendly. Reception has English speaking staff. There are several weaknesses as well such as No slippers in the room even during the winter, no kettle to boil water, no tea or coffee in the room and Gym access is subject to a fee.

A Great Place To Stay

Everything about this Hotel was 4 star quality as rated. I had a choice from the airport to take a taxi @ around $33 usd or the train that goes right to the terminal for $2 usd. I chose the train. 5 stops to one station and then another train 4 stops to the hotel. Overall time around 30 minutes max. It is in a quiet area and very clean and safe. There was no breakfast buffet due to lack of enough guests but you got to order whatever you would like from the breakfast menu and the service and food was warm and excellent. All the amenities that are listed were here and in operation. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also it is very easy to get to Warsaw city center by train. 7 stops and maybe 20 minutes.

This is an excellent hotel. It's a little far from the city center of Warsaw but the train station is just around the corner. The only difficulty I had was understanding the Polish train system to get into and back to the hotel. Other than that, it is a very nice hotel and I will return on my next trip to Warsaw.

\"Be ready for $40 cab fare\"

Hotels.com wrongly states that this hotel is only 12 km from WAW airport. That is simply not true. The ride to airport takes over 30 minutes and the distance is likely over 20 km. the rooms do not have a comfortable work table. The TV has only a few Polish channels and no English news channels even. There is no coffee maker in the room. You would need to pay $5 just to order some hot water. The breakfast is ok but it does NOT have orange juce (it is Tang) and the coffee served is worse than sewer water! With some minor improvements this could be a nice hotel. But as is, I do NOT recommend it.

far from airport - beware!

I arrived late at night expecting a shuttle bus as described on the web. Not only was there no bus, but the evening front-desk person and the hotel manager the next morning were both totally unconcerned at my plight (had to spend on an expensive cab ride as it is FAR from Warsaw Airport. If you are driving or don't mind spending a lot on cabs, this hotel has some charm. But its location and its very unhelpful staff are huge drawbacks. Rather than 'the customer is always right, the staff has the more 'soviet' attitude of 'it's not my problem; you can't prove I made a mistake'. I would never stay there again.

A typical conference hall hotel

If you are coming to Warsaw and are expecting a quiet hotel on the outskirts of the city, you will not like this place. It is right off of a super busy loud street, very noisy. It is a conference hall type of hotel, full of guests getting away from their families and being exceptionally loud. My room was so small, I had to move some of the extra chairs cluttering the room to the spacious bathroom in order to have room for my suitcase. Overall, not satisfied.

Hotel Mazurkas--not in Warsaw

The hotel is great, but the location is very inconvenient if you are here to see Warsaw. It took me at least 90 minutes to get to Warsaw---a bus and a tram and long waiting times. Schedules are useless. There is next to nothing in the hotel area.

A very good hotel, clean, well appointed, with friendly and efficient staff

Only tried this hotel because all hotels in Warsaw were full due to various conferences and events. If you want central Warsaw then this hotel is too far out. That said, a taxi wil get you there in about 20 mins for about £20 - £25. Traffic into the city looks quite bad so in the morning I took the train. The station is 5 minutes walk and journey time to Warsaw Central is 30 minutes for under £2. Trains vary from tatty old bone-shakers to smooth and quiet modern carriages.

Hotel in periferia con sala convegni molto sviluppata.
Camere confortevoli così come l'hotel.
Negativo :
La mia camera (101) dava sul fondo dell'hotel, vicino alle canne fumarie del ristorante e dunque odorava pesantemente di cucina.
Non è stato possibile cambiarla nonostante la richiesta per via di un booking completo.
Il bagno mostra qualche necessità di ammodernamento.
I letti sono comodi ma nulla di eccezionale.
Il ristorante era una opzione non percorribile perché la presenza di un gruppo aveva creato un ingorgo nelle prenotazioni e attese di oltre un ora (parole del maitre)
Nessuno ci aveva avvertito alla reception e abbiamo dovuto uscire e percorre dihilometri (non ci sta nulla intorno) per cenare

Zacznę od minusów:
1. Nie miły Pan na recepcji - pewnie dlatego że go obudziłem o 2 w nocy.
2. Pokój zarezerwowany z podwójnym łóżkiem - rzeczywistość - 2 pojedyncze i ten sam nie miły Pan stwierdził że nie mają podwójnych.
3. Płatny parking - bardzo mnie denerwują płatne parkingi hotelowe tym bardziej jak hotel jest na zad...u. No ale tu przeszli samych siebie, za postój osobówki około 1h (kolega po mnie przyjechał) 20 PLN bo wjechał wjazdem dla busów !!!!!!!!!

Laundry bag was thrown away - Never again!

Basically the hotel is okay and locations it good for visiting my business partner.
Nevertheless I will not go there again.
Why:
* Waterpressure in shower is very weak.
* At Breakfast they have just round tables with 10 chars. So, you will have foreign persons on you table most likely. Nevertheless offered breakfast buffet is very nice and tasty.
These are not really big issues.
BUT
I have forgotten my my laundry bag in the room. And have already called there less 24h after my checkout, firstly I have called and they promissed me to call back.
Never did. I call there 8x.
Finally I have send my business partner and he was told they have found my bag but have thrown it away because of hygenic reasons!
NEVER AGAIN!

Komfortables Hotel 15 km raus in Bahnhofsnähe

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Aufgrund des recht teuren Frühstückspreises (50 PLN pro Person) verzichteten wird darauf. Tip: Bei Buchung mitbuchen.
Das Hotel liegt 15 km von der Innenstadt entfernt, mit dem Regionalzug sind es aber nur 5 Stationen ins Centrum. Dieser fährt abends allerdings nur stündlich. Tip Tages- oder Wochenendticket in Warschau kaufen und stempeln, da an der Station kein Entwerter steht. Der Zug benötigt gut 20 Minuten, mit Bus und Straßenbahn ist es eine Stunde ins Centrum

Hôtél situé dans les memes bâtiments que le centre d'affaires. Forte affluence lors des séminaires.
Le parking est surveillé, mais payant. Malheureusement le bar n'est pas ouvert en continu, malgré les fortes chaleurs de ces dernières semaines. Les chambres sont correctes et lumineuses.
Deux point faibles : pas de chaînes TV \"européennes\" et l'aménagement de l'espace wellness est rudimentaire (voir inexistant).
