Normal hotel, I didn't like the fact that there is a paid parking for hotel guests and that cleaning the room is just making the bed, they didn't even bring clean towels and didn't throw out the trash. After I called and asked to bring clean towels, they brought us one towel for two people...

Following a stressful incident and flight delay is wa great to receive a fantastic welcome from Natalia on reception, service and food in the restaurant was wonderful and Natalia went above and beyond to help me with recharging phones and made sure I was on time to catch my plane at 6am.

Hotel is overall very good but as a four star hotel there were few things missing. Staff was very unfriendly and did not even give us any info about the hotel or anything just here is your key and that's it. Did not even check our ID. Everything was clean but do not expect to have very hot shower. We appreciated the AC and there was a kettle in our room. Easily reachable by public transport but it can be annoyingly far if you are attending a concert. We were happy with the room and the price was ok.

The hotel is clean and nice. TV in the room is small and in the far corner. Bathroom is super nice but the water pressure in the shower is really weak. Breakfast is ok but doesnt have many options, especially for vegetarian people or people eating kosher or halal, not worth the money paid. All in all ok but needs few major updates

The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Especially if the windows overlook the courtyard. There was not enough oatmeal porridge for breakfast, there is a large selection of products. There is no refrigerator in the room, but you can use the refrigerator in the dining room.

Convenient to Warsaw Chopin Airport
Was a very clean room with complimentary water and coffee. Minutes to the airport, quick check in. The bathroom/shower was superb, plenty of bath soap. Towels were decent, just missing the washcloths like all the hotels in the states. Breakfast was reasonably priced but we decided against it. Only things I would like to see improved would to increase the size of the beds and the size of the TV.

The room was very nice - clean, with comfortable beds, reasonable storage space, good choice of food at the breakfast buffet. Pretty much what you would expect at this price, although a fridge in the room would have been nice.
One piece of advice if you like to lie in in the mornings would be to take ear plugs - our room faced the road and there was a tram line with trams passing by regularly. Not a problem if you get up at a normal time of day but I had a late night the first night there and wanted to sleep in. Ear plugs solved that problem the second night.
Good transport links nearby - lots of different bus routes within 600m and the tram line too. Two supermarkets nearby and a 24-hour McDonalds and also a couple of restaurants.

A comfortable, clean hotel for the price with a reasonable breakfast. There is a lot of marble in the hotel which makes the main reception / communal areas feel a little cold in appearance, especially when it's so cold outside.

The location is a bit outside the city and deserted but then you have cheap taxis in Warsaw with 1.60 zty/km. The tram stop is right infront of the hotel and would take you to city centre in 30-45 minutes time. I booked a single room and found that the bed was small. There was no refrigerator which was a surprise considering it's a four star hotel. Breakfast was really good, so was the guy managing the breakfast. The staff from the reception could bring more smiles into their face so as to appear more friendly. The toilet was the best part of the of this hotel, really clean, new and classy. However, the hot and cold water marks were interchanged, so I had to keep the faucet in BLUE to get hot water! Another thing that I didnt like that they kept only one saucet of coffee another for tea. So, if you want to drink another cup of coffee or tea, you need to call the reception :)

Comfortable hotel about a 10 minute drive from the airport. However, one of the amenities advertised on hotels.com for this hotel, is that it offers self-serve laundry. But when I asked about it, they said that they don't do it on the property and that it takes about 2-3 days to get it ready, which was inconvenient.

Out of all the hotel options we had for Vape Expo Poland, this hotel had the best value and enough space as compared to other rooms that our other counterparts had around the same area. We also enjoyed all the amazing food they had to offer in the hotel itself, and enjoyed many incredible dinners at such a great price and value. If I were ever to return to Warsaw, Poland for business or leisure, I would make sure to stay here again!

This is not a hotel worthy of four stars! no kettle in the room, the bathroom dirty. I found the shower long black hair. in the sink were also some hair. service cleans out loud from early in the morning, you can not sleep because working vacuum cleaner.
